Most recently, I've supported a senior cat with health issues during an acute period providing attentive monitoring and calm, consistent care. I have a flexible schedule allowing me to be present for walks, daily care, and lots of one on one attention on a regular basis. I live on a quiet two-acre country property with open space and low traffic dirt roads. The yard is not fenced so dogs are always supervised outdoors and kept on a leash for walks.

About: Hello! I have been taking care of animals since I was very little and have over 10 years of experience. I currently have 2 large dogs of my own and have owned other dogs and small animals in the past. And while I haven’t owned them, I have taken care of cats and reptiles in the past as well. I previously worked at a dog daycare for 3 years, and I’m currently working at a veterinary hospital. In working at the daycare I have experience working with dogs of all sizes and temperaments, from Great Danes and Pitbulls to Chihuahuas and Dachshunds, and working at the vet has given me much more insight into animal care as well. I have experience with the following: senior pets, handicapped dogs, anxious pets, epileptic dogs, medications, and training puppies. I know how stressful it is to leave your pets so I pride myself in giving the same kind of care I would want my own fur babies to have. I currently work part time during the summer, so I will have plenty of time to help out with your pets! During the fall and winter I attend college and work. I will still be available during those times, my availability just may be slim. Note: I work 6-8 hour shifts on my work days so potty breaks on days I work would be would be at least that far apart plus travel time I pride myself in giving the same kind of care I would want my dogs to receive. At this time I am not offering boarding in my home, but I am more than willing to stay at your home (with potential overnight stays if needed). I find that dogs are less stressed when they stay at home rather than at a strangers house. That being said, I always make time for cuddles and other activities to try to keep your pets at ease so that going on a trip is just as relaxing for your pets as it is for you.

About: Ive been taking care of dogs my whole life. We actually had Beagle puppies born in our bathroom 13 years ago. I've raised 5 dogs all together. We have 1 left. He's our baby. I will love your dog like my own. I will take care of them like you do. I'm not working so I have plenty of time to walk, play and love on your pet! I am available most weekends and holidays as well. I have a fenced area in my yard, a doggie door and a very friendly senior dog. He's a little loud sometimes, since he's a Beagle but it's all love. Your fur baby will be super happy here. About: My whole life I have had dogs. When I was little a yellow lab, and now a very large charcoal lab, his name is Finn in my profile picture, he’s my best bud. Also added another furry friend to our mix, a red golden retriever, her name is Sadie. I also have four cats, one big orange tabby, a calico, and two black cats. My heart is full of love for animals and I would treat yours like my own. I dog sit for my grandparents as well, and friends as needed. I had the honor of helping train my grandmas dog and Finn as well. Simple things like learning to sit and stay but still important! I am currently home for the summer from college. I attend Ferris State and will return in the fall. So, I am just looking for a part time gig for the summer! Besides one vacation in June I am completely free for all potty breaks, walks, etc during the week. I have two dogs at home if a stay at my home is needed, I have leads available for use as well. We also have a fairly large crate used for our golden when she was a puppy, so your pet can be crated if necessary! My pups are very friendly and would love the extra company! I also have no problem staying at a clients home if that makes things easier! I have reliable transportation and have an SUV to take the pups to the park or anything like that! I often take my dogs with me to the store when I can and sometimes stop for a pup cup.

About: I have a very dog and cat friendly place to call home. Most days I am outside working around the property and the dogs are out with us. I’ve raised our dogs from 8 weeks old and the Labs are obedience trained and have taken their Canine Good Citizen class to hopefully be Therapy dogs soon. Our Pug is the youngest and raised by the Labs and of course, me. In the evenings it’s relax in the chair time. The dogs love to snuggle up and just nap after playing outside. I make my own work schedule and am able to fit work around pets. Usually only leaving the dogs for an errand run here and there. I go outside with all dogs and walk them on the property. I feed 2 times a day plus a snack or whatever is necessary for any visiting pet along with fresh water at all times. All pets have free range of the house day and night unless otherwise requested. I have an outdoor kennel for nice days if they need to be outside for a little while.

