Your friends will be able to take plenty of potty breaks and nice tranquil walks in the "countryside". They will be kenneled at night (around 11p.m.) in a dark, empty room in a padded kennel. (I know it sounds depressing but is actually super relaxing for doggos!). Doggie bath services are also negotiable.

About: Your dog will be my dog while in my care. I am a huge animal lover who has always made my animals a part of my family, not just an animal. Starting May 4th, I will be training for a new job. My training hours will be 8-5, if you can work around those time please reach out. My yard is not fenced so your babies will only be outside when I am out there with them, leashed if required. I do not agree with leaving a dog alone all night when they are already seeing a difference with their family being gone. If they are dog friendly they would have socialization as well with my friends and family dogs so they could get some interaction and extra exercise! I currently work from home so frequent potty breaks or administration of medication would not be an issue. We would be one big happy family all day long My dogs are not crated when I leave the house but do have an extra large one if required for your baby. If you need me to do a drop in visit, my hours for availability are in the air for the next couple of weeks until I am given my new works hours.
About: I've had different dogs in the house for my whole life. As a kid my family brought dogs in for foster care. We've taken care of multiple dogs with disabilities, including deaf dogs and partially blind dogs. Dogs get along with me well and I'm good at getting shy dogs to warm up to me. About: Growing up living with my mom, we always had 4 dogs and now I have 2 dogs! My wife rovers and I help her sometimes but figured I'd start my own account! This is fun and I enjoy it! About: I’ve never not had a dog in my life. Currently I have a turtle, 2 dogs and I watch my bosses dog all the time. I’ve always been good at taking care of animals and sensing their emotions and things they may need. I have a zoom class Mondays and Wednesdays starting at 6. If I am unable to watch a pet at any time, I will let you know ahead of time by at least a few days. I currently own a cat, Higgins, who is a big lovebug and fairly food motivated. I've been in charge of feeding him breakfast and dinner since we rescued him in 2015, along with scooping his litterbox. He's also needed nightly medication for some stomach issues, so I have experience giving him a pill. I can feed your pet, clean up after them whether they have a set schedule or not, and provide medication if necessary.

I have worked with puppies all the way up to senior dogs so I am comfortable handling all ages. I have a full-time job but am more than happy to fit time in to take care of your lovely fur baby. My typical shift is 8:00-4:30pm M-F. I have open availability on weekends to provide housesitting! If you are looking for constant care (pet cannot be left alone for 4 hours or more), I am happy to provide that however, I do charge a constant care rate if during the work week as I will need to take those days off and I will need to recoup lost salary. For constant care pets, I do require at least a month’s notice ahead of time so I can get that time off to accommodate. I will never take a sit if my work schedule cannot accommodate it—your pet’s care and safety is extremely important to me. I will work with you to decide if I am the right fit for your pet’s needs and routine. Nothing is worse than upsetting your pet’s routine and comfortability! I now offer drop-visits as well! This is great for people who might need someone to check in your fur baby a couple times a day but does not need around-the-clock needs. I am happy to drop in before work (8am) and can drop by after work! If you’re someone who works longer shifts, this is perfect for you! I am comfortable crating your pet if requested but they are also more than welcome to share a bed with me if they are used to sleeping with you! If you have an unfenced yard, I will keep them on leash at all times. If you have a fenced yard, I will stay out and monitor them until they are ready to come inside. Doors will be locked at all times whether I am in the home with your pet or if I’m at work. If you have any home-alarm systems, I will use them as well.

About: I will love and care for your furry friends as I do my own. I've owned dogs my whole life and my family would say it's a passion I've never fulfilled (but will be thanks to rover!) I've owned all size breeds so teacup or a small horse, I've got you covered! I am a Navy Veteran and current full-time student at the University of Michigan and my husband works from home 100% of the time. Your pups will never be left unsupervised. We have two other dogs in the home who love having guests and making new friends. Feedings can take place whenever you deem necessary for you! We have a ton of treats (SCHNACKS) ready to spoil and pamper your puppers as we do our own. I live on 7 acres of land in a private community, and have approximately 1 acre of fenced in yard directly off the back of the house. Your friends will be able to take plenty of potty breaks and nice tranquil walks in the "countryside". They will be kenneled at night (around 11p.m.) in a dark, empty room in a padded kennel. (I know it sounds depressing but is actually super relaxing for doggos!). Doggie bath services are also negotiable.

About: I have taken care of pets since I was 10 years old! I have owned several German Shepards and cats. I have my own puppy, he is a rescue Husky from the shelter. So, I am very familiar with puppy tendencies and home training! My family dog, is now quite old so I have also been learning to care for senior dogs and their unique needs as well! About: I got my first puppy when I was 7 years old- it taught me responsibility, care, and love for all animals. Knowing how much I loved this cute pup, I expanded my scope of what loving animals means to me. I adopted 2 cats 6 years later, and was in a 4-h club for 7 years and raised over 30 rabbits, along with tending to all the other animals at the fairgrounds. About: I have years of personal experience with numerous breeds of dogs that I have owned. Your fur family member will be in great hands! I also have sat many breeds large and same and have many references. My home is a nice quiet place for senior dogs and dogs with anxiety. I don't have any of my own personal pets and there aren't any small children. I only dog sit for one family at a time so your pet can get his or her own individual care. About: I volunteered on a farm for a couple years. I have had dogs and cats of my own my whole life and I have pet-sat for dogs, cats, and other critters! I have taken care of elderly and disabled dogs and cats, as well as crazy puppies. I currently volunteer at a parrot/reptile sanctuary as well! I am available most days! I plan on taking a few small trips this summer, but those dates will be marked in my Rover calendar. I am comfortable in any setting, urban or rural or anywhere in between. For my own home: I have a ten acre, fully fenced in yard. Neighbour on one side has two dogs with moderate tempers. One acre pond that is fenced in with a gate, to prevent dogs from going on the ice.
