From the moment we started taking to the meet and greet to leaving Remy with her for a few days was fantastic. Her communication was excellent and fast right from the beginning. We weren't gone long before she was already sending pictures which is something we said we would take any time.. throughout our few days away we received many updates and pictures and from the pictures we could see that Remy was very happy and being cared and loved just as we do. Robin's compassion to take care of and spend time with animals is very clear. Remy even seemed a little sad after we picked him up and brought him home like he missed her and her fun dog Stella. I am currently working part time two 12 hour days. Dogs go out before I go to work and after. On my days off I am able to spend more time with them. My pup, Marcy, is a 1-year old blackmouth cur. She's a regular at the dog park and very well socialized across a range of doggy personalities. I have a safe, calm house with a fenced-in yard. I also work remotely, meaning your dog would have lots of attention and a watchful eye. Although I'm primarily listing my offering as dog boarding at my home, Marcy and I are flexibile so long as there is reliable internet. So please reach out if you prefer boarding at your home instead. Note that Marcy is gentle not prey driven, though she's only been introduced to one cat. If you have kitties, let's do a meet-n-greet to ensure it's a good fit. Reach out with any questions! I work at home, with flexibility around meetings for walks, dog park trips, and potty/training breaks. I’m available to pet sit any day of the week. At my home: I have a 4 ft fenced-in yard for play time, which turns into an at-home dog park when Marcy has a visitor. Note that the fence isn't foolproof for an escape artist or high jumper. Dogs are allowed throughout the house and on couches, if they choose. Sleeping arrangements are flexible, especially knowing visiting pups can sometimes feel more comfortable sleeping in bed with a human. Marcy is crate-trained, and I have a large crate in case your pup needs a designated safe space.

About: I have always been an animal lover, growing up in the countryside with an array of horses, goats, dogs and cats. I currently have two labradors (one is an *angel* and can calm even the most Nervous Nellies, and the other just wants you to throw the dang ball!). I have a large fenced-in area, wooded trails for curious noses and a food dehydrator for the occasional, chewy treat (with permission). For sure you can expect that your pup will be treated as one of our own with play, snuggles and comfy places to rest. I have help from a trustworthy teen and, at present, incredible flexibility in my schedule. I am really excited to host your furry family members! I am currently at home full-time. Multiple fetch sessions and walks in the woods throughout the day are the norm. During longer stays, I am am happy to take your dog on a hike in one of the nearby preserves. I have two very friendly dogs who would love some company! Note, I do have a twin daybed in my room that boarders are welcome to sleep on, or there is a spare room if they prefer a private space.

About: I have over 10 years of experience dog sitting. I am a huge animal lover, and would love to give your dog some extra attention while you are away. I grew up with dogs, and I have experience with dogs of varying shapes, sizes and personalities. I will be sure to send you photos and updates. I also have experience caring for cats and horses. Please let me know how I can help! I am available weekends and weekday mornings and evenings. I could be available during the work day on a case by case basis. I am unfortunately unable to host additional animals at my place, so I am happy to come to your place to watch/walk you dog, or care for other animals. Safety is my top priority. I always keep dogs on leash when outside, and I always ensure the inside space is safe and clean for your dog.

About: I'm a work at home pet mom with a large yard, lots of toys, and a calm and welcoming house. I've always had large dogs from mixed breeds to Great Danes, but love and appreciate all types of well mannered dogs. My house sits well off the road, so its quiet and I hike or trail walk almost daily. I am adept at giving medicine, cleaning wounds and dealing with incontinent dogs, but I will only board dogs who are respectful of my cats. I am currently working from home on my own schedule. Boarded dogs who enjoy car rides can come with me on errands or outings. While each day may different, my activities will be built around the needs of the animals I am caretaking, especially if separation anxiety is an issue. I will care for your animals as per your instructions and the capabilities of your pet. I do not have a fenced in yard, but have installed a run line in the past. If a dog is used to being crated, receiving treats, or sleeping on the couch - no problem. Conversely, I don't give animals people food, and if you want your pets to stay off furniture I will strictly honor that as well. My house is small but open, so it is easy to keep an eye on them.

About: I grew up with a yellow lab named Mo. I was an only child and he was quite truly my best friend. He passed away when I was sixteen. This past summer, my family and I got a new puppy from Midcoast Humane, his name is Sol. I don't know how I went eight years without such a buddy! Caring for a dog has been such an important part of my life, and has offered me so much fulfillment and joy. I would love the opportunity to care for your pets, and understand how important they are to your life and how important their happiness is! I currently have a flexible remote job. Although I do need to commit at least six hours Monday through Friday to my job, I have much space in between to care for, walk, play with, and adventure with your furry friend!! My weekends are completely available. Most preferabley, I would like to care for your dog in your own home. The house I live in currently does not have a fenced in area, however I would be open to talking through ways to make it work! I love to go on long walks, and would be happy to meet any of your dogs exercise needs or simply needs for muddy adventures.

About: I have a genuine passion for dogs and all animals; my goal is to help families take off some pressure so both they and their pets can enjoy life to the fullest! I live in Wiscasset and would love to hang out with your furry pal! The outdoors are my favorite place to be, so if you have an active pet we will get along great! About: I've had cats my whole life.. they make life better and it's a big responsibility as well. I have taken many older cats in from the shelter and they had great lives with us. Would love to babysit your kitty or dog. I have 3 cats in my home and I've had many kittens and elderly cats. We have a catio and many toys to entertain your kitty. Catio, toys, food and love! I can give meds as needed as well, or special foods. I can also go to your home for visits.
