About: Taking care of animals is a passion of mine. In fact I am currently working towards a career as a zookeeper. Grew up taking care of both indoor family pets and outdoor barn dogs. I wish to give my own dog, Freya, the best life and therefore have done much research on the care of dogs and their needs. When it comes to animals I prefer to be cautious and examine their behavior to make sure each animal is happy and healthy. My current job has flexible hours and allows me to work from home so I have open availability and I will be able to watch your pets. About: Located in MONROE Hi, I grew up in a home that did dog boarding, I've literally been around this my whole life. I Foster rescue dogs. I can potty train, teach tricks, work on leash skills and door manners. I have toys treats and a big yard. My house is near the lake and we take them for walks multiple times a day. My neighbors are dog trainers or fellow pet lovers. If you need a safe place to keep your pup during work or over vacation we might be the right fit for you. I have an adopted Pitbull who is literally the friendliest dog in the entire world and great with other dogs. If your dog needs to be the only dog around our home might not be ideal. Just being honest. I want us both to have the best experience possible. Meet and greets are amazing to make sure we are on the same page and to make sure all parties involved get along as well. We only offer dog walks and drop ins locally as it's to costly to do that outside of the immediate area. If outside of the Monroe are please advise. My husband and I are both not working. We have all the free time to spend with your pet that you could want. We could do holidays weekends overnights. If there is something you'd like me to work on with your pup let me know! I have a large fenced in back yard in a dog friendly beach community. We take our dog on morning and evening walks with the addition of play time in the yard or inside if it's raining. We have treats toys and space to relax. I have toys for multiple chewing needs - super chewers or tiny nibbles. I have lots of free time and just want to help where I can.

“We hired Cindy to walk our pup while we were on vacation. I was a little worried because we have an anxious pup who can be easily overwhelmed and slow to warm up to people. Cindy was great with him! By 2 days in he was so excited for his walks he was waiting for her at the door when she arrived. She gave him the time he needed to stop and sniff which helps him decompress. Since he is part lab she really tapped into those personality traits by walking him near water and places where he could see, smell and hunt around for small animals. “Amanda is everything you want in a sitter! Daily updates, pictures, and reassurance you pup is in good hands. My dog was so happy with her, he got out of the car to get one last pet from Amanda. I can’t say enough good things! It’s hard leaving your pet, but Amanda’s care and love of animals allowed us to fully enjoy our trip without worry. From asking questions prior to booking until we picked up Max the last day, Robert was so nice and easy to communicate with. Robert sent pictures and updates frequently while we were on vacation which gave us comfort knowing Max was being well taken care of and cared for. I’d definitely rebook with Robert again!!”

“Sydney was amazing!!! Poor Charlie got sick with 2 parasites right before his visit. He was feeling much better after a few days on medication so Sydney still was willing to take him in. She continued the rest of his treatment which consisted of multiple medications at carousing times throughout the day. She continued to provide us updates through out his stay and reassured us that he was definitely on the up and up the whole time. Her location is ideal for airport travel as she is only about 10 minutes from DTW. We will absolutely use Sydney in the future!! Thank you again!”
