I’ve had the blessing of entirely raising a dog a cat and even a snake, from months of age to adulthood and throughout their elder years on my own. About: Ever since I was little, I have loved all kinds of animals and hope to one day have a career working with them. I have been helping care for my own dogs since I was around six years old and have experience with both large breeds, like Labrador Retrievers, and small breeds, like Chihuahuas. I have also cared for the dogs and cats of friends and family while they were away. In addition to dogs and cats, I have owned and cared for two hamsters, a Canadian goose, three ducks, and have experience helping care for horses. I also have experience caring for senior dogs and understand the extra patience and attention they sometimes need. Currently, I have two Labrador Retrievers named Annie and Delta, and I love spending time caring for them. I am also comfortable administering medications, as one of my dogs requires seizure medication three times a day. I am a junior at Hope College home for the summer so my schedule is fairly open and I am very flexible. I am usually busy weekends and Tuesday and Thursday nights when I am coaching lacrosse. I can care for your dog in your home just as you would care for your dog if you were home. I could easily crate your dog if needed, take them for walks, feed them, and take them out to use the bathroom.
