About: I've cared for both healthy cats and cats with underlying conditions. For 10 years I had a cat that was diabetic that I had to administer insulin to. My current cat is 15 and requires a lot of love and attention.My cat Mabel is a rescued kitten/ cat almost 16 years ago on Halloween night while coming home from work , about 4 cars ahead of me something went flying out the window . I was able to stop and pull over due to not having other cars behind me . It was very cold that night and the sun was just starting to set . I got out of my car and looked around for a few minutes but didn't see anything and I got ready to leave I hear faint cry and I turned and looked down into some tall weeds and there she was , this poor malnourished kitten crying for help . To make a long story short I got her home and the day my wife and I took her to vet . They kept her for 3 days running ivs into her . We able to come and after 3 days thinking she wasn't going make it. And here she is still with after such a traumatic start to her life . I am very grateful to have Mabel as my best friend and wouldn't trade for the world . I love you very much Mabel .

About: Lifetime pet owners of cats and dogs alike, Maeve and Jason have shared decades of pet-sitting duties for friends and family and all that entails from crate training to medication administration. We have flexible schedules, reliable transportation with dog seatbelts, a large wrap around fully fenced-in yard, and several forested acres with private nature trails to share with your best friend. Maeve is a WFH graphic designer and Jason is a self-employed carpenter living with our two sweet velcro cavalier king charles spaniels — Cricket & Disco. We have very flexible schedules with lots of love and attention to spare. We can easily break away for walks and drop-ins. We live across from Eagle Lake with a large wraparound fully fenced-in yard overlooking 15 private forested acres with trails for leashed nature walks. We have oodles of experience walking, camping, hiking, swimming, and playing with dogs in all environments and elements. Crates and gates are available if your best friend needs their space, but everybody is allowed to make themselves at home. We have lots of cozy nooks and beds. We work to ensure smooth introductions. Our home is very dog-friendly but to that end, kept very clean. We do tick checks and our girls are always up to date with their vaccinations and preventative meds. JIC, we have reliable transportation and are not far from Michiana Veterinary Hospital. We are also able to drive to your preferred vet.

About: I’ve owned large dogs consistently for the last 20 years. I’m ready to give snuggles to dogs of all sizes, though! Kids are back in school so I have lots of time on my hands. I’m ready to spread the love! I’m currently looking for some supplemental income doing something fun and rewarding while maintaining the flexibility I need for my kids and their schedule. I love the idea of borrowing someone else’s pup for a little bit so they don’t have to be lonely all day. I am usually home and studying but overall, I am an active person who likes getting outside for walks and runs. I love having animals be part of that daily routine. If your pet likes hikes I would love to do that too with them :). I am respectful, tidy, and organized. If you have any plants that need care while you’re away, just let me know. I’ve done overnight stays and drop in visits in the past, so I’m happy to be flexible depending on what works best for you.

About: I grew up with all kinds of different animals. Dogs, Cats, Rats, Ferrets, Iguanas etc. Some may even say it was like I lived in a zoo. I work full-time from home, so I’m able to bring Work wherever I go. So if you need a pet sitter at your home, I can be there as long as you need me. I am a very adhd young energetic guy. I will use all my energy to make sure your animal is the time of its life.
