We met with Ralph prior to her stay. He answered all of our questions and he asked good questions as well, so that he got to know her before taking care of her. Ralph watched our dog for 7 days and she did so well! He sent photos and updates and was quick to respond if we reached out for additional updates/questions. Ralph made sure he was home as much as possible for an entire week even saying he went grocery shopping prior to ensure he had groceries and wouldn’t have to leave her alone. We are so happy to have met someone who we can trust and know will take good care of our dog as if it’s his own. We definitely plan to use him again for our next vacation.”

I have a friendly golden retriever named Stanley who absolutely thrives when he has other dogs to play with—so hosting furry friends is a joy for all of us! I work from home most days, which means your pup will get plenty of attention, supervision, and companionship throughout the day. My young kids also love having dogs around and are gentle, playful, and used to being around animals. I also have a cat in our home who is very comfortable around dogs—she and Stanley are great friends—so your pup should be cat-friendly or at least respectful of cats. About: I've been around and have helped care for dogs and cats all shapes and sizes. Each one I've personally owned are a part of the family! I would take care of your fur baby like I'd want mine taken care of. I am a homeschooling mom which means your fur baby will be kept company while in my care. During the school year, on Saturdays, we sometimes will have sporting events to go to, as well as some week nights we will go to extracurricular practices but never gone for long! I currently have Midland's rail trail right in my back yard for nice walks if that's something you would like done. When we move in March we will have a large open park right in our backyard! We have a sweet Goldador at home that loves playmates and also two cats that sleep the day away. My three kids (ages 8 - 13) have been shown from the beginning how to respect and love animals and they will be a wonderful addition to keeping your fur babies feeling loved and cared for!

Handling Aggressive or Special Needs Pets I have extensive experience with fearful, reactive, and aggressive pets, but clear and honest communication is essential: Cats: I am comfortable handling feral or aggressive cats and will take the necessary time to build trust. I can administer medication as needed, but I require full transparency about their behavior to ensure safety for all. Dogs: I can accommodate dogs with minor behavioral challenges, such as leash reactivity or mild anxiety. However, for safety reasons, I cannot accept: Dogs over 50 lbs who are not at least moderately leash-trained. Dogs requiring a muzzle or choke collar in public settings. Dogs with severe aggression or unpredictable behavior. Double-Booking Policy For the safety and well-being of all pets, I do not double-book boarding, daycare, or walks unless all parties have given consent and a meet-and-greet has taken place. If multiple dogs are staying in my home at the same time, a meet-and-greet is required. Even if the dogs get along, they will not be left alone together unless securely crated. Cats and dogs boarding in my home simultaneously will be kept in separate areas with no contact.

About: ive worked with dogs of all ages and breeds since ive been young. i can not wait to sharw my love with your fur babies. working with animals has always been a dream of mine. i am currently in school to become a veterinary technician, i spend my free time pet-sitting your pet will be showered with love and be given potty breaks as need be. they will be taken on walks and played with regularly.

About: I have always had a love for animals and have three pups of my own. I am a stay at home mom and watch everyone’s dogs (and kids). We love going for walks and running around in the backyard! I am a stay at home mom so taking care of dogs would be my only job other than being a mom to my two children. We go for two walks a day and spend lots of time outside! In my home we have a fully fenced in yard for lots of running around and play time. When we are inside we have a doggie gate so that no dogs are running over the baby.

I currently work full time but have a flexible schedule during the day Monday-Friday allowing me to be there for you and your pet, I am available on nights and weekends! I have pet sit for my friends a lot in prior years and when I am in your home, I am courteous to you and your dog's space. I make sure to visit the home prior so I can meet and greet the family and the dog and learn their routine and where any supplies are that I may need. I make sure I can fit in some play/exercise time (whether the yard is fenced in, or we have to use a leash). I make sure to keep the environment clean and safe at all times and do regular check-ins. In my own home I provide the same service. I want you to be comfortable with where your dog will be visiting and know the environment they will be in, prior to staying. I make sure my house is always picked up and that there is minimal possibility of safety issues. My yard is fenced in, and I live by a nice park that is dog friendly. At home I enjoy playing/exercising indoors and out and making enrichment bowls. Health is key!
About: We are a pet-friendly home with one cat, two older kids who love dogs and all animals, and myself who will take gentle care of your dog/s, as well as cats, and/or all other animals while you are away. No type of animal (unless aggressive) will likely be turned away. About: Hi! I am new to Rover, but caring for dogs is something my family truly loves. I have a friendly golden retriever named Stanley who absolutely thrives when he has other dogs to play with—so hosting furry friends is a joy for all of us! I work from home most days, which means your pup will get plenty of attention, supervision, and companionship throughout the day. My young kids also love having dogs around and are gentle, playful, and used to being around animals. I also have a cat in our home who is very comfortable around dogs—she and Stanley are great friends—so your pup should be cat-friendly or at least respectful of cats.
