“I’m so grateful that Marigold and Darla took care of Norman while we were on Spring Break! He was very tired when we got home. They sent pictures every day. That eased my mind. They have a great back yard and take the dog’s safety and security very seriously.”

“Megan was great with Cassius. He stayed with her for four nights over Thanksgiving while we went out of town. She made him feel at home and went out of her way to make sure that he was comfortable and learned his personality pretty quickly. Megan is very sweet and able to handle our 95lb toddler with patience. She was able to give him medicine, take him for a walk, and play lots of fetch in her fenced in backyard. Megan kept us updated daily and send photos and videos. I would happily board Cassius with her again and would vouch for her ability to befriend pups of all sizes.”

“Rebecca is amazing with dogs. My izzi had never been away from home or around other dogs. She introduced her slowly to the others and she ended up making several friends over the long weekend. She was so happy to see us, but she was having so much fun, I don't think she really wanted to leave. I would highly recommend Rebecca for anyone who needs a loving second home foe their fir babies. I will definitely use her again.”

“Beth is amazing! Her home was perfect for our high energy dogs, and they really enjoyed playing with her dog as well. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to trust my fur babies with. Thank you, Beth!”

“Kiana was amazing She make sure she sent lot of updates along with pictures! Kiana understood how hard is was for me to leave my baby for the first time and keep me at ease! She is definitely part of the family now! Anytime I have to travel I know he'll be okay with his now "Auntie" ...lol”

“Christopher was our first pet sitter and he exceeded all of our expectations. He kept our puppy busy and happy while we were away. We also got updates and photos practically daily which was so encouraging! We couldn’t have had a better experience.”

“Reyna and her family were great with our two dogs. They accommodated us last minute and made sure to give us updates and photos daily. Our dogs were so happy staying there and they were very well taken care of. I highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a caring, loving, and safe environment for their pets while out of town.”

“Our dog had the BEST time at Ashley's! He was there for a week and made new friends; both human and canine. He was well cared for and enjoyed himself immensely. Thank you Ashley.”

“Patty was a godsend to our family. She cared for our two difficult dogs while we took a much needed vacation away. She checked in every day and used her boarding experience to make their stay the best possible. We would rebook in a heartbeat. Thank you, Patty!”

“Alex and Nicholas were able to accommodate an older dog last minute. I received daily updates and pictures. They treated Miles like one of their own dogs. Would book with the host again!”

About: What sets me apart is the diversity and depth of my experience. I have cared for animals in AZA Accredited Zoos and Aquariums in addition to beloved pets. I am a Certified Canine Training and Behavior Specialist (CCTBS) with the Animal Behavior Institute, and my methods are backed by empirical scientific evidence. No matter what the service, I treat my responsibilities with the utmost care and attentiveness. I am also more than happy to accept reactive and fear-aggressive pups, for which much of my experience involves. :) Any pets under my care take priority in my schedule outside of my work as a part time driving instructor. The rest of the time I'm all theirs! I take pride in all of my work, and my level of pet care makes that very clear. I treat all animals with respect and kindness. My approach is positive reinforcement only - gentle, firm and backed by real science. With my experience caring for animals of all ability levels and temperaments, I am comfortable administering any medications. The same care, attentiveness, and professionalism applies to all of my work.

“Ms Vicki was wonderful with our older dog Poppy! This was the first time ever that our Poppy was separated from us and we were worried. However, Ms Vicki sent us a lot of updates and pictures to ease our minds. When we saw our Poppy’s smiling face, then we knew that she was well taken care of! Poppy is now home with treats and a happy attitude… no stress at all for her! THANK YOU MS VICKI!”

“Lenore was kind and generous with her time with Lupe! She was very easy to talk to talk to And helped accommodate our schedule change. Her home was warm and welcoming. Thank you Lenore! Gretchen”
About: I have experience crate and potty training puppies, litter box training, and can assist with basic obedience training. I am comfortable administering medication as directed, and can ensure adherence to veterinary recommendations (ie. wearing a cone, frequent walks/potty breaks, etc). I work limited part time (10 hrs/wk) and already have a solid routine with my own pets, so caring for yours would be easy to manage! I live in a two story home with a finished basement. Some areas in the home are gated off for safety. Our property is fully fenced in. Our home has young children, as well as our own friendly pets: a 5yo female Golden Retriever and two adult male cats. All our animals are fixed/spayed. We enjoy lots of playtime, walking, and running to help get the energy out.
“Carlie and her family took great care of my dog while I was gone. Brimley went to the park, took some walks, got to run and play ball and was fawned over by Carlie's little one. Brimley ate up allllll the attention!! I got plenty of pictures andy doggie was popped out when she got home. In fact, when I arrived to pick her up, I don't think Brimley was too keen on going home. I think she wanted to stay and play with the other doggies and their little girl. I let her in the truck and she jumped out the other side. Ha! Highly, highly recommend. I hope I can have them watch Brim again!”

