“Diane is amazing. Constant pictures and action shots with relevant captions. Lexi will absolutely miss them and I can always look forward to any vacation without worrying about who is taking care of her. 10/10 Gracias!”

“Chelsie took great care of my little guy, Finn. I met her before my trip and felt comfortable leaving him with her right away. You can tell she put a lot of thought and love into making her home a great place for dogs to stay. I was able to enjoy my vacation knowing that Finn was in good hands. I'll definitely board him with Chelsie again.”

“Amazing, definitely highly recommend. Our dog and cat are very social and need a lot of attention and they were very happy and comfortable from the start. Very responsive, friendly, provided a lot of updates and pictures. We found our go to for any future need for watching our pets.”

“I cannot say enough good things about Jess. From our first meeting, I immediately felt comfortable leaving my baby with her. Her family is so warm and welcoming, and I love that she only takes one family at a time. I received pictures every night about my baby’s day. He was so happy and cared for that. I thought he might not want to come home with me. You will not be disappointed when you use Jess.”

“Our Abby had another spectacular time with Cynthia and each time Abby stays with her, she gets more close to Cynthia. Abby comes back to our home and she seems a tad bit bored. We don't play as much with her as Cynthia does when she is taking care of our girl. That's something we really appreciate and we are ever so grateful. Thanks to Cynthia for another happy and fun time for our baby while we were away. Cynthia is a rock star in the dog-sitting world!”

“Couldnt be happier with love and care provided to our Daisy. Daily pics/ videos of both playing in yard and quiet time put our mind at ease. Will definitely be a repeat customer.”

“Great communication and flexibility, beautiful home, and well cared for pets of their own made me feel at ease with leaving Maeve for a week (the longest ever!). Highly recommend their services!”

“Tory did a fantastic job with our dog, Jameson! He is very friendly, but can be very needy as he had never used a leash or stairs before foster care and he has only been with us for a few weeks. We noticed a remarkably improved difference with his leash training and going down stairs, which we attribute to Tory and her patience. Tory was amazing through the entire process from start to finish and went above and beyond. On short notice during a holiday weekend, Tory promptly responded with an early drop off and very late pickup staying in contact and sharing pictures. We would highly recommend Tory and plan on scheduling more stays with her in the future.”

“Andrew did an excellent job caring for my Charlie-baby, he sent lots of pictures and always texted me right back when I got in touch with him to ask how she was doing. When I need pet care again I will definitely be looking for Andrew💞”

“Greta was great with my little guy.hes a maltese 14 an half years old. Blind deaf and no teeth. He ate good for her. She took him out 2 times. Its my first time to ever leave him. I was able to enjoy myself. Thank you i give her a 5 star anytime.”

“This was one of the best experiences I have had while using rover. She regularly sent updates and pictures which was great to see. Her and her family took wonderful care of my dog, taking him on many walks, playing, and just relaxing. I cannot put into words how much peace of mind it provided and how sweet it was that they cared for my senior dog in all the perfect ways. Thank you so much!”

“Our 2 Labs Eddy and Lola stayed with Dan and his wife this week. The pups were well cared for. Our family greatly appreciates the care for them while we were gone. We received pics and updates to let us know they were enjoying themselves. 5 stars for the excellent care. Thank you! Definitely would recommend Dan to other pet owners needing pet care services. Will utilize his services in the future.”

“Kristen and Family were awesome. They made our puppy feel at home right from the time we dropped Hansi to them. For all seven days we received consistently pictures and videos of our puppy. We would definitely use their services again. Thanks you for looking after Hansi so well.”

“Erin did a fantastic job with watching our dog Willie for a week. She is patient, easy-going, and very attentive. We are very happy with how she took care of our dog and we'd certainly look for her to watch him again.”

“Miranda and Erica provided a truly loving home for Honey. Always a good sign when your dog wants to stay and not get into the car. Having a fenced back yard was a real treat for Honey. But all the cuddles she got was the highlight. We will definitely book again.”

“Dellisa was great - she was wonderfully communicative and our dogs were well cared for. Plus, when we hit a snafu in our travel plans, she worked with us to figure out the right solution. Would definitely recommend!”

