This took my husband at least a year and a half to get to that point. She sent pictures showing the same shy girl playing with a wand without the other two cats butting in. They all loved her and from what I could tell, each kitty had equal play and loving. I came home to clean litter boxes, fresh water, happy cats, and a vacuumed house! “Rachel is amazing. She took great care of my Hobey who is a goldendoodle. I knew upon meeting her that she took this would be a great experience for Hobey. She provided videos throughout the day that showed Hobey playing with other dogs, doing tasks that would merit him a treat, and relaxing after some playtime in the backyard. It was nice to see the vids and to see him have a good time. I took him there 3 days in a row and each time he would get excited as we pulled up to her house which made me feel good. I could tell he had an active day when I picked him up cause we would get home and I would feed him and he would sleep for the rest of the night. I was only in Michigan for a week but I will be back to visit family and I will always use Rachel.”

About: I have been caring for animals since elementary school. I watched cats and dogs for neighbors and friends of the family. As I got older, I started getting referrals for pets from around the community and cared for those animals too. The arch of my kindness and care is not limited to animals, as I also provide care for the elderly. I cared for both of my grandparents and my father until his passing. I currently provide care and other services to a 104 year-old young lady who is believed to be my community’s oldest living resident and yes, she still walks and does not use a wheelchair. I am self-employed and have a very flexible schedule. I can care for your pet any day of the week (unless I have another pet scheduled for that day) and at times convenient for most people. I am here to follow your instructions and schedule without deviation. Your fur baby will be feed exactly at the time(s) directed by you, same with any medication(s). For dogs, I will take them outside for walks and indoor/outdoor play as weather permits, and see that their water is always fresh with some treats and cuddles too. For cats, it is play and more play; plus fresh water and treats, then snuggling when we are done.

She does have a bad ankle so due to that we had to switch over so if u have a bigger stronger dog who pulls or is reactive, may be best to find someone else. But otherwise she did the job and walked him even with that ankle :)! She helped us find other options as well and always had tips to help when issues were brought up. She seems to really care about the animals and what they need.”
