“My pups loved their weeklong stay with Janelle (and Kevin!)! Janelle went above and beyond with my somewhat “special needs” and raw fed dogs (a puppy and a CHF dog with a strict medication administration routine). Despite a week of nasty humid and stormy weather, Janelle managed to get them outside to play when it cleared up, but they were also content snuggling or napping. I was sent daily reports and pictures. My dogs usually take a bit to warm up to strangers, but this was not the case with Janelle- they were immediately comfortable and returned home happy and well fed. This is the second time with her and I won’t trust anyone else to care for them moving forward!”

Our dog could use her doggy door (once she got the hang of it ;) )and go outside to the fenced in yard and play/potty/whatever ….as she needed. Jill was great about taking walks, letting her swim in the river at her property, having playtime and providing constant attention and love. About: I’ve been helping my parents raise dogs since I was around 10 years old, our first dog being a collie we rescued as she wasn’t being treated well with her initial owners. We took her in and got her cleaned up, took care of the fleas she had, found her a good diet, and gave her lots of love and attention through it all. We took her on camping trips, out on the water to go fishing, out on walks and to get pup cups at the ice cream shop, her favorite place being my granny’s house. Alongside her, we raised three more dogs when they were puppies, each one two years apart. 2 of them are Australian shepherds, and one is a husky, all girls and grew to form their own little pack, respecting each other’s place and playing happily in a big fenced in back yard. We supported our collie till her last breath as she was elderly, and even as she was so old, she always had her usual, laid back and quirky personality. Even now, I continue to help my parents take care of our dogs, as they’re not just pets, they’re our family, our fur babies, even in they’re old stages of life, they’ll always be our little babies in our hearts. So rest assured, your fur baby will be 110% safe and cared for with me, maybe even a bit spoiled! I’m sticking with Rover full time for a while! I’ve tried Camp Bow Wow, and found it isn’t the right work environment for me. I like providing services through Rover as I can better manage my schedule and get to know your fur babies more personally! With specific instructions written on paper, I have no issues accommodating to your pet’s needs in your home! I’m respectful during visits in others homes, treating them as my own and keeping spaces clean and tidy. With proper cleaning tools, I can clean up accidents on hard surfaces or rugs, I may need a demonstration on how to use a specific cleaning machine or vacuum depending on how complicated it is. I’m not allergic to any animal, or any breed, so pet hair doesn’t bother me! If need be, I am able to administer oral medications with proper instruction and demonstration. On walks I make sure to keep dogs close to me and away from the road, I carry doggy bags, and on hot days, I’ll carry a little folded up bowl that I can poor water in, so your baby stays hydrated!

I am quite flexible with time and can adjust if need be. Mondays I am very available. I currently only have a cat named B, he is around 2 years old and I can guarantee he is spoiled and loved ! He never leaves my side when I’m home.

I am not ready to commit to another one yet, so I figured I might as well get my dog fix by helping others out on their vacation or their busy schedules. “My pups loved their weeklong stay with Janelle (and Kevin!)! Janelle went above and beyond with my somewhat “special needs” and raw fed dogs (a puppy and a CHF dog with a strict medication administration routine). Despite a week of nasty humid and stormy weather, Janelle managed to get them outside to play when it cleared up, but they were also content snuggling or napping. I was sent daily reports and pictures. My dogs usually take a bit to warm up to strangers, but this was not the case with Janelle- they were immediately comfortable and returned home happy and well fed. This is the second time with her and I won’t trust anyone else to care for them moving forward!”

Her home was perfect and such a nice setting back near a nice river with a large yard with a fenced in area as well. Our dog could use her doggy door (once she got the hang of it ;) )and go outside to the fenced in yard and play/potty/whatever ….as she needed. Jill was great about taking walks, letting her swim in the river at her property, having playtime and providing constant attention and love. And her dog Sunny is so loving and was a great playmate for Callie. :). Such a reassuring feeling to have her with Jill while we traveled.
