About: Hi! I am new to Rover, but caring for dogs is something my family truly loves. I have a friendly golden retriever named Stanley who absolutely thrives when he has other dogs to play with—so hosting furry friends is a joy for all of us! I work from home most days, which means your pup will get plenty of attention, supervision, and companionship throughout the day. My young kids also love having dogs around and are gentle, playful, and used to being around animals. I also have a cat in our home who is very comfortable around dogs—she and Stanley are great friends—so your pup should be cat-friendly or at least respectful of cats. I have a fully fenced-in yard for safe outdoor playtime, and I treat every dog that stays with us like part of the family. Whether your dog loves to play or just relax, I will make sure they feel comfortable, loved, and right at home. Since I’m just getting started on Rover, I’m excited to build relationships with both pets and their owners and provide a safe, trustworthy environment you can feel confident in. I currently work a hybrid schedule. I am home 2-3 days a week. We do have a fenced in yard and a doggy door. I have a fenced in yard and my animals are our family. About: I grew up with lots of pets around the house and absolutely love spending time and playing with them. I’d love the opportunity to help out! I also work at mission point so I know my way around if you happen to be staying here. I’m a big walker and nature lover too so it’s a win-win. I’m available on my days off and before noon! Plenty of space for your dog to run and play with my dogs . I also have 4 large crates if the dog ever needs crated to have space away from the other dogs or simply just needs to decompress. About: I've been around and have helped care for dogs and cats all shapes and sizes. Each one I've personally owned are a part of the family! I would take care of your fur baby like I'd want mine taken care of. I am a homeschooling mom which means your fur baby will be kept company while in my care. During the school year, on Saturdays, we sometimes will have sporting events to go to, as well as some week nights we will go to extracurricular practices but never gone for long! I currently have Midland's rail trail right in my back yard for nice walks if that's something you would like done. When we move in March we will have a large open park right in our backyard! We have a sweet Goldador at home that loves playmates and also two cats that sleep the day away. My three kids (ages 8 - 13) have been shown from the beginning how to respect and love animals and they will be a wonderful addition to keeping your fur babies feeling loved and cared for!

Handling Aggressive or Special Needs Pets I have extensive experience with fearful, reactive, and aggressive pets, but clear and honest communication is essential: Cats: I am comfortable handling feral or aggressive cats and will take the necessary time to build trust. I can administer medication as needed, but I require full transparency about their behavior to ensure safety for all. Dogs: I can accommodate dogs with minor behavioral challenges, such as leash reactivity or mild anxiety. However, for safety reasons, I cannot accept: Dogs over 50 lbs who are not at least moderately leash-trained. Dogs requiring a muzzle or choke collar in public settings. Dogs with severe aggression or unpredictable behavior. Double-Booking Policy For the safety and well-being of all pets, I do not double-book boarding, daycare, or walks unless all parties have given consent and a meet-and-greet has taken place. If multiple dogs are staying in my home at the same time, a meet-and-greet is required. Even if the dogs get along, they will not be left alone together unless securely crated. Cats and dogs boarding in my home simultaneously will be kept in separate areas with no contact.

Large breeds are my specialty, as I have grown up around Great Danes, Saint Bernards, and Newfoundlands my entire life, and feel very comfortable handling them. When going for walks I always maintain firm a firm hold on the leash, even with bigger dogs. I have been walking with large breeds such as Saint Bernards and Great Danes for over a decade, so I feel very comfortable remaining in control. I always carry pepper spray with me as well, just as an absolute last resort in the very rare chance that anything would happen.

About: I am not your typical pet-sitter. I have spent my entire life caring for all types of animals. My first job was at a pet store learning the skills of working with animals and their people. After college I worked as a zookeeper where I cared for everything from mealworms all the way to rhinos. Specialized care was the name of the game there and I was able to recognize the smallest details on how to improve my work with exotics. Then I was led into the world of shelter work. Where I studied pet behavior and early signs of stress and how enrichment can help save lives. Many animals coming into the shelter would need some form of medication as well. I have a skillset of administering medications and making sure the animals actually receive their meds. Lastly, I was a dog training apprentice. I was able to form bonds with dogs that most people wouldn't come near. I can read body language well and know how to show dogs respect. About: I've been raised around all ages of puppies/dogs, use to work at a dog daycare for a few years, took behavior classes, and did nail trimming. Also have done walking at the daycare and also with my own dogs. I have took care of seniors also that have needed medicine I'm a stay at home mom with my baby daughter, 2 dogs Toby and Koda, and my fluffy playful kitten Snooze. I have spaces in my day where I will be able to take care of your furry babies for you while you have to work/trip I do grooming for my dogs and kitten, walk/play with my dogs every day. About: I have been caring for animals my entire life, with experience ranging from dogs, cats, and rabbits to ferrets, birds, hamsters, and all kinds of farm animals. I also grew up maintaining a 400-gallon fish tank that included a wide variety of fish and even small freshwater sharks, giving me a strong understanding of aquatic care. I am happy to assist with all aspects of pet care, including long walks, feeding, bathing, playtime, and providing plenty of attention and affection. I am also comfortable caring for pets of all ages and administering medications when needed (with prior instructions). Additionally, I have long-term experience(10+ years) caring for a Bengal cat with Feline Lower Urinary Tract Disease (FLUTD), which has given me hands-on experience with specialized care and medication routines. I am currently a student at Central Michigan University and work part-time with a flexible schedule, allowing me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to your pets. I am available for both daytime visits and overnight stays in your home. About: i’ve taken care of dogs and cats and other animals from the time I was little, whether it be neighbors or friends or my own as I grew up on a farm! I have experience with aggressive and avoidant, cats and dogs. I’m currently free all day, which gives me plenty of time to give your pets lots of attention, playtime, walks, and care throughout the day. My schedule is very flexible, so I’m available for boarding, drop-ins, walks, and pet sitting during both weekdays and weekends. I always make sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved while in my care. About: I have been caring for pets since I was young, as we have always had dogs and cats. Over the last couple of ears have started to house pet sit for familv and friends, as well as dog walking. I am currently attending college 2 days a week (mondays and Wednesday's) and work 8-5 during the week as well. I would like to be able to take care of pets on the weekends when I can. and maybe after work if that works out. I am very knowledgeable on how to care for animals. I will be careful when getting to the home and leaving the home to make sure the pet is in excellent care. While taking care of the pet I will be in contact with the owner.

I have a friendly golden retriever named Stanley who absolutely thrives when he has other dogs to play with—so hosting furry friends is a joy for all of us! I work from home most days, which means your pup will get plenty of attention, supervision, and companionship throughout the day. My young kids also love having dogs around and are gentle, playful, and used to being around animals. I also have a cat in our home who is very comfortable around dogs—she and Stanley are great friends—so your pup should be cat-friendly or at least respectful of cats.
