“Shannon is top notch. When life happened for us and we were so nervous about leaving our high anxiety dog with someone new she took the task with calm and so much good energy and joy. Her patience, love for dogs, incredible canine environment made a difference. Shannon is incredible with daily updates and rest assured you can ease your mind when leaving your beloved pet with her.”

About: I fully believe in the power of pets as best friends and emotional support companions, and I want to help take care of your furry loved ones! In my role, I am all about communication first. I have around +2 years of pet-sitting/care experience with diverse dog breeds (chihuahua, pitbulls, schnauzer, mixed) and cats from family members and friends, as well as my own. I have experience doing drop-in visits (feeding, playing, grooming/cleaning, petting) and dog walking (around neighborhood or on pet-friendly nature trails). To further build my experience, I make sure that I have the client's detailed pet routine clearly documented before I accept a drop-in or pet walking visit. I will provide a full-time experience with your pets and make them feel cared for and loved. I will 100% use a baby voice for every sweet pup and kitten I play with! I am working part-time and I have a lot of time flexibility to fully care for your lovely pets. I am responsive while on the job and I try to be quick to accept/decline a new booking. While I can be flexible most of the times, I will let my clients know if there is a weekend or weekdays that I am unavailable. From start to finish, constant communication with my clients is always my top priorirty! I use patience, positive reinforcement, and plenty of attention to help pets feel comfortable and build trust. Whether in my home or a client’s home, I carefully follow feeding, exercise, and medication instructions while keeping owners updated with messages and photos. While providing services at my clients' homes, I quickly learn the areas where the pets will be the most comfortable and avoid possible triggers. I am happy to adjust and, if requested by the client, to meet pets beforehand to build trust and make everyone comfortable during this experience!

About: Hello! I have taken care of dogs, cats, horses, birds and so much more for over 5 years. I am very hard working and absolutely love taking care of dogs and other animals. I currently own my own company so I am available during the day and evening. I only have to work occasionally in the afternoon on short jobs. I take care of the animals at my clients home. I make sure that the animals are happy and comfortable and get top of the notch care and love.

“Kendra is a wonderful petsitter. She was quick to initially respond to my request and she scheduled a meet and greet quickly to see if our job was a good fit. First impressions was that Kendra was kind and professional. She was reported her daily check-in and was patient with my kitty who was timid and hid from her until the last day. I'm thrilled to have found Kendra and will be reaching out for future trips.”

“Alexa responded to my request for a sitter the night before after 10pm! it really helped me out and my dog came back so happy! will be using her again!! thank you!!”

“Shannon was wonderful with Roux! While my husband and I were out kayaking, she took Roux on a full day of hiking, swimming, and relaxing at the park. It made me so happy knowing Roux was having her own adventure instead of waiting around for us. Shannon was kind, patient, and clearly enjoys spending time with dogs. That patience goes a long way with a curious, energetic 7 month old puppy. I felt completely comfortable knowing Roux was in such caring hands, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book with Shannon again.”

About: I have experience with animals of all sizes! Most important to me is that I provide a safe and attentive environment. For high energy dogs we have a large backyard and trails around our house! I am able to walk and/or run them if requested. For lazy dogs, we have lots of surfaces to lay on and love to cuddle! (Only if they want, of course) Other than running some errands or taking my son on a play date I am able to be home taking care of the dogs :) I will follow your requests for all types of visits. My main concern is that your pet(s) are happy and well cared for regardless of if they are in my house or yours.

About: I’ve owned and cared for dogs throughout my life, along with dog sitting for years on end. I enjoy animals of all kinds and currently own a cat and have also had a hamster. I am well rounded with most pets including aquarium animals! Typically I am available most mornings and day of the week. I work part time at the moment which gives me the freedom of pet sitting on my days off and certain times of day. I adapt to boundaries of any kind that are set for your fur babies! I know each and everyone are different and have their own specific needs met. Whatever is needed I can do.

“Shannon is wonderful with my senior dog! She lets my 13 year old Snowy take their time sniffing, exploring, and moving at a comfortable speed. Making walks are enjoyable and stress-free. It gives me a peace of mind knowing my dog can relax with Shannon. Communication is great and Shannon is very reliable. I highly recommend Shannon for anyone with an older pet!"”

About: Furry Friend Care experience includes caring for cat(s) needing regular injections (subcutaneous), special dietary needs, and walking multiple dogs (familiar with each other). Light grooming, as well! As a free agent with Home bases in both Munising and Marquette, I have flexibility! Please specify what area/ community when you request services. We all have things we care about and want to ensure are safe and cared for when we're not around. I will give care and consideration to your fur friends, their routines and safety! My house sitting, boat sitting, fur friend care, & companionship extend from Marquette to Munising, and Chocolay to Big Bay! Care to be in your home, unless special conditions are made. My current familiar is a gorgeous grey Nebelung cat, adopted as a kitten 5 years ago. She requires a special ZD diet and biweekly subcutaneous shots. I have experience attaching kitty nail caps, when she was younger, with coordinated guidance while we were sussing out an unknown skin condition that was causing her to scratch aggressively, continually opening wounds, not giving them a chance to heal. Her condition is now under control, and she no longer requires the nail caps. Prior cats I have cared for have ranged from 3 lbs to 28 lbs! Our family pooch is an English Springer Spaniel, a unique tri-color showcasing beautiful Sable color. We welcomed him to our home 6 years ago. He is our 2nd Springer in 21 years. They are such a loving, fun, and gentle breed. I have much experience in connecting with and walking rescue dogs as well, mixed breeds including Sharpei, Pit Bull, Rottie, Jack Russel, Corgie, Labradoodles, Spaniels, etc. Sanitation is the start of keeping our friends safe and healthy; exercise and fresh air are necessary as well to have a happy, healthy home life. I can provide these things for your loved furry friend(s) while you are traveling or working.

“I can't recommend Dylan enough! He took great care of my two pups. I appreciate that he was in contact often and quick to respond to me. His accomodations are wonderful!”