Your pet gets lots of T.L.C. in hopes that my home feels safe and comfortable like your home. I am a home-body. I don't like leaving the dogs alone so rarely do. I like to take the dogs on field trips, to nearby forest preserves or parks so they can enjoy new smells. I live alone on 1.2 acres so I have plenty of space for fetch, tag and wading pools. I have a fenced yard which is secure. Walks on leashes are common for a change of scenery and sniffs. Dogs are allowed on all furniture. My king size bed has plenty of space for any fur baby who would like to sleep with me. I only board one dog at a time (unless they are from the same family). Iroutinely send texts with photos so you can see how your dog is enjoying his or her vacation.

About: Hi !! I’m Jasmine and I’m a student at U-M so I’m available most of the entire summer. I write music for a living so the times I’m away from home will be for premieres and other things but I’ll update my availability to reflect my summer travel (which isn’t a lot). Otherwise I’m free any day. I’ve had dogs and cats my entire life and my childhood dog lived to be 18, so I have experience with senior pets as well. I can administer medications, I will take them on frequent walks, feed them on their schedule, and have plenty of play time. I have a loving and sweet fur baby named Blossom who is a toy poodle/ bichon frise mix. She is comfortable around dogs and cats and if anything is a little shy. She’s not crate trained so I’d allow your pet to roam freely through the house. Anything I do for Blossom is what I’d do for your baby unless you tell me otherwise, and she’s treated like a princess! I know visits away from home can be a little stressful for your fur baby, but rest assured I can handle any situation and make sure your baby feels at home. Expect many pictures and videos! I live a little bit outside of Ann Arbor but getting to me from Ann Arbor would be a short drive. My neighborhood is very dog friendly so it will be no problem! I care for my pet A LOT throughout the day, so walks, feeding, play time, anything is completely a part of my daily routine. I take Blossom on walks numerous times a day so if you have a pet that isn’t house trained yet, I think having her around will be helpful for them to learn how. If in my home, everything is already safe for pets to be there. I don’t have any carpet so I’m not concerned about pet messes, I can clean them up easily. I’m very attentive to my own pet and would be just as attentive to your fur baby. I’d invite you to come see my place before your pet’s stay to see if it’d be a good fit. If in your place, I will follow any rules you have for me.

About: I have owned two dogs as pets. One lived to be 17. My dogs I have owned were both spunkie and lots of fun! I also worked in Illinois for a local dog walking/sitter company. I would walk my dogs for 20 minutes. If the weather was bad I would walk the pet and play with them inside their home. I had 2-4 dogs a week. Frankie a big sniffer male dog and Ginger an older arthritic dog; they were my regulars. I would end every visit with petting and a treat. I really love my dogs. Every visits ends with a text to the owner including a cute photo and information on whether the dog peed and pooped. I love the flexibility. I enjoy getting outdoors and I love animals. This is a great combo for me. I’m recently stopped working this will a great way to fill my days. My dog gets a lot of love. I believe the best part of dogs is they are simple they just need attention and love. The last two dogs I had I gave lots of petting and hugs. Dogs also need stimulation whether it be playing fetch or using a Kong or some other activity an owner may have I like to incorporate that into my visit.
About: Hello! I have been taking care of animals since I was very little and have over 10 years of experience. I currently have 2 large dogs of my own and have owned other dogs and small animals in the past. And while I haven’t owned them, I have taken care of cats and reptiles in the past as well. I previously worked at a dog daycare for 3 years, and I’m currently working at a veterinary hospital. In working at the daycare I have experience working with dogs of all sizes and temperaments, from Great Danes and Pitbulls to Chihuahuas and Dachshunds, and working at the vet has given me much more insight into animal care as well. I have experience with the following: senior pets, handicapped dogs, anxious pets, epileptic dogs, medications, and training puppies. I know how stressful it is to leave your pets so I pride myself in giving the same kind of care I would want my own fur babies to have. I currently work part time during the summer, so I will have plenty of time to help out with your pets! During the fall and winter I attend college and work. I will still be available during those times, my availability just may be slim. Note: I work 6-8 hour shifts on my work days so potty breaks on days I work would be would be at least that far apart plus travel time I pride myself in giving the same kind of care I would want my dogs to receive. At this time I am not offering boarding in my home, but I am more than willing to stay at your home (with potential overnight stays if needed). I find that dogs are less stressed when they stay at home rather than at a strangers house. That being said, I always make time for cuddles and other activities to try to keep your pets at ease so that going on a trip is just as relaxing for your pets as it is for you.

I am a part time student two days a week.
