“Finding someone that you can trust that will care for and love your fur baby as you do can be challenging. We were able to find someone and more in Robin. From the moment we started taking to the meet and greet to leaving Remy with her for a few days was fantastic. Her communication was excellent and fast right from the beginning. We weren't gone long before she was already sending pictures which is something we said we would take any time.. throughout our few days away we received many updates and pictures and from the pictures we could see that Remy was very happy and being cared and loved just as we do. Robin's compassion to take care of and spend time with animals is very clear. Remy even seemed a little sad after we picked him up and brought him home like he missed her and her fun dog Stella. We can't recommend Robin enough and we will definitely be using again!”
“This was my first experience leaving our dog, Nova (border collie), with strangers overnight, but Natalie allowed us to visit with her twice at her home a few days before the booking, and that helped tremendously. I really appreciated that. Nova warmed to Natalie right away and I know this made Nova feel more secure when I dropped her off for the weekend. I certainly felt better about leaving her there because she didn't seem as anxious as she was the first time we visited. Also, Nova is the only animal in our household and she "rules the roost," so I was glad that she had other canine company. Natalie sent texts and photos to me while I was away and Nova looked alert, calm, and content. I really appreciated getting little messages about Nova and answering any questions Natalie may have had. While I did think about Nova a lot during the weekend (we've had her all her life and she's 9 now), I did not worry about her. I felt she was safe, looked after, and treated kindly. If I had to board her again close by, my first choice would be Natalie. Thank you so much, Natalie!”

About: I have worked many different animal specific jobs over the years. From pet stores, dog bathing, to overnight doggie daycares. There have always been animals around me at home, especially dogs! Now that my childhood dog (Brownie) is getting older, I’ve also gained more experience with senior canines too. I am currently unemployed, so I’ll have plenty of time to give attention to and care for your precious fur friend(s)! I am available for check-ins any day of the week after 11am. My family is able to help with transportation, but please discuss details with me ahead of time for availability if needed. My house has a spacious front and backyard, including an invisible fence that both of my dogs are trained with. There are plenty of dog beds, water bowls, and a big bucket of toys laying around inside the house. There is also multiple doggie doors leading from the inside of the garage and into the house (both have slide door blockers as well). I am located on a quiet dirt road and can offer dog walks to get extra energy out. A bathtub is also on the top floor if you’re interested in giving your pooch a relaxing spa day. I love taking photos/videos, don’t hesitate to ask!

About: I’ve always been around dogs and got my own dog 8 years ago. I have have always taken care of dogs in my neighborhood for long amount of time or for even just to feed or let out. I have a full time job Monday thru Thursday but I’m free on the weekends. I’m most likely will not be available for major holidays . I live in a new apartment building that has a small dog park. About: I grew up having cats, dogs, and up to 14 rabbits at a time. I found a passion for caring for animals about eight years ago when I attended school to get my certification in Veterinary Assisting. During my time in school, I took an internship at my local animal shelter. I assisted in surgery, provided medical care, administered vaccinations, fed, and cleaned over 50 animals a day; I had my hands on every single animal that came through the shelter. Once my internship was over, they asked me to stay as an Isolation Technician and Veterinary assistant. I was employed there for a little over two years. After my time at the shelter, I worked as a Kennel Technician at a private practice that was much more laid back and routine. I would provide care for 1 dog to up to 60 at a time. These dogs ranged from many different breeds and temperaments. I worked there for a little under 4 years. Now, Unfortunately, I no longer work with animals, so I get my puppy fix by taking care of other people's pets. I cannot imagine my life without caring for animals or having them in my life. In my downtime, I will foster for the animal shelter I was once employed at. I will take feral/ nervous cats, bottle baby kittens, or sick animals whom I nurse back to health. I truly hope you can find comfort that your fur baby will be treated as one of my own. If you could ask one of my 5 cats, they'd gloat about how spoiled they are. Not only do I want your pet's visit to go well, but I also want their humans to remain stress-free and feel comfortable leaving their pets with me. As of now, I am a stay-at-home mom. We recently added a little boy to our family back in December. Due to this, I will be able to constantly supervise your pet and provide them with care throughout the day. I can bring your pet out for potty breaks or walks as frequently as needed. I do not have a fenced-in yard, so I will need a leash and a collar/harness to walk them. We have a couple of big fields in our neighborhood that I like to bring the dogs down to and let them roam on my 40-foot leash. I have some dog toys at home in case they want to play. I clean these after each visit/use. Given my background, you can trust that I know how to act during an emergency, (let's hope this never happens). I would like to have the contact information of their vet. In case of an emergency, there are two emergency clinics in Maine, both about 30-45 minutes away. My overall goal is to provide your dog with a routine similar to what they are used to at home. I want to ensure your pup is not stressed and feels comfortable around me and my family.

I have experience with feeding, walking, training, and bathing dogs. I am currently working full-time throughout the weekdays. “This was my first experience leaving our dog, Nova (border collie), with strangers overnight, but Natalie allowed us to visit with her twice at her home a few days before the booking, and that helped tremendously. I really appreciated that. Nova warmed to Natalie right away and I know this made Nova feel more secure when I dropped her off for the weekend. I certainly felt better about leaving her there because she didn't seem as anxious as she was the first time we visited. Also, Nova is the only animal in our household and she "rules the roost," so I was glad that she had other canine company. Natalie sent texts and photos to me while I was away and Nova looked alert, calm, and content. I really appreciated getting little messages about Nova and answering any questions Natalie may have had. While I did think about Nova a lot during the weekend (we've had her all her life and she's 9 now), I did not worry about her. I felt she was safe, looked after, and treated kindly. About: I have worked many different animal specific jobs over the years. From pet stores, dog bathing, to overnight doggie daycares. There have always been animals around me at home, especially dogs! Now that my childhood dog (Brownie) is getting older, I’ve also gained more experience with senior canines too. I am currently unemployed, so I’ll have plenty of time to give attention to and care for your precious fur friend(s)! I am available for check-ins any day of the week after 11am. My family is able to help with transportation, but please discuss details with me ahead of time for availability if needed. My house has a spacious front and backyard, including an invisible fence that both of my dogs are trained with. There are plenty of dog beds, water bowls, and a big bucket of toys laying around inside the house. There is also multiple doggie doors leading from the inside of the garage and into the house (both have slide door blockers as well). I am located on a quiet dirt road and can offer dog walks to get extra energy out. A bathtub is also on the top floor if you’re interested in giving your pooch a relaxing spa day. I love taking photos/videos, don’t hesitate to ask!
