About: Dogs have always been a part of our family, and caring for them is something we genuinely love. Over the past 15 years, we’ve shared our home with four dogs, including caring for three into their senior years through age-related and chronic health conditions. We’ve also raised a litter of puppies, giving us experience with young dogs and the extra patience, attention, and consistency they require. Because I work from home, your dog will receive plenty of supervision, companionship, and care throughout the day instead of being left alone for long periods. We have a fully private fenced yard for safe outdoor play, and our three dog-loving children have been raised to be gentle and respectful with animals. They have the sweetest souls and biggest hearts and I wouldn’t treat them any other way. I have one dog and I was raised with 3 dogs and 2 cats. I have always been an animal lover and I always will be. Every day I take my dog on at least one walk and many times I walk him multiple times per day. I treat my fur babies like family and how I would want to be treated. I am not only here to help you during your busy schedule but to become a friend to you and your fur baby. To house sit during longer durations, I can travel to anywhere. I would need to bring my golden retriever with me if your pets like to socialize and make new friends, he loves other dogs and gets along with them great, he is very social and has been to many dog parks and households with pets, if not I may be able to find someone to take care of him for me during that time. For drop in visits, I can assist on my own or bring my dog for some company. I am also available on certain days for doggy day care and boarding. When I have a dog stay with me I treat that dog like my own and it would have an amazing friend to play with. Pets are allowed on furniture, I have treats, toys, tons of dog beds, and a fenced in yard. I will also take your dog out on walks and play fetch or tug to burn energy. About: I grew up with dogs and adopted my first after leaving home, and within 2 years adopted my second. Since the first two I have chosen to adopt senior dogs and spoil them for however many years I have with them. My current is a Pomeranian named Lucy who is @ 16 years old. She has developed adult onset Diabetes and she requires 2 injections of Ventsulin daily. I am retired and am happy to work with you and your schedule as best I can. It is my goal to make your departure as easy on your pet as possible. I have a fenced in backyard and because of Lucy’s advanced age I had a ramp built for her to access the yard from the deck. I have cared for cats (some kept in at all times and others allowed to go outside) and dogs who require at least 2 walks a day.

About: Your dog will be my dog while in my care. I am a huge animal lover who has always made my animals a part of my family, not just an animal. Starting May 4th, I will be training for a new job. My training hours will be 8-5, if you can work around those time please reach out. My yard is not fenced so your babies will only be outside when I am out there with them, leashed if required. I do not agree with leaving a dog alone all night when they are already seeing a difference with their family being gone. If they are dog friendly they would have socialization as well with my friends and family dogs so they could get some interaction and extra exercise! I currently work from home so frequent potty breaks or administration of medication would not be an issue. We would be one big happy family all day long My dogs are not crated when I leave the house but do have an extra large one if required for your baby. If you need me to do a drop in visit, my hours for availability are in the air for the next couple of weeks until I am given my new works hours.
About: I’ve devoted my life to animals and taking care of them. I have prior experience in the veterinary field, doggy day cares, and have fostered many dogs over the years for various nonprofits. We live on a small farm and have chickens, quail, cats, rabbits, and kunekune pigs. We also have two dogs. Our 3 acres allows for walks in the woods and lots of sniffs around our farm animals. We only board one client at a time in our home because quality over quantity is very important to us. If you have a puppy you can expect any training to be ongoing with us and if desired, we can also do extra socialization and outings. Our two children, while very neutral and hands off, are excellent with dogs and are a great positive experience for puppies.

About: I will love and care for your furry friends as I do my own. I've owned dogs my whole life and my family would say it's a passion I've never fulfilled (but will be thanks to rover!) I've owned all size breeds so teacup or a small horse, I've got you covered! I am a Navy Veteran and current full-time student at the University of Michigan and my husband works from home 100% of the time. Your pups will never be left unsupervised. We have two other dogs in the home who love having guests and making new friends. Feedings can take place whenever you deem necessary for you! We have a ton of treats (SCHNACKS) ready to spoil and pamper your puppers as we do our own. I live on 7 acres of land in a private community, and have approximately 1 acre of fenced in yard directly off the back of the house. Your friends will be able to take plenty of potty breaks and nice tranquil walks in the "countryside". They will be kenneled at night (around 11p.m.) in a dark, empty room in a padded kennel. (I know it sounds depressing but is actually super relaxing for doggos!). Doggie bath services are also negotiable.

