I currently work from home and am home the majority of the day, which allows me to give dogs plenty of attention, supervision, and care. I do step out occasionally for short transportation trips and my boys’ sports activities, but I plan my schedule to ensure pets are never left alone for long periods. Animals bring so much joy to my life! I now live with my husband, Two huskies and Two cats! Honestly, I would have more animals if my husband allowed :) They are my whole world! I treat any animal I see with the same love I give my own. Every animal needs love even when their parents are away! I work from home full time 8-5. I would be available for early morning, mid day, and evening drop ins if they are just needing to be fed/let out to go potty! I feed my two cats three scoops each day (three scoops for each of them), give them lots of fresh water, and clean their litter boxes every day. I not only take care of my pets to make sure they are safe and healthy, but I play with them and have lots of fun with them.

I currently work part-time as a line cook, since school is out for the summer. I will be attending college in the fall to pursue my dental hygiene degree. I am available Monday, Tuesday ,and Wednesday all day for same day booking or scheduled booking walking, sitting, and grooming. I make it my number one goal that all pets are safe and entertained, while in my care. I am diligent about making sure that doors/gates are latched and keeping a close on your pet at all times. I want to help keep your pet on their routine that makes them happiest. I’m happy to follow specific instruction in order to make your pet feel at home.
About: My daughter and I are dog sitting for two reasons -- we flat out love dogs and my daughter is saving for college. While supporting my daughter's entrepreneurial spirit your dog will get a vacation of a lifetime. Without getting too deep into my resume, here are some highlights: -Handled five police dogs. 1000's of deployments. -Master Trainer for the International Police Work Dog Association. -Developed and taught a unique dog safety program. Have presented the hands on program from everyone to 1000's of second graders to regional UPS drivers. -Recognized expert witness in court on dog tracking, aggression, training, and deployment. -Over 75 nationally published articles on dog obedience, housing, behavior, training, etc. -Tested, certified, and trained working dogs from nearly all 50 states and several countries. (This year I've had dog teams travel to my home from Montana, Florida, Iowa, etc for assistance). I do all this because I simply love interacting with dogs. The love has spread to my 13 year old daughter. I currently have a very fun, young, and goofy dog -- a Vizsla named "Ranger." He clearly isn't a working dog and isn't a picture of obedience perfection. (I only mention this to let you know that despite my resume your dog doesn't have to be perfect and is coming into a very fun and loving household!) We've truly been a dog centered household for 20 years. My wife is a literal Saint! My private dog training rates, and I've turned down much more work than I've accepted, runs 10x the Rover.com rate we are charging. This is truly a venture that partners up youth business and the love of dogs. Long live Capitalism, dogs, and the USA!
About: I have had pets my whole life and I absolutely love them! I have 3 cats, 1 dog, and a bunny. I have had guinea pigs, ducks, and I have taken care of leopard geckos and degus. I am willing to take care of exotics. I have experience working with animals with health issues and know how to give pills to them! I am also willing to clean litter boxes! Thank you for letting me care for your pets! I have a part time job as a barista and a babysitter! I also work at a camp once a month and clean for family members. I can bring extra leashes if needed and am willing to let dogs outside to play, walk them around the neighborhood, and clean up after them. About: If my husband would let me, I’d buy a zoo (come on powerball). I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember. I’ve never met a pet that I didn’t want to spoil and cuddle. My daughter calls me a “stay at home pet mom”. Most days I’m home all day, with the exception of an occasional errand, appointment, drop ins for other dogs, or maybe a date night. We have 3 rescue kitties, who are like my tiny babies, very spoiled. Bam- who loves to help walk all the pups, and my girls- Pumpkin, and Elsa- who try to avoid visiting dogs at ALL cost. Basically I’m their “do-girl”. They all know how to talk me into extra treats. We also have Cash- a 1.5 year old, 30lb. Cocker Spaniel- who likes to think he’s a 125lb Husky. He hasn’t met a dog, big or small, he doesn’t like. We have a new pup, a female cocker spaniel, Carter. She’s 8 months now, she has appointed herself Official Play Time Supervisor of any and all dog guest- your pups will go home tired. Occasionally our daughter’s Boston Terrier, Franklin will visit, he hasn’t met a person, dog, or cat, he doesn’t like. He’s truly the best boy. I have had to administer meds in the past and don’t mind doing so. Animal caretaking is my full time job and my family is 1000% okay with that. I’ve never met an animal that I didn’t want to bring home with me. We just moved from Sparta to Ravenna, and we’re now on 3 acres. Your fur baby is invited and encouraged to make our house their home away from home. They will be well spoiled and loved, as my entire family will be doting on them.

About: I have had pets my entire life. I knew very young that I wanted to work with animals. I have a great love and compassion for them. I will take great care of your babies! I have a lot of experience caring and working with dogs. I have hobby farm experience (dogs, cats, chickens and a horse) as well. I am a Licensed Veterinary Nurse, therefore, I am educated in many aspects of caring for your pet. I know what to look for in case of illness, injury, etc. I can also do some other tasks, like toe nail trims, ear cleanings, etc. I am a dependable, trustworthy person who knows how important your pets are to you. About: My family and I have always had pets. Mainly Dogs and Cats, I was able to grow up around Terriers, Retrievers, Rottweilers, Bulldogs, and Mixed Breeds. Each pet is a member of the family. Currently, I am a student at Ferris State working part-time. Able to spend lots of time and give lots of care to pets. On Weekdays I am free almost every evening. I have requested at least two days in advance in order to accommodate my schedule so I can provide the best for your pet! At my apartment complex, we have two dog areas as well as a connection area for the Ferris State disc golf course.