“We would definitely recommend! I really appreciated the communication we received during booking and later the communication + photos we received during Charlie’s overnight stay. It helped us feel reassured he was in good hands. In all the pics he seemed like he was having a great time. Drop off and pick up was also very smooth. I’ll definitely book again in the future when we need help with dog sitting.”

“Shannon was amazing! Great communication the entire time, and you can really tell her and her husband enjoy caring for dogs. The pictures spoke 1000 words showing how much my dog enjoyed his time with them and am super thankful to have found such a great sitter on Rover. Thanks again!”

“Rachel and her family did an amazing job watching Drake while I was out of town! He had a blast, they took the best care of him, she communicated great and sent plenty of pictures while I was away. Highly recommend and I will definitely be booking with her again next time I go out of town!”

“Thank you Jolynn & family for taking such good care of my Maize while I was away! She kept me updated with pictures of my baby & he looked like he was having a great time. I would recommend her as she’s flexible and worked with us on short notice. Thanks again!”

“Once again, we had a stress free weekend due to our trust and confidence in Hunter. He has great communication, sending photos at each visit. Our cats were fed on schedule as well as Sophie's insulin injections. We highly recommend Hunter for any pet care needs.”

“This was my first time leaving my cats, and I was so relieved to find Mckenzie. So grateful to her for her awesome cat sitting! She was extremely friendly and eager to bond with my cats to make them as comfortable as possible while we were gone. She was very communicative and sent lots of pictures and updates, which I really enjoyed. She also left the house spotless. Thanks again McKenzie, I’m sure we will be contacting you again!”

About: I am a stay at home mom with 2 school - aged boys. My kids love dogs almost as much as I do and are very good at helping out with them. I have been a dog owner for 30+ years and our dogs have always been treated like family, including having their own Christmas stockings. We adopted our sweet senior rottie mix, Roary, back in 2023 and our indoor/outdoor kitten, Biscuit, in 2025. I will only care for dogs in my home that get along with children, dogs, and cats so everyone will feel comfortable. If your dog plays well with others, (s)he will be treated as family! I work from home, so I spend the majority of my day at home. Your pet will not be alone for long, if at all. We live on 3 acres and while we don’t have a fenced yard, your pet will spend plenty of time outside (on a leash) and be walked around the yard every few hours. I currently work from home. I will be able to take your pet for multiple walks daily and attend to their needs consistently. Even though I work from home, my time is important. Last minute requests will have a $25 charge added to the booking. I do not have a fenced yard, but I have a good amount of property and will walk your pup throughout the day. If they need more exercise, I do have a long lead I can put them on to play fetch or just run around. I do not allow the pups to be outside unsupervised or unleashed at any time.

About: I’ve taken care of cats of every kind since I was 10 — from barn cats that need food, space, and a watchful eye, to a rescue house cat I raised and cared for until he passed when I was 17. I’ve also helped neighbors, friends, and family by checking in on their cats, feeding them, scooping litter, giving them attention (when they want it), and making sure they’re safe and comfortable. I understand that every cat has their own personality, quirks, and boundaries — and I respect that. Whether it’s a shy indoor kitty or a rough-and-tumble barn cat, I’m here to give them the care they need.
“Rachel was excellent! My husband and I were working out of town and she dropped in to take care of our kitty. Lola loved seeing her and having someone to play with while we were gone. She even went above and beyond and helped us pick up Lola’s special food from the vet! Would definitely recommend her and will use again in the future! :)”

“I was in need of a pet sitter and am so glad I found Gabby on Rover. She was very communicative throughout the whole process and I appreciated her visit updates while I was away. She did a great job taking care of my cat. I will definitely be using her again in the future!”

“Yvonne is such a caring sitter! Mavis is very cautious of people and she warmed up to Yvonne instantly ❤️ thank you for taking such good care of our fur baby while we were gone. 10/10 would chose Yvonne to watch my pet/s again.”

