About: I have been around animals most of my life and currently care for several dogs of my own on our 20-acre farm just outside Hastings, Michigan. Dogs staying with me are treated like part of the family and live in a home environment rather than a kennel setting. We have been doing basic grooming for our labradoodle for 3 years, nail trimming all of our dogs' nails for 5 years, and bathing them for nearly 7 so your dogs will be in loving hands if they are in need of some pampering! I'm currently a full-time at home parent and dog dad. My schedule is flexible with advance notice, but for our daily schedule I do biking with my husky, playtime in the back yard, and the pups nap or have hangout time in the dog den! I have a garage for grooming and introductions, then two gates used to separate the dog areas from the rest of the house. Within the dog area is a finished basement and den if dogs need to be separated. At this time, I have 2 crates of different sizes for use if needed or desired. The backyard is fully fenced and great for runners to get out excess energy.

Animals have captured my heart for years, and this is something that will not change now or in the future. I am someone who pays attention to details and always has animal welfare at the forefront of my mind. I do not doubt that I am someone to be trusted with your animals. I look forward to potentially working with you! I am fortunate in that I have a fairly flexible routine currently. This allows for pet care jobs and responsibilities to be easier to take on. I am happy to watch your animals in your home if all checks out. What might it look like? I could stop by once or twice a day (‘depending) to make sure your pet(s) are well and everything is running smoothly. For example, I just wrapped up pet sitting for someone I know in the area & she gave me a spare key for her place. This is just what made sense & what she was comfortable with at the time. She left some realistic instructions for me & all went well. It was a win-win situation. You just need help with dog walking? I am happy to consider that as well!
About: I have had experience with mostly dogs for at least 20 years. I was involved in 4h training when my kids were younger, and am also currently employed as a certified positive enforcement dog trainer. I have 3 dogs of my own, and currently am training my new lab. I have a serious love for animals, and would love to help take care of yours. Pets are like family, and I will treat yours as I do my own family of pets. I will keep your pets safe when walking . I currently have a 3 1/2 year old labrador and also a 1 1/2 year old lab that I am working on training and I might be able to help you with that as well. About: Hii! I’ve grown up with many different animals; including rabbits, birds, cats, dogs, ect. I am an animal lover, but having my own isn’t an option for me right now. I’d love to take care and make your pet happy. I’d treat them as if they were my own babies. I currently work full-time and am a college student, however I have a flexible work schedule and enjoy spending extra time with animals. I’d love to spend some of my free time taking care of your fur babies. I’m open to any ideas, but I’d love most to drop by or even walk your pet. I’d love to come to your own home where your pet is already comfortable. I do live in an apartment so my home isn’t an option unless well planned ahead of time. I do have family that lives on a lake and have no problem taking your pet there and spending time there with him/her. It’s a lot of land on acres for any dog to play😊
About: I have experience providing both overnight pet care and daily drop-in/walk visits for dogs of many different breeds, sizes, and ages. I enjoy caring for animals and believe dogs thrive with consistent attention, daily exercise, and loving care. Our family has provided trusted pet & farm sitting service in the Kent, Barry & Ionia County areas for 6+ years. We've always had animals around whether it be dogs, cats, chickens, or sheep! We are a homeschooling family and we also work from home. Someone is almost always here! We're available to board dogs anytime we're not on vacation ourselves! We promise to treat your pet like family here at Snowy River Farm! Your pet will have the lower walkout level of the home to themselves. Brad works from home on that same level and we are all around very often. Our own small dogs will stay on a separate floor and not co-mingle your pet (unless specifically agreed by both parties).
