About: I am working on some pretty amazing updates. Additional outdoor yards are in the works, as well as a perimeter fence around the home property! I have also added Tracki to my collars. Tracki runs on global GPS (satellite feedback) and not cellular feedback, giving that extra security for your pups with no interruption in tracking! Bark & Barn is a privately insured in-home kennel that provides overnight and day boarding options as well as drop-in visits/walks for all pets, exotic included. I also provide optional training for dogs. I have five years of experience as a veterinary assistant in a high volume multi-species setting. With this, I have gained the knowledge, training, and experience in animal behavior as well as proper technique in safe animal hold, administering all forms of medication, administering emergency fluids, and animal CPR. Your pups will have access to multiple sections of my home, a fenced play yard, and walks over 120 acres of farm fields and streamed woods! I offer basic puppy training during board and day stays, including potty and crate training. I will gladly accept shark puppies, understanding completely how difficult these pups can be for many caretakers who are not experienced in their breed characteristics. Discipline is and will always be reinforcement based. I have experience with reactive dogs and understand any dog can be reactive in the right setting, so meet and greets are a must! Our personal working dogs are not within the home's boundaries and remain with their flock at all times.

About: I have had dogs my entire life. My dogs have been and always will be members of the family. We currently do not have a dog as our 14 year old lab passed away from a stroke last year. We do allow dogs on furniture and we do take excursions to the park in good weather. This can be your dogs home away from home. I am retired and am home unless I am traveling. We have a fenced in property with woods and a creek that your dog can enjoy on walks unless you prefer they just stay in the main yard. When your dog is here so am I to ensure your dog is well cared for. I have a single family home with a fenced yard. Pets are allowed on furniture and bed. I enjoy excursions to the park with my dog for walks and relaxing. Children are grown and gone so it's just a couple who enjoy dogs. About: Your dog will be my dog while in my care. I am a huge animal lover who has always made my animals a part of my family, not just an animal. Starting May 4th, I will be training for a new job. My training hours will be 8-5, if you can work around those time please reach out. My yard is not fenced so your babies will only be outside when I am out there with them, leashed if required. I do not agree with leaving a dog alone all night when they are already seeing a difference with their family being gone. If they are dog friendly they would have socialization as well with my friends and family dogs so they could get some interaction and extra exercise! We would be one big happy family all day long My dogs are not crated when I leave the house but do have an extra large one if required for your baby. About: I've had different dogs in the house for my whole life. As a kid my family brought dogs in for foster care. We've taken care of multiple dogs with disabilities, including deaf dogs and partially blind dogs. Dogs get along with me well and I'm good at getting shy dogs to warm up to me. I've also volunteered with the Jackson County Animal Shelter, working with the cats at PetSmart. I've also taken care of relatives'/friends'/neighbors' pets. Currently I spend most of my time at home working on my online classes so I will have plenty of time to spend caring for your dog. On the rare chance that I'm not home at least one of my parents are in the house and will be able to fill in for me while I'm out. The dogs that I own eat at the same time everyday and go out as needed, but if your dogs need to be treated differently it will be easy to change things for them. I worked for the Humane Society at one time, but my heart almost broke with love for all of those animals. I always wave and speak to animals, a little corny, but true. You will not find someone who cares more about the well being of your pet. I have also welcomed pet visitors into my classroom frequently. I am currently off for the summer because I am a teacher, so I have lots of time to love and devote to your pet! I have a fenced back yard that allows for running and playing. My own children love pets also. I have two dogs and two cats of my own.

I enjoy watching their personalities when they are excited I am currently doing an online course and have plenty of time to play with your animal babies. About: I've taken care of 3 golden retrievers, for decades. I have a dog ramp, dog treats, leashes, toys, and like our furry friends to have a very comfortable and fun time. I've taught dogs to hold food on their nose, roll over, play hide and seek. It's been fun. My schedule is quite flexible. Willing to consider anything. I am a musician and as such have open day hours most of the time. Walking dogs, checking on them, letting them out, taking them to the vet, playing with them, it's all good. I currently have three dogs and three cats. I have experience with puppies all the way to senior dogs. I am in college but my schedule is hybrid so I have all the time for your pets! I also have a 8 month old son so we are always looking for ways to get out of the house since I am a stay at home mom. Can take your dogs for a walk anywhere you would like for however long! Can accommodate to your pets needs however that may look for you pet. In home visits there will be lots of playing, potty breaks and petting!