About: I used to always gravitate to dogs way more naturally than cats, but I think I’ve learned I am a lot like them! All of my friends and family members cats have grown very comfortable with me and I have become a favorite lap by patiently observing them and operating as they do. I’ve learned so much closeness can be chosen when given the space to let them choose to approach. From cuddle bugs to independent, I’d be happy to care for your cat whichever way they prefer.

My goal is to provide a calm, loving environment so you can have peace of mind knowing your cat is in caring and experienced hands.

“Carly is FABULOUS! She always leaves a detailed summary of her visits- which is huge with my senior dog and keeping track of bowel habits and tinkles. Carly walks with my girl in the yard and takes time for lots of pets. Carly pays attention to and adjusts for my dogs significant loss of hearing to avoid startling. If I could give her 10 stars I would.”

“Tristan is great with my dog and always patient when I’m a little late dropping off or picking up. (So being patient with me might be more of a challenge than being patient with my puppy). I highly recommend him for daycare or overnight. While I already had an obedience trainer before bringing my dog for daycare, I can tell that he’d be a really good trainer, too.”

About: Both Matt and I have taken care of animals since we were young for friends &family. We have two frenchies both are two years old ( please keep in mind when they first meet a new dog they get very excited, can have a lot of energy and LOVE to play) We have also had experience with numerous breeds. Your fur baby will have lots of fun and love in our home. Having two frenchies, we know how high maintenance some dogs can be, that’s why it’s important to us to provide the best experience for you and your fur baby. During Monday-Friday I work 8-5. However, Matt does work from home so will be able to give your fur baby all the love and attention!( if Matt does have to step out it’s typically no longer than 2 hours but not often ) If you have any questions regarding our schedule, please feel free to reach out. If for some reason Matt does have to leave for more than a couple hours, we will block that day off as we do not believe in leaving fur babies alone for long periods. We are homebodies on the weekends as well. So someone will always be with your fur baby. We will make sure your fur baby gets plenty of walks and outside time. We live in a nice/quiet neighborhood. When the weather is nice, our frenchies love to sun bathe, play fetch, we also set up their splash pad, so we spend lots of time outside. We do allow dogs on our bed and furniture( if you allow it) we will not crate your dog unless we do have to step out ( which again is not often). During the night, we will not crate unless you prefer them in a crate. Please let us know if there is any special request and we can accommodate. We do ask for a meet n greet for any boarding to make sure your dogs and our two frenchies get along. Your fur baby’s safety and comfortability will always be our priority as well as our babies. We know how it feels leaving your fur baby and you might get anxious so we will make sure to send a daily update. *Please note we are happy to accommodate large dogs, they MUST get along with little dogs. We do only accept one large dog at a time. Please be sure to look at our pics as we do have a short fence, if your dog is known for jumping we may have to utilize a dog lead* **DROP OFFS/PICK UP- Please do not show up early without talking to us prior, If you are going to be late, please let us know asap, we operate around your guys times selected and schedule other bookings/meet n greets around drop offs and pick up ***
“I’m so glad I found Beth! Her house is perfectly suited for hosting dog guests. Her large back yard is securely fenced and her own two dogs are friendly and playful. She is extremely conscientious and I felt very comfortable entrusting my little Chihuahua to her.”

About: I offer a boutique, low-volume dog care experience designed for dogs who thrive in a calmer, more personal environment. With 15+ years of experience, I’ve cared for dogs of all sizes, temperaments, and energy levels—including high-energy breeds like huskies. My setup is intentionally small (only a few dogs at a time) so each dog gets individual attention, structured play, and a stress-free environment—nothing like overcrowded daycare facilities. Dogs in my care enjoy: • Supervised indoor & outdoor time • Daily walks and structured play • A cozy, home-style environment • Optional fresh, homemade meals • Consistent routines to reduce anxiety I focus heavily on reading dog behavior and creating a balanced, safe group dynamic. Whether your dog is playful, shy, or needs a slower pace, I tailor care to them. This is ideal for owners looking for something more intentional, calm, and personalized for their dog—not a chaotic daycare setting. I offer flexible scheduling for daycare and boarding with a consistent daily routine to keep dogs comfortable. Because I keep my numbers low, each dog gets plenty of attention, structured playtime, and rest throughout the day. I’m available most weekdays and weekends, with drop-off and pick-up times arranged to keep transitions calm and stress-free. Dogs in my care are kept in a safe, structured, low-volume environment designed to reduce stress and overstimulation. I carefully manage group dynamics and only accept a small number of dogs to ensure compatibility. Pets are always supervised during play, with designated rest areas for downtime. I can accommodate crate routines if needed and follow each dog’s normal schedule as closely as possible. Cleanliness, safety, and a calm atmosphere are always my top priorities.
“Erin is absolutely great. I felt completely comfortable leaving my puppy with her while I was away at work. She sent me adorable updates and told me how she was doing. I am happy to have found a sitter for the future and will definitely continue to use her services!”

