About: I’ve had dogs since I was young and have experience taking care of a variety of breeds. We have a safe, caring environment for pups that will make them feel like they are at home! My husband works from home during the week, and at least one of us is home on the weekends. We have flexible schedules that fit with a variety of pet care needs. We have a Shih Tzu, Woodson, that stays on our main floor with us most times. We do not have a fenced in yard, so we let him out on a leash. We live in a small neighborhood with little traffic. It is ideal for taking dogs on walks, and our neighbors either leash their dogs or have electric fences. Very safe!

I had never left her before and was very anxious about having to leave her for such a long time- 3 weeks. Anxious being an understatement. When I picked her up, she was happy and healthy and I could feel the bond that had formed between them. Felix was so wonderful about keeping me updated. He sent lots of photos and videos, took her on long walks every day, and has a huge fenced in backyard where she could run off her energy. I highly recommend Felix, would Absolutely leave my little girl with him again. About: I often joke that I like animals more than people and with that being said, I can promise that I will love on your furbaby as if they were my own. My Chihuahua-Jack Russell recently crossed over the rainbow bridge and my house has been too quiet. This opportunity with Rover will bring some joy back to my life, hopefully with a side of snuggles. I’ve been watching cats & dogs since I was a pre-teen. I grew up in a house with 2 cats, as well. I work Monday-Friday, but I have plenty of time on the weekends to walk and play with your dog. I am open to house-sitting at your residence if that is better for the animals. I'm available 24/7 for boarding at my house, as long as your pup is crate-trained and okay being home alone for 6-8 hours as I do work full time Monday-Friday. Same hours go for housesitting at the pet's home. I have lots of space to roam in the house. Couch and bed are free spaces. If your pet prefers to be crated at night, I am happy to do so. But I left the meet and greet 100% certain that she would be loved, spoiled and incredibly well taken care of. And she was. When I picked her up, she was happy and healthy and I could feel the bond that had formed between them. Felix was so wonderful about keeping me updated. He sent lots of photos and videos, took her on long walks every day, and has a huge fenced in backyard where she could run off her energy. I highly recommend Felix, would Absolutely leave my little girl with him again. I can’t imagine that there is anyone out there who could possibly do as well of a job or a better job of loving and caring for my best friend. I wouldn’t even consider leaving her with anyone else because I have found the very best in Felix.”

My mother-in-law recommended Laura and I'm glad she did so. At drop-off Frieda immediately felt comfortable with Laura's husband, and at pick up Frieda was moseying up to the door, happy and content.
