Personalized care for your dog or cat - Presque Isle

About: I have several years of experience pet and house sitting for neighbors, and almost a year of experience pet sitting for clients through Rover. I have enjoyed every minute of it; I love spending time with pets and making sure they're taken care of when folks go out of town. I am a full time student at UMPI while also working part time during the college semesters. I live and work locally in PI, but I as busy as I am, my schedule is very flexible. Although I cannot provide full time sitting services, I am available for house sitting, boarding, and drop-in visits where I can attend to pets every 4-8 hours. I am happy to work with clients on prices if need be, especially if you're needing very specific services not listed on Rover.

“If my dog could write this review himself, I’d be out of a job… because he’d be too busy packing his bags to go back to Jai’s house. 😂 Jai is an absolute legend. Not only did she take incredible care of my pup, she basically turned his stay into a luxury vacation with bonus best friends (shoutout to her fabulous silkies 🐔✨). I swear my dog came back acting like he just got back from summer camp—happy, exhausted, and slightly judging me for not being as fun. She went way above and beyond to make sure he didn’t feel like he was in “doggie prison.” Nope—this was more like an all-inclusive resort: friends to play with, top-tier meals, endless love, and ALL the pets a pup could ever dream of. Honestly, I think my dog misses her more than he missed me. I caught him staring out the window like, “When’s Jai coming back?” RUDE. If you’re looking for someone who will treat your dog like royalty (and possibly make them love her more than you), Jai is your person. 12/10, would absolutely book again… even if it hurts my feelings a little. 😅🐾”

About: I've had cats all my adult life and have always enjoyed being around them. I've taken care of my own plus family members when needed. I've moved recently and am in a new stage of my life as well as a new place. Looking to make new friends and contacts by meeting neighbors in need of pet care. I am home a lot so I can work with a variety of timeframes. I have 1 cat of my own, no dogs. I can look after another cat(s) in my home as I have plenty of space and can keep any guests safe and cared for.

About: I have been taking care of animals my whole life I have helped animals that are diabetic that need insulin shots. I have taken care of animals that are special needs as well. I have open availability to care for animals I own an acre of land and have an Australian Shepherd to play with. He loves meeting, new friends. I have an Australian Shepherd Who is crate trained. I also have cats. Everyone gets along. I also have an acre of land to run and play.

About: Caring for pets is a meaningful role of mine! As a Veterinary Technician student I strive to provide the best loving care and comfort to your pets. I have been caring for our four-legged friends including personal dogs since 2018, and have been previously certified in canine and feline first aid / CPR. I have a flexible schedule and am able to accommodate dog walks, drop-ins, and pet care throughout the week. I’m dependable, communicative, and happy to work with your pet’s individual routine and needs. I’m especially available for weekday walks and morning/mid day visits, with additional availability depending on the day. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I have extensive hands-on experience caring for animals and understand that every dog has different needs, personalities, and boundaries. I provide a calm, attentive environment, follow your instructions closely, and will always keep you updated about your pet while they’re in my care.

About: I’ve had pets in my home since I was born and have helped train two of them in the past few years! It was my responsibility to train them, walk them, feed them, etc. I am currently working for my family business so I have plenty of flexibility to care for pets as well on the side. I also have lunch breaks that would be the perfect time for walking dogs. I have a runner in my back yard to keep pets safe from the road. I am also willing to keep them in a crate if need be but not necessary. A fence is being installed but won’t be ready in my yard until the end of June.