“Victoria is pleasant and went above and beyond our expectations. She accommodated our last minute request and provided texts and video during the doggy daycare stay. Would highly recommend booking with her.”

“Karen is helping me positively acclimate my foster dog to staying away from our home. She has been very attentive and I appreciate the time she has taken to get to know Lady and make her as comfortable as possible. We’re working up to longer stays and so far, so good - I think Lady can tell that Karen is truly a dog lover!”

During high school, I worked at an animal hospital where I learned about animal behavior, handling techniques, and the importance of providing attentive, individualized care. Whether your dog is a playful puppy, a senior companion, or anything in between, I’m committed to treating them like family. Because I work from home, I have the flexibility to provide plenty of attention, companionship, potty breaks, playtime, and regular updates throughout the day. My goal is to give you peace of mind knowing your pet is receiving loving, reliable care in a safe environment. I work from home full-time, which gives me a flexible schedule and allows me to provide attentive, consistent care throughout the day. About: I have been around pets my whole life. I had a beagle that was 2 when I was born so I grew up helping care for her. I have cared for turtles, fish, and a chameleon. Currently, I have a cat that I have raised from birth. I have helped my aunt with her two golden retrievers when she needed someone to take them out during the day and feed them while she was at work or away on vacation. For the past two summers, I have cared for my uncle's 12 year-old chocolate lab when their family is on vacation. She is a senior dog that needs a little more care and consideration. I am a recent high school graduate and my summer is open. I am attending Mott Community College in the fall, so I am also not going away to school. I plan to provide service to the client at their home. I currently live at home, so I can't care for animals at my house.
About: Hi, I’m Sarah! 🐾 Animals have always been a big part of my life. My husband and I have rescued and fostered dogs for years, and we’ve had the joy of caring for many different personalities, sizes, and needs. Our dogs have both passed away within the past year and our house is definitely missing the pitter patter of doggy feet. I’m a stay at home mom, so your pup will have company and attention throughout the day. The longest they’d ever be alone is 1–2 hours if I run out for groceries or errands. I have two little ones at home, so I’m selective about which dogs I host, choosing only those who are good with both kids. I like to know each dog’s routine so I can keep things consistent for them- feeding times, quirks, favorite toys, or anything else that helps me care for them just like you would. If you’re looking for a home where your pup will be treated like family, I’d love to help. 💙 As a stay-at-home mom, I am home the majority of the day and love having the extra company. Your dog will get plenty of attention, potty breaks, and playtime built into my daily routine. Our home is safe, welcoming, and dog-friendly. I’m selective about the dogs I host, ensuring they are good with children. I always prioritize safety and make sure pets feel comfortable and secure. I ONLY host one family at a time, that means your dog will be the only one in my home at a given time.

I love being outdoors and giving lots of cuddles! I currently work full time in a school so I get plenty of time off including holiday breaks and summer hours. I only work 7 hours a day Monday-Friday. So I’m available for overnight care. I’m available most weekends as well. I would feel more comfortable in your home so your pets don’t get any anxiety being away from their safe place. I’m trustworthy and reliable. I’ve had background checks and I have reliable sources. Your pet will be in good care with me.
About: I’ve always had a love for animals and a natural instinct for taking care of them. I’ve pet sat my uncle’s dog several times, making sure they were walked, fed, and felt at home while he was away. About: I have 21 years of comfortability around pets (since I was born) and 3 years of professional pet sitting experience with both dogs & cats :). I have experience with senior pets, puppies, and kittens. I have a part time job where shifts may be up to 8 hours. If you are interested in me sitting for you, be aware I may need to be away from the house for 8-9 hours for work. I treat my pets with love, care, and as a part of my family! I would do the same with your pets to make them feel as safe and at home as possible.

