About: I love all animals, and creatures! My goal in life is to own an animal sanctuary one day, to house rescued animals. I’ve been caring for animals since I was a pre-teen, and it’s where my passion and empathy lie. However, my schedule is highly flexible, minimizing the time they are left alone. Cats: Cats may be left unsupervised in a designated, pet-safe room with regular check-ins. Handling Aggressive or Special Needs Pets I have extensive experience with fearful, reactive, and aggressive pets, but clear and honest communication is essential: Cats: I am comfortable handling feral or aggressive cats and will take the necessary time to build trust. I can administer medication as needed, but I require full transparency about their behavior to ensure safety for all. Dogs: I can accommodate dogs with minor behavioral challenges, such as leash reactivity or mild anxiety. However, for safety reasons, I cannot accept: Dogs over 50 lbs who are not at least moderately leash-trained. Dogs requiring a muzzle or choke collar in public settings. Dogs with severe aggression or unpredictable behavior. Double-Booking Policy For the safety and well-being of all pets, I do not double-book boarding, daycare, or walks unless all parties have given consent and a meet-and-greet has taken place. If multiple dogs are staying in my home at the same time, a meet-and-greet is required. Even if the dogs get along, they will not be left alone together unless securely crated. Cats and dogs boarding in my home simultaneously will be kept in separate areas with no contact.

About: We are a pet-friendly home with one cat, two older kids who love dogs and all animals, and myself who will take gentle care of your dog/s, as well as cats, and/or all other animals while you are away. No type of animal (unless aggressive) will likely be turned away. I have loved and cared for my own pet dogs, cats, birds, and other critters my entire life, and I know and understand that you are trusting me to care for a member of your family. We do not take this responsibility lightly. In addition to several years of pet care, I have also had experience and training with professional bathing and grooming of dogs and cats, and caring for special-needs animals, including puppies, kittens, elderly dogs and cats including those with arthritis and diabetes, administering medicine, and giving injections and subcutaneous fluids. Our home is relaxed and open, with "safe spaces" where we can keep your pet if they want or need their own room. We live in a friendly, calm neighborhood, great for dog-walking, and we love to go for walks and play! I work from home and have a very flexible schedule in order to accommodate your needs and I look forward to working with you and giving your special loved ones the care that they want, need, and deserve.
About: I grew up with dogs, and have volunteered at the Humane Society of Genesee County in Michigan as a teenager and at Soul Dog Rescue in Colorado as an adult. I have experience walking and handling all kinds of dogs and I've loved every minutes of it! I'm a WFH tech research worker so I understand the importance of routine and responsibility when it comes to care services. My apartment complex now sadly doesn't allow dogs otherwise I would have one of my own. The silver lining is that I'll use that energy to love and care for your pup as my own :). I have a full time work from home job so my hours are flexible during the week to attend to your pup! I tend to be punctual and responsive because I take caring for your pet just as serious as my day job. I'm also available nights and weekends to stop by and make sure your dog is well cared for. I have experience dog/cat sitting outside my own home so I'm very comfortable caring for animals in their own space. I love to keep routines as normal and expected as possible, so I'm likely to ask questions about what your dog expects on a day-to-day basis so I can reduce disruption and be a source of fun/comfort for your pet.
