About: Growing up my family always owned one or two golden retrievers at a time and instantly fell in love with the breed. I worked at a dog boarding/day care facility for about 3 years. I’ve worked with many different types of breeds along with all sorts of temperaments. With that came taking care of dogs of ALL ages. I’ve handled up to 15 large dogs at a time, also handling cats. Absolutely loved my job and hope to continue working with animals:) I work at a School in Grand Haven, Monday-Friday till around 4p.m. (Sometimes later) So, my evenings are open to walks & drop-ins. My weekends are still available for house sitting, drop-ins, and walks! In the summer there is lots more availability! I was lucky enough to grow up with a mom that did full time pet sitting at one point and got to tag along on all her trips. I also pet sit for family and friends. Including overnights, walks, and administering medications, eye drops, pills, ect. “Just fabulous. On our meet and greet, Barts (my cat) took to Maggie immediately. During her check-ins, I got timely updates and plenty of photos - playtime, open window time, snacks and cuddles. Excellent communication at all times. Maggie even helped me out by watering some plants, and took the initiative to take my trash can out to the curb for pickup even though I hadn’t mentioned it. About: I had a cat growing up from a young age, so taking care of kitties is second nature for me! My college roommate also had a cat (officially know as my godcat 😻), so cats and cat care has been apart of my entire life. My dog, Brida, is OBSESSED with cats. About: I've been pet sitting for a few years now! I grew up with dogs, cats, fish, and hamsters, and they were integral members of our family. I absolutely love meeting and taking care of new pets, and I've gotten pretty good at it over time. I'll take dogs on walks, or to the dog park, dog beach, and give them baths if needed. I work monday-friday 9-2 so as long as your dog is good on their own for 5-6 hours, it will work out! Otherwise won't leave them alone for more than 6 hours. Not able to have the dogs at our house, but I'll gladly care for your pets at your home in whatever fashion works best for you!

Today I have much smaller dogs. Mr. Miygai is around 19lbs and looks like a terrier mix but is part Chi and part Mini Poodle. Zoe is all stumpy tail Cattle dog mix and about 30lbs. Both love other dogs and get along great with them. Mr does prefer smaller dogs. Over the years I have owned 2 Dachshunds and a Sheltie Mix who was deaf. My Doxies lived to be 15 years old and one survived back surgery. I have experience taking care of young and old dogs. I am very comfortable with providing medication as well. About: I have a senior golden retriever who requires tedious care and have previous experience pet sitting and dog walking. I love all animals, especially dogs! In the past, I have been an in-house multi day dog sitter and dog walker. I am very active, so if your dog likes to walk long distances or go for runs, they can tag along! I’m currently working part time and have lots of time on my hands! This summer, my job doesn’t necessarily follow the same schedule every week but I am very flexible and available almost every day. Some days I don’t work at all and others I work short shifts so I could be available pretty much whenever you need me! About: I have 3 cats and a puppy. I’ve had 3 dogs in my life span. My mother in law has 2 dogs a huge dog (great paranyese) and a small dog. So I’m very good around dogs as well. About: History: My family adopted two puppies when I was in high school and I trained them both. Although they remained in my mom’s care, I continued to pet sit them throughout their long 18-year and 15-year lives (so, I’m experienced with senior care!). As an adult I adopted two dogs from two different animal rescue organizations. My first dog, Odin, was rescued from a situation of severe neglect and abuse. He was not trusting of humans, had significant health issues, and had become quite feral. Odin quickly became my soul dog. I worked very hard to gain his trust, give him proper training, give him proper medical care, and give him the best, most adventurous life I could. He passed away a couple of years ago as a happy, healthy, well-trained, and so loved pup. He continued to have health issues throughout his life because of how poorly he was treated earlier in life, so I am very experienced with dogs that have special treatment, diets, and/or needs. It is because of how well I was able to rehabilitate Odin that I was allowed to adopt my second dog, Brida (whom I still have!). Brida was also rescued from a situation of severe neglect and abuse. With Odin’s help, and a lot of love and patience, Brida is now a well-trained, loving girl that has become my absolute best friend. She still carries trauma from things that happened prior to me adopting her, so she’s timid and is still not very trusting of adult men or reactive dogs. Children make her nervous, mostly because she hasn’t had much long term exposure with kids. Brida only ever interacts with other animals that I walk and/or take care of after owner consent and success meet-and-greets. Brida has been on longterm pet care stays with me with a couple of regular clients, but she also enjoys staying at my Mom’s house for sleepovers, if need be! Brida ADORES all the dogs in her life - ranging from gentle giants to squirmy, energetic puppies - and loves playing chase. She does not understand how to play with dogs toys, so she will never steal another dog’s toy or bone (unless she has watched them use it first, and she’ll practice when she thinks no one is watching her). Brida is OBSESSED with cats. She respects kitty boundaries, and would follow them around in fascination all day everyday if she could. Present: I have availability year round, and a lot more availability during the summers. My services range from walks, check-ins, overnight care, and more. We look forward to getting to know our pawsome community here in West Michigan better! 🐾 My typical availability includes afternoons, evenings, and weekends. My summer schedule allows me to offer all day availability or multiple time frames of availability per day, with occasional restrictions. My dog, Brida, is fed twice a day (morning/evening), gets let out 3x per day, goes on 1-2 walks per day, and has free range of our living space. Outside, she is typically on a leash or stationary lead. I do have experience taking care of crate-trained pets as well. When providing long term care, I typically request a personalized schedule to be provided so I can best ensure a regular routine for the pet.

About: I've been pet sitting for a few years now! I grew up with dogs, cats, fish, and hamsters, and they were integral members of our family. I absolutely love meeting and taking care of new pets, and I've gotten pretty good at it over time. I'll take dogs on walks, or to the dog park, dog beach, and give them baths if needed. I work monday-friday 9-2 so as long as your dog is good on their own for 5-6 hours, it will work out! Otherwise won't leave them alone for more than 6 hours. Not able to have the dogs at our house, but I'll gladly care for your pets at your home in whatever fashion works best for you!

About: I’ve always loved dogs and apart from having my own, I’ve been lucky to have experience with many others! From puppies to senior dogs who need medicine, I try to do as much as I can to make sure they’re comfortable! I work part time, so I’m very flexible with when I can walk or watch pets! If I know in advance, it’s pretty easy for me to move things around. I don’t have a dog in my current home, but I offer pretty constant attention to pets no matter what I’m doing. I also make sure to play enough to get them tired out for a good sleep!
About: I have grown up, been around, and generally loved all dogs my whole life. I can be gentle, energetic, and cuddly with your pup. I come dressed for any kind of weather; rain, sun, or snow! I have experience with giving liquid or pill medications orally also. I’m currently working part-time from home. I’ll be available to play with your pups during the week or most weekends! I’m available mostly during the week, but weekends are not out of the question. I have a golden retriever named Tucker who gets along with other dogs and would love a playmate. He does however, easily respect if other dogs do not want the attention. I am also located in between quite a few dog parks. Quincy park, East End Park (both fenced) Kirk Park, which has a great dog beach! Mulligans and Pigeon park are a couple of other places I love to walk (or run) my pup! We love going to dog parks!! My husband and son also would also love to play with your pup! If you bother to look at my pictures, it is pretty evident that we love to take our dog everywhere with us! My husband will also bring our dog to work with him.

About: I have pet sit, walked, ran, leash trained, and mentally stimulated dogs of all breeds since a kid. Each dog needs all of these things in different ways and I am here to figure that out to insure your pup and you get the best from me. I used to be under the LLC Dogs On the Run Grand Rapids, but life (two children, moving to Holland etc) put that on hold.