I’m also experienced with medication administration of all kinds, first aid, CPR, and following detailed care routines, so you can feel confident your pet’s needs will be taken seriously while you’re away. You can expect plenty of updates and photos so you can have peace of mind knowing your furry friend is safe, happy, and being well cared for. Have questions or a specific need for your pet? Feel free to send me a message! I’d love to learn more about your companion and see how I can help. Whenever I’m not at work, I’m available for walks, drop-in visits, and other pet care needs. On my days off, I have extra flexibility and can spend more one-on-one time with your companion, whether that means longer walks, extra playtime, or simply giving them ALL of the attention and companionship they deserve. Overnight stays are accepted on a case by case basis depending on my work schedule and the location of your home. During walks and drop-in visits, my focus is on safety, enrichment, quality of care, and making sure your pet gets the attention they need. Before each booking, I’ll get to know their schedule, feeding routine, exercise needs, medications (if applicable), and any behavioral quirks or preferences.

About: I have over 5 years of professional pet care experience and as an emergency veterinary nurse. Your pets safety, comfort, and happiness are always my top priorities. I have three dogs of my own and have been surrounded by animals my entire life, so I understand that every pet has a unique personality and routine. I currently work midnights only three days a week, so it is easy for me to make time to drop into your home when needed. When caring for your pets in your home, my goal is to try to keep their routine and to make it as stress free as possible. I'll follow your instructions, if provided, for walks, play time, and any special routines they may have.
About: I have a considerable amount of experience working with dogs on the personal and professional level. Being a dog groomer for over ten years has given me the opportunity to get accustomed to all different breeds and ages of dogs. I've worked with everything from five pounds on up. I have also owned and trained three dogs of my own. I enjoy being active with my dogs. We've done obedience classes, agility, dock diving, and fly ball together, as well as hiking trails or just walking around the neighborhood. I would love the opportunity to get to know your dog. At this time, I only offer day visits in my home. I would be able to provide full grooming services for dogs up to 50 pounds. Rates starting at $25. I do require that you sign a pet care agreement form for day visits and a grooming consent form if you would like your dog groomed. I have a fenced in yard where your dog can explore freely, supervised of course. During the day your dog would have freedom to roam around the house. I do require that your dogs be up to date on their rabies vaccination (need to show proof) and on a flea preventative. I will not book without doing a meet and greet first. We need to make sure this is the best possible environment for your dog and for mine. I am certified in dog first aid and CPR should a situation arise. If I have to leave the house for any unforeseen reason your dog will be crated. This is for your and my dog's safety.

“Andrew did an excellent job caring for my Charlie-baby, he sent lots of pictures and always texted me right back when I got in touch with him to ask how she was doing. When I need pet care again I will definitely be looking for Andrew💞”

“Alexis was amazing! She was so loving and playful with our dogs, and this was one of the best dog-sitting experiences we’ve had. She sent us lots of pictures and updates, and we loved them all. I think our dogs were a little depressed when they came home because they missed her so much! 😊”

“First time we used Rover.com and first time we were away from our dog. I think he had some anxiety but Lyndsey and Justin were great with the whole process.”

“Annette watched my dog Daisy for 3 days and 2 nights in her home, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Daisy has a lot of anxiety, and Annette went out of her way to make her feel safe and comfortable. She gave Daisy plenty of cuddles, took her on walks, and was very patient and caring throughout the stay. Annette also has a very sweet dog named Ethel, and Daisy really enjoyed playing with her, which helped Daisy relax and feel more at home. Annette kept me updated during the stay and sent pictures, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. It’s clear that Annette genuinely cares about the dogs she watches, and I would absolutely book with her again. Highly recommend!”
