I've owned all size breeds so teacup or a small horse, I've got you covered! I am a Navy Veteran and current full-time student at the University of Michigan and my husband works from home 100% of the time. Your pups will never be left unsupervised. We have two other dogs in the home who love having guests and making new friends. Feedings can take place whenever you deem necessary for you! We have a ton of treats (SCHNACKS) ready to spoil and pamper your puppers as we do our own. I live on 7 acres of land in a private community, and have approximately 1 acre of fenced in yard directly off the back of the house. Your friends will be able to take plenty of potty breaks and nice tranquil walks in the "countryside". They will be kenneled at night (around 11p.m.) in a dark, empty room in a padded kennel. (I know it sounds depressing but is actually super relaxing for doggos!). Doggie bath services are also negotiable.

I have a fenced area in my yard, a doggie door and a very friendly senior dog. He's a little loud sometimes, since he's a Beagle but it's all love. Your fur baby will be super happy here. About: I've had different dogs in the house for my whole life. As a kid my family brought dogs in for foster care. We've taken care of multiple dogs with disabilities, including deaf dogs and partially blind dogs. Dogs get along with me well and I'm good at getting shy dogs to warm up to me. I've also volunteered with the Jackson County Animal Shelter, working with the cats at PetSmart. I've also taken care of relatives'/friends'/neighbors' pets. Currently I spend most of my time at home working on my online classes so I will have plenty of time to spend caring for your dog. On the rare chance that I'm not home at least one of my parents are in the house and will be able to fill in for me while I'm out. The dogs that I own eat at the same time everyday and go out as needed, but if your dogs need to be treated differently it will be easy to change things for them. Just fill me in on what your pet needs to be taken care of properly and I should be able to get it done.

About: Your dog will be my dog while in my care. I am a huge animal lover who has always made my animals a part of my family, not just an animal. Starting May 4th, I will be training for a new job. My training hours will be 8-5, if you can work around those time please reach out. My yard is not fenced so your babies will only be outside when I am out there with them, leashed if required. I do not agree with leaving a dog alone all night when they are already seeing a difference with their family being gone. If they are dog friendly they would have socialization as well with my friends and family dogs so they could get some interaction and extra exercise! I currently work from home so frequent potty breaks or administration of medication would not be an issue. We would be one big happy family all day long My dogs are not crated when I leave the house but do have an extra large one if required for your baby. If you need me to do a drop in visit, my hours for availability are in the air for the next couple of weeks until I am given my new works hours.

About: While I'm more used to cats, I do also love dogs. Have a dog with separation anxiety? I can keep them company for a while! I will be working part-time Monday-Friday from 2 pm to 6 pm. I will be available to watch your pets from 9:30 am-1:30 pm on those days (despite what options this site gave). On Saturdays and Sundays I'll be available from 3 pm-8 pm. If I am unable to watch a pet at any time, I will let you know ahead of time by at least a few days. I currently own a cat, Higgins, who is a big lovebug and fairly food motivated. I've been in charge of feeding him breakfast and dinner since we rescued him in 2015, along with scooping his litterbox. He's also needed nightly medication for some stomach issues, so I have experience giving him a pill. I can feed your pet, clean up after them whether they have a set schedule or not, and provide medication if necessary.

I have previously taken dog behavior courses and am familiar with dog body language. I have worked with dogs of all sizes and ages! No dog is “too much!” I am comfortable with administering medications and providing grooming for long haired/high maintenance breeds. I have worked with puppies all the way up to senior dogs so I am comfortable handling all ages. I have a full-time job but am more than happy to fit time in to take care of your lovely fur baby. My typical shift is 8:00-4:30pm M-F. I have open availability on weekends to provide housesitting! If you are looking for constant care (pet cannot be left alone for 4 hours or more), I am happy to provide that however, I do charge a constant care rate if during the work week as I will need to take those days off and I will need to recoup lost salary. For constant care pets, I do require at least a month’s notice ahead of time so I can get that time off to accommodate. I will never take a sit if my work schedule cannot accommodate it—your pet’s care and safety is extremely important to me. I will work with you to decide if I am the right fit for your pet’s needs and routine. Nothing is worse than upsetting your pet’s routine and comfortability! I now offer drop-visits as well! This is great for people who might need someone to check in your fur baby a couple times a day but does not need around-the-clock needs. I am happy to drop in before work (8am) and can drop by after work! If you’re someone who works longer shifts, this is perfect for you! I am comfortable crating your pet if requested but they are also more than welcome to share a bed with me if they are used to sleeping with you! If you have an unfenced yard, I will keep them on leash at all times. If you have a fenced yard, I will stay out and monitor them until they are ready to come inside. Doors will be locked at all times whether I am in the home with your pet or if I’m at work. If you have any home-alarm systems, I will use them as well.
About: I've been taking care of both dogs and cats since I was around 12 or 13, both my own pets and others, and have dog-sat multiple breeds and sizes of dogs for pay as well as for family/friends. I have experience cat-sitting for pay as well and volunteered at a cat shelter, which I loved, that gave me experience with some special needs cats. I have experience dealing with hermit crabs, since I had them as pets for several years, as well as fish. I love animals so I took any chance I was given to take care of them! I work part time for my mom's company, so my schedule is pretty flexible and I'll have plenty of time to care for your fur babies! I'm available weekends and weekdays, I'm a full time grad student so I'll update you with what times I'm available during the semesters whenever you contact me. don't hesitate to ask about anything you need, I'm fully willing to discuss it even if it's outside of my usual parameters. I would also like to note that I do not do recurring walks; my walking service is mostly open for one time walks for clients who can't get home for their pets. If you are within ~15 minutes of either where I am or where my classes are, my price for drop-ins is discounted to $15 instead of $25. I also do not have house sitting open right now due to classes but feel free to contact me if you'd like to discuss it to see if I might be able to accept it. :) I can easily crate your pets if needed and I'm good with leashes/harnesses. I never leave doors open, so you won't have to worry about your pets escaping.

About: I had 2 Pekingese that I lost in 2021 and 2023. I love them deeply and miss them every day. I’m not quite ready to take the leap to be a pet owner again but I miss the companionship and unconditional love of a dog. I would love to spend time with your dog! I love to take them for walks or runs and I also love to snuggle them or go for rides. I truly love animals and want them to feel loved as well. About: I have taken care of dogs my entire life. I have assisted with obedience, and behavioral trainings. Im a well seasoned handler to all ages, and different breeds. I like to perform a structured walk with them daily because that is one of the most important daily thing in there life. Not only does it give them physical exercise, but mentally to stay with there human. I work part time cleaning in the evening for a few hours. I do already have established clients on my own to take care of there pup while they work long hours. I do want to expand and get more clients and work with other animals as well. I have a full house of animals. I would not be able to take animals home to my home, because that can be stressful for clients dogs or cats. I recommend leaving them in the comfort of there own home. I do have 2 dogs that I have taken on trainings with me and there so great with other dogs and they have learn training techniques so show other dogs to be mindful and respectful. they would be great playdate companions to other dogs
