By the time I moved to Michigan, there was sadly only one remaining chicken, I didn't want to confuse her with the weather change, so of course she became a house chicken. She got to live her last two years living inside the house, cozy as can be, with me, my dog & cat. We all loved it! Long story short, I'm also available for some farm animal sitting. My current cat is 15 and requires a lot of love and attention.My cat Mabel is a rescued kitten/ cat almost 16 years ago on Halloween night while coming home from work , about 4 cars ahead of me something went flying out the window . I was able to stop and pull over due to not having other cars behind me . It was very cold that night and the sun was just starting to set . I got out of my car and looked around for a few minutes but didn't see anything and I got ready to leave I hear faint cry and I turned and looked down into some tall weeds and there she was , this poor malnourished kitten crying for help . To make a long story short I got her home and the day my wife and I took her to vet . They kept her for 3 days running ivs into her . We able to come and after 3 days thinking she wasn't going make it. And here she is still with after such a traumatic start to her life . I am very grateful to have Mabel as my best friend and wouldn't trade for the world . I love you very much Mabel .

About: People have a special bond with their pets, and I'm happy to learn those unique dynamics to make your fur-babies more comfortable in your absence. I love playing, walking, or relaxing with dogs and cats - really just doing what makes them happy! Going for drives, to dog parks, or on play dates is something I believe is vital to a happy and healthy dog. I have had many pets of my own and even trained dogs for a few years now on top of my extensive pet sitting experience. Schedules and consistency are key elements when working with animals, so getting to know your animal is very important to me, along with learning the specifics of what owners know their pets need. I am capable of handling medications and some of the more high maintenance or challenging animals. My schedule is very flexible day to day, so your pets will never been alone for more than 6 hours in my care at any given time. You know the best way to keep your pets safe in the times they are left alone or while traveling so I will always follow any instructions you offer to be sure your pet is being cared for responsibly and effectively.
About: I have three years of experience working at a reputable dog daycare, one year of experience working alongside a trainer, training puppies, and one year of experience working as a trainer assistant, assisting with training service dogs. I also have experience caring for my own dogs, rodents, and ducks. I have time to offer drop-ins or walks during the week—most mornings, afternoons, and evenings. About: I have been a lifelong pet owner and love dogs. I have taken care of lots of dogs. Walking them, feeding them, brushing them, and most of all giving attention and love to them so they do not feel anxious or sad when their family is away. I am currently working very part time and would be available weekends or weekdays and also overnights. To give your dogs the best love and support I have a big yard but it is not fenced in so best to be on a leash at my house. I am also able to crate if need be.

I offer drop in visits, dog walking, doggy daycare, boarding and house sitting. Additionally, I have experience taking care of my parent's diabetic cat, when they went out of town, which included giving him insulin shots twice a day, so I am comfortable with some medical needs' animals. My cat, Penny, is technically a senior cat, and she remains very healthy and happy! I also have experience taking care of my friends' senior dogs overnight when her and her family went out of town. As well as my own senior dog, Bentley, who has passed away. It has been a few years, but my heart is still too broken to think about welcoming a dog into my home for forever, but I so miss having a dog's company, so, temporary will have to do for now! I know just how much I loved my dog and wanted to protect him and keep him happy & healthy as long as possible, and I promise to treat your pets the same. I was also the proud owner of 4 chickens when I lived in Florida. They were the greatest entertainment! By the time I moved to Michigan, there was sadly only one remaining chicken, I didn't want to confuse her with the weather change, so of course she became a house chicken. She got to live her last two years living inside the house, cozy as can be, with me, my dog & cat. We all loved it! Long story short, I'm also available for some farm animal sitting.
