I am an active person that enjoys exercise but I also love nature so I can go at whatever speed your dog prefers. About: I have had dogs and cats my whole life. I currently have a 12 year old Doberman, a 2 year old pitbull mix, 4 black cats, 2 donkeys, 6 chickens and a parakeet. In the recent past, I worked as a temporary Animal Care Technician at the Ingham County Animal Control which gave me experience handling dogs of all sizes and temperaments, and cats with different behaviors. I also learned a lot about giving medications and vaccines, animal enrichment, feeding guidelines and more. About: I've had different dogs in the house for my whole life. As a kid my family brought dogs in for foster care. We've taken care of multiple dogs with disabilities, including deaf dogs and partially blind dogs. Dogs get along with me well and I'm good at getting shy dogs to warm up to me. I've also volunteered with the Jackson County Animal Shelter, working with the cats at PetSmart. I've also taken care of relatives'/friends'/neighbors' pets. Currently I spend most of my time at home working on my online classes so I will have plenty of time to spend caring for your dog. On the rare chance that I'm not home at least one of my parents are in the house and will be able to fill in for me while I'm out. The dogs that I own eat at the same time everyday and go out as needed, but if your dogs need to be treated differently it will be easy to change things for them. About: Your dog will be my dog while in my care. I am a huge animal lover who has always made my animals a part of my family, not just an animal. Starting May 4th, I will be training for a new job. My training hours will be 8-5, if you can work around those time please reach out. My yard is not fenced so your babies will only be outside when I am out there with them, leashed if required. I do not agree with leaving a dog alone all night when they are already seeing a difference with their family being gone. If they are dog friendly they would have socialization as well with my friends and family dogs so they could get some interaction and extra exercise! I currently work from home so frequent potty breaks or administration of medication would not be an issue. We would be one big happy family all day long My dogs are not crated when I leave the house but do have an extra large one if required for your baby. About: I have had numerous pets my whole life from farm animals to domestic house hold pets. My only current fur baby is my Doberman Cujo. Cujo will be at home with me during all boarding / doggy daycare bookings. He loves dogs just as much as I do! I am good with understanding all animal behaviors and can handle the most unruly pets. I myself am high energy and love walking just as much as your fur baby does. I am always excited to meet and spend time with animals, and I will provide your pet with quality care. I currently am home full time during the summer. I will occasionally step out for an errand or two, but otherwise I will be at home with your pet full time. I spend as much time with my family’s cats as they allow me but they are often napping. My dog Cujo takes up a lot of my attention; I constantly play, walk, feed, and bathe him. I am a graduate student so I do have classes during the fall and spring term and MSU employs me part-time as a teaching assistant. I do have availability inside and outside the working hours of the day depending on the day of the week during classes. In the summers, I currently work on research for MSU but have flexible scheduling to fit your pet care needs. I am a detail-oriented person and will care for your pets exactly the way you would in your own home. I also will treat your home as if it was my own and clean up after myself and your pets, and make sure your house is safe and secure while you are gone. I will be happy to take care of your pets and make sure they are well-taken care of until you return!

About: What a perfect way to earn money and boost my serotonin level, by spending time with animals! I allow my dogs on my furniture, but if you don’t allow that, I’ll respect your rules for your dogs. I have two Dobermans, so I’m used to taking them on walks on the cross country course down the road from my house. I have leashes for walks and toys for outdoor playtime. I’m willing to drive to your house multiple times a day or stay at your house for the time needed if need be. I’ve been around dogs and cats my entire life. I’ve also had some other critters here and there, including hamsters, guinea pigs, chinchilla, leopard gecko, chickens, goats, etc. I have 5+ years of veterinary assistant experience. I have knowledge of administering medications, bathing, caring for elderly pets, training puppies and even restraining. Let me know if you have any questions! I’m currently not employed, so my schedule is very open. I have time to make frequent visits to your home for animal care and walks. I have a fenced in yard and two dogs who are very active. About: I’m knowledgeable in breed-specific needs and maintain consistency to keep them mentally and physically happy! I have previously taken dog behavior courses and am familiar with dog body language. I have worked with dogs of all sizes and ages! No dog is “too much!” I am comfortable with administering medications and providing grooming for long haired/high maintenance breeds. I have worked with puppies all the way up to senior dogs so I am comfortable handling all ages. I have a full-time job but am more than happy to fit time in to take care of your lovely fur baby. My typical shift is 8:00-4:30pm M-F. I have open availability on weekends to provide housesitting! If you are looking for constant care (pet cannot be left alone for 4 hours or more), I am happy to provide that however, I do charge a constant care rate if during the work week as I will need to take those days off and I will need to recoup lost salary. For constant care pets, I do require at least a month’s notice ahead of time so I can get that time off to accommodate. I will never take a sit if my work schedule cannot accommodate it—your pet’s care and safety is extremely important to me. I will work with you to decide if I am the right fit for your pet’s needs and routine. Nothing is worse than upsetting your pet’s routine and comfortability! I now offer drop-visits as well! This is great for people who might need someone to check in your fur baby a couple times a day but does not need around-the-clock needs. I am happy to drop in before work (8am) and can drop by after work! If you’re someone who works longer shifts, this is perfect for you! I am comfortable crating your pet if requested but they are also more than welcome to share a bed with me if they are used to sleeping with you! If you have an unfenced yard, I will keep them on leash at all times. If you have a fenced yard, I will stay out and monitor them until they are ready to come inside. Doors will be locked at all times whether I am in the home with your pet or if I’m at work. If you have any home-alarm systems, I will use them as well.
About: I've taken care of both dogs and cats for as long as I can remember. Ever since I was a kid I would help out friend, family members, and neighbors with their pets. I've had a lot of experience caring for all sorts of animals through means of daily check-in's, going on walks, and overnight stays! I am currently a student at MSU with a somewhat flexible schedule during the week and I am available in mornings on saturday and sundays, I am also available sunday nights. I live with two dogs who would definitely keep your dog some very friendly company, they also love cats as well! I love taking my own dog on walks and there is a nice little park very close to my house that I love to walk my dog to.