“Madison took excellent care of our dog. She provided daily updates and photos/videos which we really appreciated. She walked him a lot and took trips to the dog park!! Also, she was flexible when our plans changed. I would definitely use Madison again and appreciate the excellent care she provided.”

“Michelle was exceptional. We were in a last minute bind and found Michelle on Rover and Michelle’s Muddy Paws LLC. She provided exceptional care for our 5 yr old Springer Spaniel, Scarlett. Scarlett enjoyed her daily walks in the woods, the special TLC of the fam, and the comfort of having such awesome doggies companions. I would use her services anytime and highly recommend.”

Spending time with dogs allows me to honor that bond and brings me genuine joy; I truly enjoy getting to know each animal unique personality. I treat every animal woth the same kindness, patience and love I gave to my own dog. I have a very flexible schedule and I can give pets the attention, supervision and companionship they deserve 24/7! I don’t work so I’m completely free to take care of your fur babies. About: I’m 23 years old and I have 2 dogs. One is 7 and the other is 1 year old. I got them both when they were puppies so I’ve had dog experience for 7 years now. I like to take them for walks daily if weather is permitting as well as play fetch. I am a CNA but I do home care so my schedule is flexible, I can work mornings or nights. I love doing Outdoor activities. I have a nice fenced in back yard for them to run around and get their energy out. So far I’ve taught my dogs how to sit, shake, dance, and high five with both paws. I want to continue to teach them more tricks. I’m sure my dogs are looking forward to having more buddies to play with!

“Eden was amazing. They had great communication with me throughout the whole time they were taking care of my baby. Eden always kept me informed, sent a lot of pictures, and I felt reassured that Roberto was being taken care of very well! My only concern is that Roberto likes Eden more than me 😂”

“Upon first meeting Anna, I instantly felt comfortable leaving George & Rudy in Anna's care while we were away. She dropped in as scheduled and provided detailed feedback, as well as photos. We were pleased to know our dogs were being cared for by someone we trusted.”

Whether it’s feeding, checking in, or walks, I’d be happy to help. We have Greenley, our 5-year-old English Cream Golden Retriever, Jack Jack the cat, and Moose the horse, so I’m experienced with all kinds of pets. I’ll ensure your pets get the care they deserve while you're away. I look forward to meeting your furry (or hoofed) friends! I work remote, so it is easy to fit your pet needs into my schedule. We are happy to leave your pet out or crate them if they feel safer that way. This is totally up to you!

About: HI, my name is Lenore, - My love for animals began when I was very young... - A few years ago, my Sheltie, Spencer... at 10 wk old, was already highly intelligent, and so full of love. In 3 days time, was house trained, and enrolled in Puppy Pre-School at a local PETSMART. He was such a quick learner, sitting and staying in no time! - Years later, my youngest Son and I, owned registered AKC, Siberian Huskies, and raised and sold 4 litters of puppies. Such fun. - a few other animals I've cared for; dogs, cats, rabbits, chickens, bearded dragons, fish, eels, a chinchilla, pet snakes....but said no to a tarantula! Just can't do that one!! - thank you ahead of time for your consideration, you will NOT regret putting your trust in me. - Calm, and easy going are my characteristics, as i have plenty of time, and a big heart, to devote to caring for your companion, friend and family member!! Also being a loving & giving person, my priority would be, to fully enjoy caring for your dog, or pet... fulfilling a desire in me to again have a dog in the house, to care for, to spend time with, talk to, & treat 'royally' (spoil) :)) enjoying every second of the blessing. I will take only one dog at a time unless you have two, who know each other, and get along. That way, I can & will devote lots of extra TLC for your best friend...and will definitely treat them as if they were my own, with utmost of value and importance, how they deserve! Thank You lenore My availability for Your Dearest Companion is 24/7. They will have my undevided loving attention. I truly care and will treat them as my own! My home and care provided by myself, will always be a safe and stress-free environment, to help Your Honeys feel 100% comfortable! 🌟💞 My Promise

That being said i will only accept crate trained dogs(for their safety) they need to be able to be crated safely while we are away for a short or longer amount of time. About: Hi! I’m a lifelong dog lover and proud rescue dog parent with over 8 years of hands-on experience caring for dogs of all ages, temperaments, and needs. I know firsthand how tough it can be to find affordable, trustworthy help—especially when juggling a busy schedule. That’s what inspired me to become a Rover sitter: to offer dependable, compassionate care for your pets when you need it most. My two pups (a spunky senior Jack Russell/Heeler mix and a mid-aged Husky/Heeler) keep me active and on my toes, and I frequently care for my sister-in-law's dogs as well. I’m experienced with dogs who need a little extra TLC, including those on special diets, daily medications, or unique routines. Whether you need someone to drop in for a quick potty break or want your dog to feel at home while you're away, I treat every pet like family—with patience, attention, and love. I'm flexible! I currently work from home and have a pretty flexible schedule during the days. I work about ~10-15 hours a week and don't have a set 9-5 type schedule. I can do my work whenever, wherever! I have a fenced in yard and two dogs at home. I treat my dogs like they are my BABIES - they get a ton of attention, pets, belly rubs, walks, and kisses. We do a lot of walks in our neighborhood and like to bring our pets on adventures.

