About: I had to put down my 10 year old lab this winter. I miss having dog, but thought this would be a great way to spoil your dog and have a dog in the house again. I'm not ready for another pet just yet. I will be in charge, as I work from home. Promise lots of walks, private beach if your dog enjoys that and lots of attention. No puppies (can discuss if housebroken) and can provide for senior dogs if needs are reasonable. Thank you! I primarily work from home so your dog will never be left alone for long. I am writer, so I sit at my desk quite a bit. However, those hikes in the woods or walks around the neighborhood are necessary. I would love to have your dog join me. I will treat your dog like a part of the family. I walk, feed and give plenty of attention. You tell me the rest. I miss having our own dog and would love to take care of yours. It's not a good time to get another dog, but I know how to love and care for yours. I work from home and will handle the care of your dog.

About: Hello, and welcome to the Pup's Place, your dog's home when you're away from home. I have experience in dog walking and sitting, whether it be at your place or mine. My experience lies primarily with small and medium sized breeds but I can provide care for large breeds (40-100 lbs). I'll be honest, I joined Rover as a way to experience all the joys that a dog brings in life after losing my best friend who lived to 21 years old. I'm not ready to get another dog so I hope that caring for yours as I have cared for mine all her life can fill the hole inside my heart, as well as put you at ease knowing your dog is receiving the utmost love and care we both know they deserve. As for availability, I work full time midnight shifts (7pm-7:30am) at the hospital, 3 days a week. I can work around my schedule to meet your needs. My schedule is flexible, so I am able to meet your needs. I can stop by before and after work and if you live near the hospital, I will be able to stop by on my lunch break (2am) if overnight care is needed. About: I’ve owned and cared for my own pets since I was 10. Taking care of animals is my main passion. I used to work at a dog boarding kennel and was in the FFA at the career tech center for a year in high school, where I raised baby sheep and grew chickens. I am currently studying to be a zoologist where I hope to go into a career of taking care of animals! I own many pets myself, so I care for them daily and once a week I do a deep clean of all their cages, tanks and enclosures. Caring for animals is part of my daily life routine. About: Coming from a background of puppy breeders, I have more then enough knowledge in not just caring for pets but understanding them as well. How I take care of my puppy, well my dog is served food twice a day about 2 cups of dog food. She is my buisness partner as I work alone, so she rides shot gun everywhere I go when plowing. We have an underground fence although she has been very well trained that she wouldn’t run off even without a collar. My dog can sit, bow, lay down, roll over and I’ve trained her to off leash walk. Everywhere I go I am complimented on how well minded she is. And as a black lab shepherd mix that’s impressive considering the level of engergy she has. In my clients home I will tend to my clients specific instructions as I know every owner to puppy relationship is defferent. I will care for their animal just as they would. And ensure a easy going, safe, and happy environment for the best sitting experience possible.
About: Since I can remember I’ve been around pets. At one point in time I had 6 dogs and 3 cats! I understand body language and an animals needs. “We could not have picked a better stay for our first overnights away from our sweet pup, Billie! Rachel and Ivan were extremely communicative and made sure to keep us up to date with the daily activities! Not only did Billie love her time with Rachel and Ivan but also got along great with their resident dog. We received lots of pictures and videos that helped us feel certain that she was having a great time while we were away. Billie has quite a bit of energy and they were able to play fetch and take her for walks to help keep her active. We are so thankful for their care and would recommend and will book again!”

About: I had to put down my 10 year old lab this winter. I miss having dog, but thought this would be a great way to spoil your dog and have a dog in the house again. I'm not ready for another pet just yet. I will be in charge, as I work from home. Promise lots of walks, private beach if your dog enjoys that and lots of attention. No puppies (can discuss if housebroken) and can provide for senior dogs if needs are reasonable. Thank you! I primarily work from home so your dog will never be left alone for long. I am writer, so I sit at my desk quite a bit. However, those hikes in the woods or walks around the neighborhood are necessary. I would love to have your dog join me. I will treat your dog like a part of the family. I walk, feed and give plenty of attention. You tell me the rest. I miss having our own dog and would love to take care of yours. It's not a good time to get another dog, but I know how to love and care for yours. I work from home and will handle the care of your dog.
“Caroline was great with communicating. We were greatly appreciative of her welcoming Bentley to stay last minute, seeing our other boarder had to back out due to a family emergency. Bentley seemed to enjoy his time there. He had one behavior problem that was very unusual for him, but Caroline was open and honest about what happened. I wouldn't hesitate to leave Bentley with her again.”

“We couldn’t be happier with Jared and the care he provided for our anxious dog Finn! From the moment we met Jared and his sweet dog Charlie we knew Finn would be in good hands during our 10 day trip. It was such a comfort knowing that Finn had all his favorite things from home and that he was allowed on furniture just like at home. Jared was so great at communicating and shared photos often. We could tell that Finn was doing well. He was able to warm up and relax with Jared and Charlie. In the past when Finn stayed at a kennel he was so nervous and upset when he came home afterwards but when we brought him home after staying with Jared Finn was his same sweet self. We will definitely have Finn stay with Jared during any future trips we take. We’re so grateful to have found Jared and we highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone to care for their dog.”

“I cannot say enough about the awesome puppy-sitting experience I had with Stephanie and Scott (and their super great dog, Rosie)!! I am new to the Rover experience and had to leave my 13-week old puppy and was nervous about leaving. From the start, Scott and Steph put me at ease and even offered a meet up beforehand so we and our dogs could meet. I was updated daily, sometimes more, with video and photos and I could see immediately that my puppy was in the best hands I could imagine; it was like a vacation for my puppy, too! They really take an interest in making it a great experience and environment for their pet guest. Rosie was very gentle and tolerant of a very active, playful puppy and Sophie and Rosie are now best pals! We will definitely use Scott and Steph again without any hesitation!”
About: I have been fostering for almost 10 years and have taken care of cats, dogs and horses growing up my whole life. I am familiar with giving meds and special needs for dogs and cats as well. I am working part time to spend more time with my kids and dogs and my kids also love new companions we take in and care for. I have just been wanting to care for more animals in my area. I have a fenced in yard and 2 dobermans and a doberdoodle. They are all dog and kid friendly. My dogs are vetted and up to date on everything. My dobermans are the reason I started fostering as they love new friends! My doberdoodle was my foster fail that I love dearly. I do have a couple kennels but if your dog does better with no kennel I do that as well!

About: While your fur baby is in my care they get quality playtime, walks and love. I treat them like they are my own. You will also get daily updates and photos. Pet sitting is my full time job. This gives me plenty of time to play or walk your dog. I'm also able to do overnight visits, stays or boarding. I have a large yard and neighborhood to take nice long walks in. I also have a dog that loves to play and get along with others.
