About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats of family and friends since I was in my teens, but more extensively in college and since. For 3 years I boarded and sat for three different family friends. I’ve personally helped raise 3 dogs and 2 cats. I’ve even helped herd sheep and tamed alpacas! I work nearly full-time as a server at a restaurant, so Wednesday to Saturday night I’m unavailable for somewhere between 6-9 hours on those days. When I have my off days I’m usually at home or out for a walk. I’m usually efficient with my errands and have extensive free time on off days. I try to make them feel like a proper guest in my home like anyone else. My apartment is always very quiet despite being downtown, but I would hope to find activities we could do in and around Portland to help keep them active and entertained.

About: I raised, trained, and cared for my family dog from a puppy when I was in high school. Post college I adopted a senior dog and cared for him for the last couple of years of his life. In the meantime I have been a sitter for friends and family dogs and cats over the years. I am used to giving medications (even when it needs to be disguised) and staying on a feeding schedules. I am very up for caring for senior dogs who want to lay around the house, and equally ready to go on long walks with a dog with more energy. About: I’ve grown up around dogs my whole life—from Cavapoos to Corgis to Wheaten Terriors to Doodles, to Boxers! I’ve also had the pleasure of having a Goldendoodle of my own as well! My sweet pup was in an accident and required lots of specific care such as wound care and medication administration for many months. I am a very patient and dedicated pet sitter and will treat your pet like my own. “Anne is the best! She very obviously cares a lot about all dogs, but especially the ones in her care. She sent me lots of updates, photos, and videos - possibly more than she normally might because this was the first time I’d ever been apart from my dog and was a little nervous! She asked me great questions and was very considerate; for example asking first if it would be ok to give my dog a certain treat. She’s very mindful of animal interaction and knows each dog and situation are different. This was my first Rover experience and I hope they’re all as good as this was. Thank you Anne!”

About: While I am new to Rover, I have lots of experience dog and cat sitting for friends and family. My whole life there’s been a rotation of dogs in my home (my parents never bothered getting a dog because we watched our friends’ so often) and in recent years I frequently do house visits to feed and entertain pets. I have had a cat before who I loved wholeheartedly and I would love to take care of yours. Please consider me as a candidate to help your family. Thank you! I have a flexible work schedule, so I can dog walk almost any time of day. However, I am not home all the time if your pet needs 24 hour care. For overnight jobs, happy to take your pet to my house or stay at yours. House is not puppy proof but I would be happy to set up an area for them. I have no pets at home.

I am currently doing Rover full-time. For many years i have lived in homes with pets and helped care for them. Currently living in a home with 1 cat, 1 dog, and 12 chickens. We also do doggy day care and do boarding- so we keep pretty busy. I always walk dogs on their leashes. I make sure to keep medications and other harmful things locked away. We have a fenced in yard, but i’m always out there with them. I try to take as good care for your animals as if they were my own.
