About: I love taking care of and playing with dogs as I have had 5 throughout my life! I am recommended by my friends to others. I am currently a student at GVSU and I work at Butterworth hospital in Grand Rapids on the weekends. I am available to dog/cat sit Monday-Thursdays. Right now I live in an on campus apartment at GVSU and live 2 minutes away from a huge dog park. During the summer, I will be at home with a fenced in backyard in a very safe environment. I have 4 dogs and 1 cat at home. When I move out, I will be living in an apartment that is pet friendly with a dog park!

We travel extensively in our motorhome, but we are based in Michigan. Our Michigan home has an acre of woods for the dog to enjoy. There are no roads nearby and it is very safe and quiet.
About: Experienced with all kinds of dogs. I grew up with an 8lb maltese and went to boarding school where I frequently took care of a golden doodle and a pitbull/boxer puppy. Spent a summer with my brothers dog (pitbull mix), dogsat 2 older dogs for a summer (golden and mini doodle) and also have some experience taking care of cats. I’ve had experience with over hyper dogs and anxious dogs so I know how to adjust their environment to make them most comfortable. I live in a small apartment but I am right next to a park and enjoy exercising/being outside. I am currently working Monday through Friday from 7-4:30 so I am not generally available till 5:30 on a weekday. I’m available on the weekends! I have no pets of my own so your pet will be getting my full attention. I live down the road from a large park and there are many walking paths nearby. For overnights, I do have a smaller apartment so I wouldn’t want to take any dogs larger than ~40lbs as it likely would not be enough room for them.

“Baylee is magic with our very special 19 year old kidney failure cat. She is not an easy cat to care for, as she needs a special med that isn’t easy to apply. In fact, no one other than a family member has ever been able to do it. But Baylee has become our cranky old girls friend and is able to apply the medicine. Additionally, the house was super clean when we returned. Maybe cleaner than when we left.”

About: I have had dogs since I was a child. We have consistently had two dogs, mostly labs and Goldens. I have experience in diabetic dogs since two of my dogs have needed shots. I would love to care for your dogs like they are my own. I just recently retired and have no future plans to travel at this time. So I am very flexible and available to care for your fur babies. About: I’ve almost always had a pet whether it was a cat, kitten, puppy, family dog, or fish. I enjoyed taking care of the neighborhoods pets growing up as well as house sitting for them. When I was bored I used to ask the neighbors if I could walk their dogs just to get outside! I love animals in all shapes and sizes. Currently I work full time from home. I have a pretty flexible schedule for when I can take a lunch break or leave the house for an extended amount of time. Come March I will be self employed and will have open availability! There is no fence around our home, ideally outside time will be on a leash or long lead rope for running. We can do long walks down the road, a quick car ride to the beach, or walk in the state land across the street from my home. For cats we have lots of climbing structures and even some shelves built into the wall. Many toys and much love to go around

I also get along with other animals as well. Growing up I had pigs, chickens, horses, and a dog. About: I don’t have “professional” pet sitting experience but I do have personal experiences. My grandmother had puppies that I helped caring for them. She had two shih Tzu puppies that I loved like they were my own. Sadly, they both passed away around the same time. I know how important it is to take care of your pets because pets are more like family than animals. So, I hope that you will trust me enough to take care of your family. I will listen to what you need to me to do. I can be flexible and go beyond the call of duty if necessary. I am open to learning whatever is necessary to be a great caretaker. I hope you choose me.
