About: Currently I am between caregiving clients trying to decide what my next move is. I was born into an animal loving family, extended family, etc. I am 59 years old and have never been without at least a cat or two. I've also had 2 of my own dogs since 2005. My last senior dog passed the rainbow bridge in 2024. Born in Connecticut, lived for 45 years in Maryland and now I am living in Maine where I love it! One reason I fell in love with Maine is you can bring your dog almost anywhere here. They are a pet loving no-kill state! I have administered just about every kind of pet med out there. Every single pet has their own personality and I am very patient to learn that personality so we will become friends. I have a pretty open schedule with no real deadlines, so when ever your pets need walks, feeding, medications or just spend time with them, I am there. My own pets get feed twice a day. The time varies depending on my pet sitting schedule. But usually Its about 10am and 7pm. Whatever instructions left for me for a pet sit, I will follow to the letter. I will ask questions or text later to make sure I understand everything your pet needs. I've never run into an animal not liking me, but I am very aware of them not be comfortable with me at first. That can be stressful for them of course, so its very important that their care instructions are followed to keep them as anxiety free as possible.

He has special dietary requirements as he has colitis and Elizabeth fed him exactly as needed and he came home healthy and happy as could be. She sent us pictures of him every day out walking and in the house and he looked like he was having a ball. About: I have experience with animals from Great Danes to Fancy rats. I have training experience as well with things such as potty training, walking etiquette, and a few show tricks. I have college classes in the afternoons but my mornings and nights are wide open on weekdays. As for weekends its just dependent on the day so I'll need advanced notice. I have a small yard, and within a quarter mile from the nearest park. I can give potty breaks ever hour if need be, and I'm great at matching an animals energy level.
About: I'm a work at home pet mom with a large yard, lots of toys, and a calm and welcoming house. I've always had large dogs from mixed breeds to Great Danes, but love and appreciate all types of well mannered dogs. My house sits well off the road, so its quiet and I hike or trail walk almost daily. I am adept at giving medicine, cleaning wounds and dealing with incontinent dogs, but I will only board dogs who are respectful of my cats. I am currently working from home on my own schedule. Boarded dogs who enjoy car rides can come with me on errands or outings. While each day may different, my activities will be built around the needs of the animals I am caretaking, especially if separation anxiety is an issue. I will care for your animals as per your instructions and the capabilities of your pet. I do not have a fenced in yard, but have installed a run line in the past. If a dog is used to being crated, receiving treats, or sleeping on the couch - no problem. Conversely, I don't give animals people food, and if you want your pets to stay off furniture I will strictly honor that as well. My house is small but open, so it is easy to keep an eye on them.

About: Ever since i was little we've always had animals at home, I have experience caring for animals with different needs and personalities. I'm very attentive to pet behavior and i understand how important routines, patience, and trust are when caring for someone's pet, my number 1 priority is to make them feel safe, happy, and cared for while their owners are away. About: From the time I was young, I’ve always had my own animals to include cats, dogs, hamsters, mice, and into my adult life. I continue to have dogs and ferrets as well as cats. My parents have always had dogs as well and have had a few litters of puppies that I have assisted with, and my dog has had her own litter of puppies so I’m very familiar with young dogs and training and patience. I’ve never worked in a vet clinic, but I have many years of clinical experience with humans so I do have that background. I work from home Monday through Friday and my home office is in our finished basement so the dogs have their own space in the basement with food, water, toys, beds, puppy pads as well as full access to my office to come and go as they please and they just spend the day with me while I’m working. We live on the lake so we don’t have a large yard but it’s also a private road so there’s no traffic and I have an outdoor pen for the dogs but when I’m not working, I also am outside with them so they are always being watched and tended to. I will take them swimming in the lake or out on the canoe if that is something that is OK with pet parents and we do go for walks in the mornings before I start my workday and at lunchtime if the weather permits.

About: I have owned animals my whole life. Working with dogs is my passion. I have over a year of working with dogs in a shelter setting of all sizes and most breeds. I am fear free certified. About: Currently I am between caregiving clients trying to decide what my next move is. I was born into an animal loving family, extended family, etc. I am 59 years old and have never been without at least a cat or two. I've also had 2 of my own dogs since 2005. My last senior dog passed the rainbow bridge in 2024. Born in Connecticut, lived for 45 years in Maryland and now I am living in Maine where I love it! One reason I fell in love with Maine is you can bring your dog almost anywhere here. They are a pet loving no-kill state! I have administered just about every kind of pet med out there. Every single pet has their own personality and I am very patient to learn that personality so we will become friends. I have a pretty open schedule with no real deadlines, so when ever your pets need walks, feeding, medications or just spend time with them, I am there. My own pets get feed twice a day. The time varies depending on my pet sitting schedule. But usually Its about 10am and 7pm. Whatever instructions left for me for a pet sit, I will follow to the letter. I will ask questions or text later to make sure I understand everything your pet needs. I've never run into an animal not liking me, but I am very aware of them not be comfortable with me at first. That can be stressful for them of course, so its very important that their care instructions are followed to keep them as anxiety free as possible.
“We left our 15 lb Yorkie in the care of Elizabeth for three nights and were very pleased with the care she provided. He has special dietary requirements as he has colitis and Elizabeth fed him exactly as needed and he came home healthy and happy as could be. She sent us pictures of him every day out walking and in the house and he looked like he was having a ball. Either way I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her or use her again to look out for our dog while we are out of town.”

About: I'm a work at home pet mom with a large yard, lots of toys, and a calm and welcoming house. I've always had large dogs from mixed breeds to Great Danes, but love and appreciate all types of well mannered dogs. My house sits well off the road, so its quiet and I hike or trail walk almost daily. I am adept at giving medicine, cleaning wounds and dealing with incontinent dogs, but I will only board dogs who are respectful of my cats. I am currently working from home on my own schedule. Boarded dogs who enjoy car rides can come with me on errands or outings. While each day may different, my activities will be built around the needs of the animals I am caretaking, especially if separation anxiety is an issue. I will care for your animals as per your instructions and the capabilities of your pet. I do not have a fenced in yard, but have installed a run line in the past. If a dog is used to being crated, receiving treats, or sleeping on the couch - no problem. Conversely, I don't give animals people food, and if you want your pets to stay off furniture I will strictly honor that as well. My house is small but open, so it is easy to keep an eye on them.
About: I've taken care of all sorts of dogs since I was a teenager! I am comfortable with Reactive, Aggressive and Nervous dogs. I have Three of my own nervous/reactive dogs! They were so welcoming and loving with our guys. Lacey carefully listened to all our concerns and directions about the dogs but I didn’t need to worry because everything went so well. They had a long stay and had such a wonderful time that I wasn’t sure they would want to come home. Lacey communicated with us regularly and sent adorable pictures. We were surprised and delighted that both dogs were given baths and looked and smelled great when we picked them up. Lacey and Jeremy definitely exceeded our expectations.”
