About: I have had cats and dogs my whole life, and they have enriched my life so much. I volunteered at animal shelters, working with dogs of all kinds, and socializing with the cats. I regularly walked dogs and was a dog/house sitter for over a year, then took a brief hiatus while I was working full time and am getting back into dog sitting now that I have a house of my own, and can offer boarding services! I have also had two puppies over my life that I helped raise and take care of into their old age. I am currently working part time, so I have plenty of time to spend loving your critters, and my partner works fully remote so he is available to let dogs in and out while I am gone! We have a large fenced in backyard with lots of room to run and play, plus we love going on walks when we have dogs visiting us. They also have their own hideaway which houses their food and litter that dogs do not have access to in case they need some time to themselves. My mom's dog, Juno, also visits us frequently, and she LOVES having playmates around and gets along with dogs of all sizes and breeds. I make sure to take swift action on any problems that may arise, and communicate frequently in detail. You can rest easy knowing I treat any critter in my care as if they were one of my own, and you will also receive picture updates every day, usually multiple times a day.
About: I’ve been around animals since I was born. I’ve had a lot of experience with dogs, and I love to be around them. My favorite thing to do is to be with animals. I have my own Siberian Husky that I will need to drop in on occasionally I do have a dog of my own. But other then babysitting for family and doctors appointments I am pretty free other than that. Bark & Barn is a privately insured in-home kennel that provides overnight and day boarding options as well as drop-in visits/walks for all pets, exotic included. I also provide optional training for dogs. I have five years of experience as a veterinary assistant in a high volume multi-species setting. With this, I have gained the knowledge, training, and experience in animal behavior as well as proper technique in safe animal hold, administering all forms of medication, administering emergency fluids, and animal CPR. Your pups will have access to multiple sections of my home, a fenced play yard, and walks over 120 acres of farm fields and streamed woods! I work from home so I will have lots of time for the care of your dog. They will get plenty of attention in my care. I treat your dog like they are my dogs. They get all the attention they need. They will have two dogs to run and play with.
About: I have had animals all my life! Currently have a 8-month old German Shepard, and 2-year old Shepard, making it two German shepherds in my household! I have went through two separate, puppy training clinics with my own dogs! I have another full time job that I work - however it is quite flexible and am looking to fill my time doing other things as well. I currently live in an apartment, so I do not offer in home sitting. With my German Shepards, we go to the onsite dog park daily, and they are my trail running partner!

About: I’ve been taking care of pets since I was a kid, and now work my full time job with animals every day. I have experience caring for dogs, cats, ferrets, and rodents! My senior dog has Stage 3 kidney disease and we provide daily care for him, including oral and injectable meds, and special diets. I am available after 4:30 pm during the week, and weekends. I have a fenced in yard for my for dog, and a crate available if needed. I would prefer caring for your pets at your home but am willing to bring them to my home if they are dog and cat friendly. I have a senior dog who has some trouble getting around so we have ramps, but he prefers dogs that are smaller than he is, about 55 lbs. My pets are treated like kings and queens in our home and I would provide the same care for your fur babies!

“We couldn't have gotten any more lucky than we did with Julie & her husband. Our Nya Bear looked like she had a great time in their home. Unfortunately she just started to blow her coat right before we dropped her off, but they continued to brush her out throughout her stay. We'll definitely be having her stay with Julie & her husband from now on when we need someone to look after her.”
