About: We just recently started on Rover and are already loving it! We owned a sweet, energetic Alaskan Husky until our third son was born. Our boys were so good with her. We have more space now and are home all the time with a secure fenced yard. Ready to welcome some animal life back in! I just ask that your dog is comfortable around kids. Our boys are ages 3-7. As a homeschool family of 5 we’re pretty much always home. We are confident your pup will get the love and attention they need and truly feel at home away from home! We also took in a stray feral cat (was stuck in a car hood, long story), and for the past few months I have successfully worked hard to make a connection and bond with her! I do also help care for the cat in my home in Indiana. I have given pets medication many times, including wound care, vet visits, and special feeding instructions. I currently work part-time at a restaurant, with my shift typically starting at 3pm. My schedule does tend to shift around, but on days I do work, I am flexible with when I can watch your loved one and am willing to visit as much as possible before and after work. However, when I'm not working, I am more than happy to spend as much time with your pet as possible/wanted. While in your home, I will be around your pet 24/7, making sure they are safe and comfortable. I love playing with pets but can also enforce rules and regulations set up for your pet with ease. I can handle crating, leashing, feeding, picking up messes, and more. If housesitting, I am happy to assist in pickup and general house upkeep, including trash night, collecting mail, dusting, etc.

“Frances & her family were the perfect ones to take my Sadie for a week while I was away! They were able to make her feel at home and entertained enough so that she wasn’t miserable, like if she had to stay at a kennel. Plenty of treats and snuggles shared with fenced in yard to get out some energy. It was great to get daily updates to know how she was doing, and happy to know she warmed up after the first night of being in a new place. Will definitely book again if needed :)”
“Christoper was fantastic with our two dogs. We use rover regularly and he has been one of the best so far. We had to book last minute for a trip to GA and he was nothing but helpful. We got regular updates and felt like the dogs were in great hands while we were miles away. They came back to us happy and in probably in better shape than when we left them.
