About: Hi! We’re Natalie and Tim, and we have both had dogs our entire lives. Natalie worked at a Humane Society in college, and Tim fostered dogs (and was a “failed foster” parent) for many years before we moved to Maine with our two doggies, Penny & Willa. We spend lots of time taking our dogs and dogs who we sit for to local nature trails in Cumberland or enjoying fetch with the Chuck-It in our large backyard. Our home is kid-free, and we will treat your pups like our own! Tim works from home, and Natalie is a full-time graduate student with a flexible schedule. Your dogs will be home with either or both of us for the majority, if not the entire time! We have a large yard (1.5 acres) on a quiet street in a very dog-friendly neighborhood. Although our yard is not physically fenced, we do have an electric fence that could work for your dog if they are trained on this at your home! I have experience with dogs who need medicine as well. I love pets and have a dog of my own who I love to take to the beach and run free in the wind. About: I'm an experienced doggy foster, boarding more than 10 new-to-Maine rescues last year before adopting a sweet little pup of my own. As a new dog parent, I know how difficult it can be to find reliable, affordable, overnight care - plus a place my pup will actually enjoy! I routinely pet-sit for friends, and joined Rover to continue expanding my dog's social circle (she *loves* other dogs) while earning supplementary income. My pup, Marcy, is a 1-year old blackmouth cur. She's a regular at the dog park and very well socialized across a range of doggy personalities. I have a safe, calm house with a fenced-in yard. I also work remotely, meaning your dog would have lots of attention and a watchful eye. Although I'm primarily listing my offering as dog boarding at my home, Marcy and I are flexibile so long as there is reliable internet. So please reach out if you prefer boarding at your home instead. Note that Marcy is gentle not prey driven, though she's only been introduced to one cat. If you have kitties, let's do a meet-n-greet to ensure it's a good fit. Reach out with any questions! About: I'm a 53yr old, active woman who spent 15 years as an Animal Control Officer in my local towns and then with my local Sheriff's office. I've fostered and adopted numerous rescues and am a huge animal advocate. Caring for other people's animals has always been my dream and now I'm doing it. I'm available almost any day at any time. I'm happy to stay with your pets or just stop in for a visit. I do not offer pet sitting in my home as my two rescues do not do well with other dogs. I will adhere to your wants and rules for your animals. I love my pets, and I will treat yours as if they are my own. But I will not do anything, give them anything, or let them do anything you do not approve of.
About: I've been pet sitting (mostly dogs and cats) for 15+ years, usually combined with longterm house sitting. I've had pets all my life, but currently cannot have them where I'm living. I miss having furry companions, so helping to care for others' pets fills the void! I used to have a Great Pyrenees, Penelope, so I love and understand big dogs. I've also cared for little dogs, cats, and chickens. I'd love to do more farm sitting. I'm an active person and love long walks. I believe tired dogs are good dogs, so if they're amenable, I like to go for long walks and play hard. I also have experience with older dogs and love to provide them with TLC in their final years. I work mostly from home, so I have a lot of flexibility in my schedule for dog walks or popping over to your house to feed or check in during your busy day. I need to care for pets in your home until I move to place that allows me to have pets again. I'm comfortable with overnights and long stays. If you teach me the routine, we'll stick to it, and I'll be around to give them extra love and reassurance. We'll become buddies!
About: I’ve taken care of many cute dogs and a couple cats. Walking, sitting or just taking them out to the dog park to release their energy. Whatever you need I’m there. I have experience with dogs who need medicine as well. I love pets and have a dog of my own who I love to take to the beach and run free in the wind. I can watch small, medium and large dogs and they all receive the same love and attention while Im there. I am available to watch, play, and love on your pets all day Friday, Sat, Sun and Mondays! The remaining of the week I am working a 9-7 job in Westport I care for the pets as the owner request. About: Hi! We’re Natalie and Tim, and we have both had dogs our entire lives. Natalie worked at a Humane Society in college, and Tim fostered dogs (and was a “failed foster” parent) for many years before we moved to Maine with our two doggies, Penny & Willa. We spend lots of time taking our dogs and dogs who we sit for to local nature trails in Cumberland or enjoying fetch with the Chuck-It in our large backyard. Our home is kid-free, and we will treat your pups like our own! Tim works from home, and Natalie is a full-time graduate student with a flexible schedule. Your dogs will be home with either or both of us for the majority, if not the entire time! We have a large yard (1.5 acres) on a quiet street in a very dog-friendly neighborhood. Although our yard is not physically fenced, we do have an electric fence that could work for your dog if they are trained on this at your home! We are happy to crate your dogs - we’re even happy to have them in our bedroom and on the couch if they prefer!
