“My boy Chauncey stayed with Dan and Clare for three nights four days. I was sent multiple forgraphs to show how he was faring including him eating and sleeping. I had a GPS collar on him which showed the amount of play time and rest time he was given. (A LOT)!! Their yard is huge and fenced. Unfortunately my dog has learning to jump over cyclone fencing the week before staying with Dan and Clare; therefore, I put his GPS collar on him. They watched my sweet naughty (sporting dog - very concentrated on looking for creatures and can lose his mind by only having those thoughts in his head ;-) ) and I could tell much attention was given to watching out for him and guaranteeing he was safe. Their three dogs - after they bark upon your arrival - are very sweet and very accepting of newcomers. I would use them again in a heart beat. I travel on the road with my dog and also spend time in Texas so it will be hit and miss when the need arrives. However, should you want a safe, clean, dog "resort" for your pup go here. About: I’ve had experience with dogs my whole life. Growing up, my family bred Australian shepherds. I’ve owned small dogs like a Chihuahua and big dogs like Great Pyrenees. I’ve had experience with just about every breed of dog. I grew up in farm land and I love animals of all shapes, sizes, and breeds. I’m a pitbull lover as I currently own one. In 2023, I volunteered to care for FLD puppies at camp, while caring for 7-8 weeks old puppies, I also helped reinforce puppies early behavior training, to help build a strong foundation for good manners and healthy behavior as they grow. Jan. 2026, I successfully completed the GoodPup dog training program and received a dog trainer certificate. Now I'm an approved dog trainier on Rover. About: Hello! I’m Amy and i’m 21 years old. I’ve had dogs since I was about 5 years old. I’ve also had a couple parrots and have taken care of other pets along the way. I really love being around animals and taking care of them especially going on walks. Walking benefits me and the pets so there really is no down side. I am in school, I will be graduating soon. I have a part time job as well but would love to care for pets whenever possible and hopefully help out a you busy pet owners ! I would like to mostly take the pets on walks outside so the home environment won’t be an issue :) It is a safe place though.
About: I have grown up around animals my entire life between pet sitting, breeding, owning, walking, bathing you name it i have done it. I am currently in training to become a dog groomer. “My boy Chauncey stayed with Dan and Clare for three nights four days. I was sent multiple forgraphs to show how he was faring including him eating and sleeping. I had a GPS collar on him which showed the amount of play time and rest time he was given. (A LOT)!! Their yard is huge and fenced. Unfortunately my dog has learning to jump over cyclone fencing the week before staying with Dan and Clare; therefore, I put his GPS collar on him. They watched my sweet naughty (sporting dog - very concentrated on looking for creatures and can lose his mind by only having those thoughts in his head ;-) ) and I could tell much attention was given to watching out for him and guaranteeing he was safe. Their three dogs - after they bark upon your arrival - are very sweet and very accepting of newcomers. I would use them again in a heart beat. I travel on the road with my dog and also spend time in Texas so it will be hit and miss when the need arrives. However, should you want a safe, clean, dog "resort" for your pup go here. Lots of new smells, critters to chase and great hosts for your four legged family member, Thank you Dan and Clare!”

About: I recently lost my puppy after 7 years, and I had experience watching and dog sitting in my neighborhood, taking my dog and other dogs on walks all the time, watching my friends and families dogs, and I want to have more time around dogs again with my dog khaleesi now being gone. I am not a dog trainer, but I’ve been around dogs my entire life. They have always been a key part in my life and I want to be able to continue making positive memories with all sorts of dogs for the rest of my life! I am currently a student at Oakland University for exercise science and pre Physical Therapy. I am also working part time for a sales company called cutco, but I have control of my schedule and can work virtual or in person. I have experience with a electric fence, and if not fenced walking with a leash is no problem for me, I’m very good with crating dogs if needed, but I will not crate them unless it is crate worthy, like if they got slight aggressive, but I do not like to crate if it’s not needed. I will take on walks at minimum once a day and will walk however long the dog seems to need to be walked to get out there zoomies energy. I can feed whenever they usually eat, and always have fresh water for them. I can bathe them as well, but I’m not a pro at it by any means. I also allow pets on couches or beds of any sort, but if they aren’t allowed to be then I can follow that rule with no problem.
