From the neighbors’ cat, my sister’s cat, family’s cat, and great aunt’s cats, I also loved on cats when I volunteered at MARL while I was in college. About: My husband Kyle and I have had dogs our whole life and have always enjoyed spending time with them as well as training them. We currently have a cat and a fox red lab who is very loving, incredibly smart, and well trained. We also take care of dogs for family members when they are on vacation or at work for an extended period of time. I am a stay at home mom currently. I just had a baby in November 2022 and I’m looking to make some extra income for our family. I am home all day and have a half an acre fenced in yard for the pups to run around and play. When my husband is off work, he loves to play with the dogs and help train them. We have a fenced in yard to play in and go potty. We also have a very friendly Labrador retriever dog who could keep your dog company or if preferred we have enough space to separate them in the house or a large crate for your dog if that’s what is preferred as well. About: If i had 100 fenced acres i would probably have 100 dogs. First hand experience with Golden Retrievers, Boxers, Dobermans, Cocker Spaniels, Labrador Retrievers, Schnauzers, Irish Wolf Hounds, Terriers and Yorkies. I periodically raise and train Golden Retrievers for Leaderdogs for the Blind. If i am completely blocked off for a couple weeks i am probably hosting a leaderdog puppy for another raiser that is on a vacation. I have a lot of repeat customers and look forward to seeing their dogs get excited when they pull into my driveway. It would be tough but if i had to pick the breed i couldn't live without i would put Goldens at the top. Even though i don't let any dogs on my bed i’m known for sleeping on the floor in the living-room with the dogs.

“Chelsea was great ! She texted pics of Dexter everyday and genuinely seemed to enjoy taking care of him. It’s so hard leaving him, especially since he can be an anxious dog. We were gone for a whole week and I didn’t have to worry about his well being. Would feel comfortable booking with her again !”
About: I have been an animal lover my entire life and had dogs in my own home for 10+ years. I have had experience ranging from raising and training puppies to caring for senior dogs with special needs such as blindness and diabetes. I work remotely from my home and will make sure your pet has all the attention that they need. While I have your pet I will ensure they are only left alone briefly for necessary errands. I have a fenced backyard and one well mannered if energetic pup. Your dog will receive as much love and care as my own. From snuggles on the couch to long walks around the neighborhood and games of fetch in the back yard.

I received updates each day morning, and night, and she took my Moll Doll on tons of walks. Molly got to sleep on furniture and I can tell she had the time of her life in the new comfy environment. It was such a relief knowing that she was so well loved while I was away that now I feel like I need to take her back for visits to her new favorite home away from home.”

“Emily, Jason & Larry were excellent hosts!! Upon my request for a sitter, they suggested a meet & greet between our dogs. They were welcoming and caring about insuring the dogs were compatible. We agreed on letting Nanook stay. They were very communicative about what our dog was up to, how he was getting along with Larry and they sent photos too. After the stay we were surprised to have received a thank you note and a personalized treat in our bag. That was such a sweet touch! We would definitely book with Emily & Jason again! Nanook enjoyed his stay with them and Larry!”
