I have a friendly golden retriever named Stanley who absolutely thrives when he has other dogs to play with—so hosting furry friends is a joy for all of us! I work from home most days, which means your pup will get plenty of attention, supervision, and companionship throughout the day. My young kids also love having dogs around and are gentle, playful, and used to being around animals. I also have a cat in our home who is very comfortable around dogs—she and Stanley are great friends—so your pup should be cat-friendly or at least respectful of cats. Handling Aggressive or Special Needs Pets I have extensive experience with fearful, reactive, and aggressive pets, but clear and honest communication is essential: Cats: I am comfortable handling feral or aggressive cats and will take the necessary time to build trust. I can administer medication as needed, but I require full transparency about their behavior to ensure safety for all. Dogs: I can accommodate dogs with minor behavioral challenges, such as leash reactivity or mild anxiety. However, for safety reasons, I cannot accept: Dogs over 50 lbs who are not at least moderately leash-trained. Dogs requiring a muzzle or choke collar in public settings. Dogs with severe aggression or unpredictable behavior. Double-Booking Policy For the safety and well-being of all pets, I do not double-book boarding, daycare, or walks unless all parties have given consent and a meet-and-greet has taken place. If multiple dogs are staying in my home at the same time, a meet-and-greet is required. Even if the dogs get along, they will not be left alone together unless securely crated. Cats and dogs boarding in my home simultaneously will be kept in separate areas with no contact.

About: Dogs have been a significant part of my life, holding a special place in my heart. Growing up, my mother was involved in rescuing dogs, and we even took part in fostering. This experience exposed me to dogs of all sizes, ages, and temperaments. I've undergone basic dog training and share my life with a 3-year-old Bernese Mountain Dog named Millie. Prior to Millie, we had a beloved hound dog named Evie, who was a cherished companion for 15 years. I have a dog harness for safe traveling. I could also bring your pet to my home to play with my dog for a playdate. We have a nice fenced-in backyard with plenty of room to run. About: I've been around and have helped care for dogs and cats all shapes and sizes. Each one I've personally owned are a part of the family! I would take care of your fur baby like I'd want mine taken care of. I am a homeschooling mom which means your fur baby will be kept company while in my care. During the school year, on Saturdays, we sometimes will have sporting events to go to, as well as some week nights we will go to extracurricular practices but never gone for long! I currently have Midland's rail trail right in my back yard for nice walks if that's something you would like done. When we move in March we will have a large open park right in our backyard! After college I worked as a zookeeper where I cared for everything from mealworms all the way to rhinos. I have took care of seniors also that have needed medicine I'm a stay at home mom with my baby daughter, 2 dogs Toby and Koda, and my fluffy playful kitten Snooze. I have spaces in my day where I will be able to take care of your furry babies for you while you have to work/trip I do grooming for my dogs and kitten, walk/play with my dogs every day. At night I make sure to give each one alone time with me before bed so they don't get jealous of eachother

About: Dogs have been a significant part of my life, holding a special place in my heart. Growing up, my mother was involved in rescuing dogs, and we even took part in fostering. This experience exposed me to dogs of all sizes, ages, and temperaments. I've undergone basic dog training and share my life with a 3-year-old Bernese Mountain Dog named Millie. Prior to Millie, we had a beloved hound dog named Evie, who was a cherished companion for 15 years. My love for dogs spans every age, and I appreciate the unique needs and characteristics that come with each stage of their lives. I currently work from home full-time however, my schedule allows for flexibility through the week day where I can be available for walks, bathroom breaks, playtime, and snuggles. I would be happy to come get your pup out for a long walk before you return home. I would be happy to take your pup to a park to walk or around your neighborhood. I have a dog harness for safe traveling. I could also bring your pet to my home to play with my dog for a playdate. We have a nice fenced-in backyard with plenty of room to run. Our dog is wonderful with other dogs as well- big and small.
