Though we were fairly short notice, Dan helped walk us through the Rover process, allowed us to do a meet and greet ahead of time, and was very flexible with drop off and pick up. Not knowing how our dogs would do as a first time away from us with non-family, there was a lot of anxiety on our side and it all was put to rest with videos and pictures of our pups having a great time there! There’s no doubt our dogs have some quirks but Dan and Kelly took amazing care of them and made them/us feel very welcome! Their house is very pet friendly with the toys, beds, and large fenced in backyard. So grateful to have found them, and strongly recommend them for your furry family members!”

About: I've had dogs, cats and horses my entire life. Rescued several unwanted horses. Recently adopted an Aussie/lab, Macy she's the sweetest dog. I have a cat and a horse. I have raised animals all my life. Currently work Tues-Wed-friday part time in Greenville. I had a2 hrs lunch could do walks on those days in Greenville. On Monday and Thursdays I'm in trufant. I may be available 5 days a week, times vary selecting on my schedule. Also, pet sitting on weekends or for a vacation, in Greenville or trufant area. I walk my dog daily, and my pets get fed twice a day. She is also on some prescription meds that she gets daily. My horse is elder and his molars are gone, so he gets a mash twice a day.
About: I am the friends and family dog sitter! I’ve grown up with dogs all my life and I could still pet them for hours and not get bored. On average I stay at someone houses for a week while they’re on vacation as well as but not as often a weekend stay. As well as drop in visits to feed, walk or let pets out to do their business. I am great will all breads and sizes of dogs/cats, as well as ages such as senior animals. I personally took are of our 90lb 11 year old Rhodesian Ridgeback after her back legs gave out. So while using a harness I would help her do everything, such as standing up to eat, move around and go outside. I can also do things like trimming nails and bathing them (especially if you unable to bath them yourself). I truly care and feel for every animal as if they were my own. I’m currently not working full time at the moment and have been doing small jobs here and there such as dog sitting for friends and family. I have a great portion of time for spend getting to know and engaging in your pets. I’m available anytime after 9am. I will care for your pets the way I would care for my own and in such continue their regular and daily routine. Including things such as walking them in the morning/night, playing with them and loving them or any other needed or wanted activities.
About: I have been with rover, dog bording, since 2018. I love animals, they are my favorite. I pet every dog I see. I have also been around animals my whole life. When I was younger I had a dog named rocky, he was a cocker spaniel and a beagle mix, I had him for 13 years. When we had to put him down part of my soul left, he was my best friend. About: I have pet care experience of all kinds including breeding and stud service, shots and weening. We have a large open floor plan with a 4 stall garage to roam. Price will vary if dog is not fully potty trained or in heat during their stay. I am a stay at home entrepreneur allowing me to be present with pets while they are here. I am also a groomer! My husband and I believe this is a great opportunity to be able to love on all kinds of different breeds as our own and a fun way to take care of some of the most precious pets. That being said i will only accept crate trained dogs(for their safety) they need to be able to be crated safely while we are away for a short or longer amount of time. There are no cats or dogs here (unless confirmed by you that its okay to board at the same time as another families pet) so you won't have to worry about your pet getting along with anyone else while they are here. About: I’ve owned dogs all of my life, both large and small. I work from home and happy to spend part of my day making sure your fur baby is well taken care of! I work from home so have availability most days during the work week to spend time with your pup in the Rockford Area! If you’re interested in daytime in-home care, our Schnoodle, Ares, gets along great with other dogs and would love a daytime friend. We do not have a fenced in yard, but have a great neighborhood for walks. We also have multiple leads to be outside in our yard with pups.

“Taylor was amazing! Yesterday was my first time using Rover and I was a little nervous about my pup being home alone... Taylor called me at work (per my request) so that I could go over how to get into my house, etc. and she calmed my nerves too :) when she got there, he had tore up his mattress pad in his kennel- she cleaned it up so that he couldn’t eat it. She then walked him, took pictures for me and played with him enough to tire him out for a bit. She was so good with him anc it was so appreciated! ❤️❤️”

About: I helped my parent raise and train our current dog, and i also worked as a dog trainer for a while! I have experience with difficult dogs, puppies, and older dogs of all sizes! I am extremely patient with nervous dogs and excitable puppies! (I cannot provide training services as i have a contract with my past employer(can resume in February of 2027)) I am fairly flexible and can be there any Saturday, Sunday or Tuesday at any time! I would prefer a days heads up but same day is fine. I have plenty of experience and training with dog safety as I was previously a dog trainer, and i am very adaptable to any situation that may arise! I am very patient and I love to mix things up to keep it interesting for your pup! I am more than happy to care for and walk your pup any time of day! I work part time! When I’m not at work I’m with my horses and dogs on a trail ride or doing some training! No matter how busy my life gets I put my animals first. There’s no fenced in yard but we are very secluded from everyone and they have acres to roam! When I feel like they need to get a lot of energy out we’ll take the 4 wheeler through the woods or play in the yard! I just moved from Montana so that’s why most of my pictures have mountains in them! Also your dog does not have to be crate trained!

About: I have been taking care of pets since I was 12. Family friends woukd trust me to to take care of their cats and dogs when they went away for a while. I would help take care of the house as well. I love to go for walks with my dogs and go about 3 days a week with my dog Remi. I can watch dogs and cats when my family friends need me too. But also work part time at Pet Supplies Plus so I need a bit more time to plan when I work and when I can stop by and take care of pets. I always make sure pets have fresh food and water, follow their normal feeding schedule, provide exercise and playtime, clean up after them, and give them plenty of attention and affection. I also administer medication if instructed, keep their environment clean and safe, and update owners with photos and messages. In a client's home, I respect their routines and care instructions to help pets feel comfortable while their owners are away.
About: I've had pets in my household since I was born, including dogs, cats, guinea pigs, and fish. I also have animal shelter experience, and I've cared for extended familys' pets as well. I'm currently away at college, but I have two dogs of my own back home. I have some extra time outside of classes and a part time job and am looking to spend that extra time caring for someone's pets, as I miss my own. About: I have been with rover, dog bording, since 2018. I love animals, they are my favorite. I pet every dog I see. I have also been around animals my whole life. When I was younger I had a dog named rocky, he was a cocker spaniel and a beagle mix, I had him for 13 years. When we had to put him down part of my soul left, he was my best friend. I know what its like to love your beautiful animals, through hard times they are always there for us. They are all created with beautiful souls, we are so lucky to have something like that by our sides. With that being said, I would love to take in your pet as if it were my own. Thank you for reading. Ps.I do NOT have cats or any animals. For some reason it says I have cats. 🤷♀️ I currently am a stay at home mom so I am able to be with your pups all day! I am able to get to know your dog and they dont think im a stranger when they come back! I have a lot of space to take your dog for a walk. We walk in the morning and I take them for a long walk before bed, and to crate if needed.

“Dan and Kelly were amazing with our two dogs!! This is our first time using Rover and also our first time leaving our pups with someone who wasn’t our family, they are 8 & 9. Though we were fairly short notice, Dan helped walk us through the Rover process, allowed us to do a meet and greet ahead of time, and was very flexible with drop off and pick up. Not knowing how our dogs would do as a first time away from us with non-family, there was a lot of anxiety on our side and it all was put to rest with videos and pictures of our pups having a great time there! There’s no doubt our dogs have some quirks but Dan and Kelly took amazing care of them and made them/us feel very welcome! Their house is very pet friendly with the toys, beds, and large fenced in backyard. So grateful to have found them, and strongly recommend them for your furry family members!”
