From the moment we started taking to the meet and greet to leaving Remy with her for a few days was fantastic. Her communication was excellent and fast right from the beginning. We weren't gone long before she was already sending pictures which is something we said we would take any time.. throughout our few days away we received many updates and pictures and from the pictures we could see that Remy was very happy and being cared and loved just as we do. Robin's compassion to take care of and spend time with animals is very clear. Remy even seemed a little sad after we picked him up and brought him home like he missed her and her fun dog Stella. About: I’ve taken care of dogs, cats, birds, and small animals for three years now. I also have experience with housesitting and babysitting. I work two 12 hour day shifts a week. I am currently working part time two 12 hour days. Dogs go out before I go to work and after. On my days off I am able to spend more time with them. About: I'm an experienced doggy foster, boarding more than 10 new-to-Maine rescues last year before adopting a sweet little pup of my own. As a new dog parent, I know how difficult it can be to find reliable, affordable, overnight care - plus a place my pup will actually enjoy! My pup, Marcy, is a 1-year old blackmouth cur. She's a regular at the dog park and very well socialized across a range of doggy personalities. I have a safe, calm house with a fenced-in yard. I also work remotely, meaning your dog would have lots of attention and a watchful eye. Although I'm primarily listing my offering as dog boarding at my home, Marcy and I are flexibile so long as there is reliable internet. So please reach out if you prefer boarding at your home instead. Note that Marcy is gentle not prey driven, though she's only been introduced to one cat. If you have kitties, let's do a meet-n-greet to ensure it's a good fit. Reach out with any questions! I work at home, with flexibility around meetings for walks, dog park trips, and potty/training breaks. I’m available to pet sit any day of the week. At my home: I have a 4 ft fenced-in yard for play time, which turns into an at-home dog park when Marcy has a visitor. Note that the fence isn't foolproof for an escape artist or high jumper. Dogs are allowed throughout the house and on couches, if they choose. Sleeping arrangements are flexible, especially knowing visiting pups can sometimes feel more comfortable sleeping in bed with a human. Marcy is crate-trained, and I have a large crate in case your pup needs a designated safe space.

About: My entire life has always revolved around animals. As a lifelong equestrian, I’ve grown up taking care of horses and dogs of all shapes and sizes. Previously a barn manager, I’m now a pet & equine photographer. That means when I’m not at a horse show or photoshoot, I’m at my desk at home with my own two senior dogs curled underneath. My years in the horse world and now with senior dogs has taught me how to apply topical medication, give injections and oral meds, and how to recognize and redirect problematic behavior. Living on 15 wooded acres set back from the road means there is plenty of space for pups to run around as well as numerous off leash walking trails should your pup be up for it. Staying with me is like a country retreat for your pet - walks through the forest and sunsets and squirrel watching from the deck. If you're lucky, you might even get some professional photos out of it. As a self-employed pet photographer, I work from home when I’m not at a horse show or photo shoot. This gives me lots of flexibility day to day and during the day. I like to let dogs approach me as they feel comfortable and understand that dogs are capable of a wide range of personalities. My number one priority is that everyone feels safe and has their needs met. In my home, well behaved and responsive dogs may be allowed off-leash outside as we have plenty of space far from the nearest road. Dogs that can’t be trusted off leash will enjoy wooded walks around the property or nearby dog-friendly trails.

I devote highly sensitive heart-centered care for your pets for two main reasons: 1) I am a remote worker as a writer and healing coach, so I can be at home with our furry friends. I am not just feeding and walking your dog(s) and caring for your cats; I am providing emotional support and plenty of care (frequent outdoor breaks and walks, playtime, pats, massage, energy work, etc.). 2) I am a professional in the practice of meditation and the healing arts, a path that cultivates empathy, which helps me bond with animals and be more attuned to their needs. I have been on this path for 17 years. I am highly intuitive. I practice Eastern techniques of energy work (qi qong and martial arts) and I am a certified Reiki practitioner, so I love to connect with animals as part of that practice (they are great conductors of energy, which is only ever healing and calming for them to experience). I aspire to the highest level of performance and etiquette. I promise to treat your pets and space as sacred; to maintain a clear boundary between me and your possessions; and to leave no trace. My only obligation that takes me out of house are walking other dogs (1 to 3 hours per day) and then the occasional social or other engagement. About: Working in the veterinary field for 2 years, pursuing animal behavior, as well as training, my love for animals has allowed me accomodate for all shapes and sizes, wether it be rodents, reptiles, fish, cats, dogs, equines and livestock, i have extensive experience with all! Pet care is currently my full time occupation, which ensures most of my time is dedicated to your pets. Wether it’s a walk, or overnights. About: I have experience with animals from Great Danes to Fancy rats. I have training experience as well with things such as potty training, walking etiquette, and a few show tricks. I have college classes in the afternoons but my mornings and nights are wide open on weekdays. As for weekends its just dependent on the day so I'll need advanced notice. I have a small yard, and within a quarter mile from the nearest park. I can give potty breaks ever hour if need be, and I'm great at matching an animals energy level.

I do have 4 cats of my own :) I work 3 days a week, not a set schedule, but usually have open availability the other 4 days during the weekdays/weekends. About: I have taken care of various different fur babies my whole life. From my grandma’s elderly diabetic cat, to many little baby kittens. About: I'm an experienced doggy foster, boarding more than 10 new-to-Maine rescues last year before adopting a sweet little pup of my own. As a new dog parent, I know how difficult it can be to find reliable, affordable, overnight care - plus a place my pup will actually enjoy! I also work remotely, meaning your dog would have lots of attention and a watchful eye. Although I'm primarily listing my offering as dog boarding at my home, Marcy and I are flexibile so long as there is reliable internet. At my home: I have a 4 ft fenced-in yard for play time, which turns into an at-home dog park when Marcy has a visitor. Note that the fence isn't foolproof for an escape artist or high jumper. Dogs are allowed throughout the house and on couches, if they choose. Sleeping arrangements are flexible, especially knowing visiting pups can sometimes feel more comfortable sleeping in bed with a human. Marcy is crate-trained, and I have a large crate in case your pup needs a designated safe space.

About: I’ve always been around dogs and got my own dog 8 years ago. I have have always taken care of dogs in my neighborhood for long amount of time or for even just to feed or let out. I have a full time job Monday thru Thursday but I’m free on the weekends. I’m most likely will not be available for major holidays . I live in a new apartment building that has a small dog park. I usually take my dog on hikes or walks around the neighborhood.
