I am new to the Rover experience and had to leave my 13-week old puppy and was nervous about leaving. From the start, Scott and Steph put me at ease and even offered a meet up beforehand so we and our dogs could meet. I was updated daily, sometimes more, with video and photos and I could see immediately that my puppy was in the best hands I could imagine; it was like a vacation for my puppy, too! They really take an interest in making it a great experience and environment for their pet guest. Currently, we have a 2-yr old Bernese mountain dog and an older cat at home. I’m a teacher with a very open availability during summer and would love to fill it with taking care of your dogs - any breed but happy to provide confidence for high energy larger breeds. I’m a full time teacher, so while weekdays do work, it would need to be around that sort of schedule during the school year. I can provide short term care on weekdays and more intensive care on weekends. During summer months I am wide open to provide care as needed. About: I had to put down my 10 year old lab this winter. I miss having dog, but thought this would be a great way to spoil your dog and have a dog in the house again. I'm not ready for another pet just yet. I will be in charge, as I work from home. Promise lots of walks, private beach if your dog enjoys that and lots of attention. No puppies (can discuss if housebroken) and can provide for senior dogs if needs are reasonable. Thank you! I primarily work from home so your dog will never be left alone for long. I am writer, so I sit at my desk quite a bit. However, those hikes in the woods or walks around the neighborhood are necessary. I would love to have your dog join me. I will treat your dog like a part of the family. I walk, feed and give plenty of attention. You tell me the rest. I miss having our own dog and would love to take care of yours. It's not a good time to get another dog, but I know how to love and care for yours. I work from home and will handle the care of your dog.
About: While your fur baby is in my care they get quality playtime, walks and love. I treat them like they are my own. You will also get daily updates and photos. Pet sitting is my full time job. This gives me plenty of time to play or walk your dog. I'm also able to do overnight visits, stays or boarding. I have a large yard and neighborhood to take nice long walks in. I also have a dog that loves to play and get along with others.