I’m comfortable with senior dogs and puppies, and I treat every pup as if they were my own I work full-time with an inconsistent schedule, which actually gives me flexibility to help pet parents who work during the day or have varying schedules. I can often provide care before or after work and on many weekdays when others might be busy. This allows me to give your pets plenty of attention and care when you need it most. I have two cats of my own and a pet-friendly home where safety and comfort come first. Whether caring for pets in your home or mine, I follow routines closely, provide lots of love and playtime, and can handle special care needs to keep your furry friends happy and healthy.
“We love having Kristen help us out with our dog Mae. She follows instructions perfectly and has helped us a lot with reinforcing training commands. Kristen is super punctual and we always know we can count on her 100%. It is obvious how much she really loves caring for your pet too. I would highly recommend her (and I have)!”

About: My daughter and I are dog sitting for two reasons -- we flat out love dogs and my daughter is saving for college. While supporting my daughter's entrepreneurial spirit your dog will get a vacation of a lifetime. Without getting too deep into my resume, here are some highlights: -Handled five police dogs. 1000's of deployments. -Master Trainer for the International Police Work Dog Association. -Developed and taught a unique dog safety program. Have presented the hands on program from everyone to 1000's of second graders to regional UPS drivers. -Recognized expert witness in court on dog tracking, aggression, training, and deployment. -Over 75 nationally published articles on dog obedience, housing, behavior, training, etc. -Tested, certified, and trained working dogs from nearly all 50 states and several countries. (This year I've had dog teams travel to my home from Montana, Florida, Iowa, etc for assistance). I do all this because I simply love interacting with dogs. The love has spread to my 13 year old daughter. I currently have a very fun, young, and goofy dog -- a Vizsla named "Ranger." He clearly isn't a working dog and isn't a picture of obedience perfection. (I only mention this to let you know that despite my resume your dog doesn't have to be perfect and is coming into a very fun and loving household!) We've truly been a dog centered household for 20 years. My wife is a literal Saint! My private dog training rates, and I've turned down much more work than I've accepted, runs 10x the Rover.com rate we are charging. This is truly a venture that partners up youth business and the love of dogs. Long live Capitalism, dogs, and the USA!

“Taylor was amazing! Yesterday was my first time using Rover and I was a little nervous about my pup being home alone... Taylor called me at work (per my request) so that I could go over how to get into my house, etc. and she calmed my nerves too :) when she got there, he had tore up his mattress pad in his kennel- she cleaned it up so that he couldn’t eat it. She then walked him, took pictures for me and played with him enough to tire him out for a bit. She was so good with him anc it was so appreciated! ❤️❤️”

My approach is positive reinforcement only - gentle, firm and backed by real science. With my experience caring for animals of all ability levels and temperaments, I am comfortable administering any medications. The same care, attentiveness, and professionalism applies to all of my work.
“She went out of her way to help us this weekend on short notice. She did an amazing job with the dogs and the house. She gave us so much relief knowing the dogs were in such good hands! we are beyond thankful for her help”

About: I’ve always had dogs and love caring for animals. I lost my beloved dog and I miss her wildly. We travel extensively in our motorhome, but we are based in Michigan. Our Michigan home has an acre of woods for the dog to enjoy. There are no roads nearby and it is very safe and quiet.

About: I’ve always been the go to friend/aunt to pet sit. I love all animals and would rather spend my free time hanging out with a fuzzy friend. I would loveeeeeeee to walk your dog! I currently work from home and would love a buddy to hangout with! I live close to the bike trail and many parks and would enjoy a furry friend to take walks with! If you are in need of someone to drop in, have a place for your pet to stay or just a companion for your friend to take walks with I am the one you are looking for!
“Kelli and her family are amazing! I was terrified about having someone watch my rescue pup who has been with me for only a month. Very quickly my fears and anxiety disappeared. She took amazing care of my pup, and her updates allowed me to enjoy the holiday. The care she provides is an 11 out of 10!”

“Justice did amazing with our Crown! He came home happy and healthy! She sent photos and videos. We would love for her to watch him again and also have play dates! Highly recommend! ?”