About: I’m knowledgeable in breed-specific needs and maintain consistency to keep them mentally and physically happy! I have previously taken dog behavior courses and am familiar with dog body language. I have worked with dogs of all sizes and ages! No dog is “too much!” I am comfortable with administering medications and providing grooming for long haired/high maintenance breeds. I have worked with puppies all the way up to senior dogs so I am comfortable handling all ages. I have a full-time job but am more than happy to fit time in to take care of your lovely fur baby. My typical shift is 8:00-4:30pm M-F. I have open availability on weekends to provide housesitting! If you are looking for constant care (pet cannot be left alone for 4 hours or more), I am happy to provide that however, I do charge a constant care rate if during the work week as I will need to take those days off and I will need to recoup lost salary. For constant care pets, I do require at least a month’s notice ahead of time so I can get that time off to accommodate. I will never take a sit if my work schedule cannot accommodate it—your pet’s care and safety is extremely important to me. I will work with you to decide if I am the right fit for your pet’s needs and routine. Nothing is worse than upsetting your pet’s routine and comfortability! I now offer drop-visits as well! This is great for people who might need someone to check in your fur baby a couple times a day but does not need around-the-clock needs. I am happy to drop in before work (8am) and can drop by after work! If you’re someone who works longer shifts, this is perfect for you! I am comfortable crating your pet if requested but they are also more than welcome to share a bed with me if they are used to sleeping with you! If you have an unfenced yard, I will keep them on leash at all times. If you have a fenced yard, I will stay out and monitor them until they are ready to come inside. Doors will be locked at all times whether I am in the home with your pet or if I’m at work. If you have any home-alarm systems, I will use them as well.
About: While I'm more used to cats, I do also love dogs. Have a dog with separation anxiety? I can keep them company for a while! I will be working part-time Monday-Friday from 2 pm to 6 pm during the school year (September-Early June). I will be available to watch your pets from 9:30 am-1:30 pm on those days (despite what options this site gave). If I am unable to watch a pet at any time, I will let you know ahead of time by at least a few days. I owned a cat, Higgins, who was a big lovebug and fairly food motivated. I was in charge of feeding him breakfast and dinner since we rescued him in 2015, along with scooping his litterbox. He also needed nightly medication for some stomach issues, so I have experience giving pills. I can feed your pet, clean up after them whether they have a set schedule or not, and provide medication if necessary.

About: I will love and care for your furry friends as I do my own. I've owned dogs my whole life and my family would say it's a passion I've never fulfilled (but will be thanks to rover!) I've owned all size breeds so teacup or a small horse, I've got you covered! I am a Navy Veteran and current full-time student at the University of Michigan and my husband works from home 100% of the time. Your pups will never be left unsupervised. We have two other dogs in the home who love having guests and making new friends. Feedings can take place whenever you deem necessary for you! We have a ton of treats (SCHNACKS) ready to spoil and pamper your puppers as we do our own. I live on 7 acres of land in a private community, and have approximately 1 acre of fenced in yard directly off the back of the house. Your friends will be able to take plenty of potty breaks and nice tranquil walks in the "countryside". They will be kenneled at night (around 11p.m.) in a dark, empty room in a padded kennel. (I know it sounds depressing but is actually super relaxing for doggos!). Doggie bath services are also negotiable.

About: I have a love for animals big and small. I enjoy exploring and making new experiences with animals. I have experience with elderly and medical needs animals. I work as a nanny and have sometimes weeks off and would love to have an animal to take care of and take places with me. About: I’ve never not had a dog in my life. Currently I have a turtle, 2 dogs and I watch my bosses dog all the time. I’ve always been good at taking care of animals and sensing their emotions and things they may need. I have a zoom class Mondays and Wednesdays starting at 6.
