“Kim was great with our pup. He came home very happy. Trusting someone you don’t know well with part of your family isn’t easy. But from the moment I dropped my dog off, I knew instantly he would be loved and cared for. I had no fears leaving him and would absolutely recommend Kim as a sitter/boarder. My family does a lot of traveling and I would be more than pleased to have her watch him again!”

“My older lab had a great time with Burgandy! I really appreciated the great communication, photo updates, and schedule flexibility! Looks forward to using Burgandy again!”

“She was fantastic with Luna. Jessica sent us tons of pictures and updates about Luna’s day & eating. She also kept Luna playing and happy. Jessica is professional and caring. Would book again.”

“Highly recommend! Our two dogs had a wonderful overnight stay. We received updates and photos throughout their visit, which made us feel so comfortable knowing they were in great hands. The care and attention they received were outstanding, and they came home happy and well cared for. We will definitely book again!”

“It was my first time having Kathy take care of my pup while we went out of town. While he was excited to see me when I picked him up, he continued to follow Kathy around - a good sign he was well cared for! She sent pictures and gave me updates on how things were going during his stay and I appreciated that. I would definitely have her watch Domino again.”
“It’s always a 5/5 experience with Erin! Our pup loves going there and she gives him so much love. This past time he wasn’t feeling too well before we dropped him off so Erin kept a close eye on him and sent us extra pictures/videos which put us more at ease. Absolutely recommend!”

“Sabrina along with her husband and children spoiled chance all weekend. He had a wonderful time playing with their pup. I’ve loved getting all of the pictures and updates daily. I would recommend Sabrina for any of your pet care needs.”

“Literally the BEST person for our senior pup! She sent multiple daily updates, treated him really well, and basically spoiled him rotten! She even asked questions about his needs and wants. She referred to herself as “granny” for Benji, and by the end of his stay, Benji and I both agreed that she’s his granny! Ive never used this app before and she was my first person to try boarding with, and it was awesome. Will 100% come back if I need a sitter and 100% recommend her. :)”

“Jessie and family were amazing with Mya- she loved being there - we could tell she had lots of attention and play time because she was exhausted for the whole evening after she came home. Thank you so much!”

“Our dog Lola always has a fantastic time staying with Bennet! She is extremely communicative and sends the cutest photos throughout her stay. We always book with Bennet when we need a dog sitter. Cant recommend enough!”

“Joni is amazing! The first time I met her she told me she likes the dogs to feel like they’re on vacation too. My dogs had a wonderful time. Everyday I received a picture and video showing me what the dogs were up to. That was especially nice. She managed to get one of my dogs into the pool. And of course she has life jackets for my little dogs. Would highly recommend her.”

“Kaleigh was great with my dogs! She took great care of them while we were out of town. Sent me several pictures too which eased my mind about having a new sitter. Will definitely rebook with her in the future. Thanks Kaleigh for everything you did for the girls!”

“I had a great first experience with Rover, thanks to Martha! Martha took amazing care of my dog for a whole week in her home. I was nervous about leaving him because he's had behavioral issues in the past, but it worked out really well! Martha was very responsive from the start and experienced with rescue dogs. Martha was very accommodating of Bumi's daily medication schedule and prescription diet, as well as his rescue quirks. She sent pictures and updates which were great comforts to me. Bumi was clearly very happy and comfortable while he was boarding. I will not hesitate to book Martha again!”

“Jennifer and her family provided excellent care for my senior dog, Molly. Molly was loved and well taken care of. Molly wasn't stressed when I picked her up and felt right at home with Jennifer's family. I can't say enough great things! Excellent communicator, received pictures daily, beautiful clean home, nice, kind and welcoming! When needing a sitter, she's always my first go-to. Jennifer is the absolute BEST!”

“This was our first time leaving our dog with someone on rover. We previously left our dog at a boarding place and she didn’t do well at all, was sick didn’t eat etc. We decided leaving her with someone who would be with her most of the time would be best for us. We met with Ralph prior to her stay. He answered all of our questions and he asked good questions as well, so that he got to know her before taking care of her. Ralph watched our dog for 7 days and she did so well! He sent photos and updates and was quick to respond if we reached out for additional updates/questions. Ralph made sure he was home as much as possible for an entire week even saying he went grocery shopping prior to ensure he had groceries and wouldn’t have to leave her alone. We are so happy to have met someone who we can trust and know will take good care of our dog as if it’s his own. We definitely plan to use him again for our next vacation.”

“Kristen was amazing! She kept us up to date on how everything was going. She also sent pictures and went above and beyond to make our puppies feel comfortable! I would recommend her to anyone looking for a sitter! Thank you for making this such a wonderful experience!”

If I notice anything out of place or in need of tidying, I’m happy to help—but always with your prior approval. I understand that personal preferences vary; some clients prefer to handle certain tasks themselves, while others appreciate the extra assistance. My goal is to respect your space and treat your home with the same level of care I would my own. Having spent the last two years renovating my own home, I deeply understand the importance of maintaining a clean and organized environment. Safety and Pet Care Best Practices Your pet’s safety is my top priority, and I take every precaution to ensure their well-being: Secure Transportation: If I transport your pet, they will always be properly restrained with a seatbelt or pet travel carrier for safety. Leash & Walk Safety: On walks, I ensure pets do not pick up items from the ground. I also clean their paws after every outing, just as I do with my own pets. Hygiene & Health: If your pet gets dirty, I will provide a bath with your permission. Any medical concerns will be addressed immediately, and I am trained in emergency pet first aid, excluding surgical procedures. Home Security: I will ensure all doors and windows are securely locked when leaving your home. Privacy & Updates: I will only take photos of your pet for your updates and will never photograph your home without permission. Supervision & Outdoor Time: Pets in my care will never be left alone in a vehicle or outside unattended, even in my fenced yard. Cats will remain indoors unless they are harness-trained and you request outdoor time. Stranger Interaction: While on walks, your pet will not interact with strangers or other animals unless pre-approved for socialization. Pet Care in My Home Pets in my home receive dedicated supervision unless prior arrangements are made: Dogs: If a dog is staying with me and needs to be left alone for an extended period, I require a crate for their safety and comfort. However, my schedule is highly flexible, minimizing the time they are left alone. Cats: Cats may be left unsupervised in a designated, pet-safe room with regular check-ins. Handling Aggressive or Special Needs Pets I have extensive experience with fearful, reactive, and aggressive pets, but clear and honest communication is essential: Cats: I am comfortable handling feral or aggressive cats and will take the necessary time to build trust. I can administer medication as needed, but I require full transparency about their behavior to ensure safety for all. Dogs: I can accommodate dogs with minor behavioral challenges, such as leash reactivity or mild anxiety. However, for safety reasons, I cannot accept: Dogs over 50 lbs who are not at least moderately leash-trained. Dogs requiring a muzzle or choke collar in public settings. Dogs with severe aggression or unpredictable behavior. Double-Booking Policy For the safety and well-being of all pets, I do not double-book boarding, daycare, or walks unless all parties have given consent and a meet-and-greet has taken place. If multiple dogs are staying in my home at the same time, a meet-and-greet is required. Even if the dogs get along, they will not be left alone together unless securely crated. Cats and dogs boarding in my home simultaneously will be kept in separate areas with no contact.

“Our fur babies had a wonderful time with Maria and her family. We received countless pictures and messages throughout our 10 day trip that illustrated how happy and loved our dogs were. Maria even gave them baths just before we returned! We highly recommend Maria and will use her again.”
