We found the kennel was awful, but we had to leave her as we were heading out of the country the same day. I found Gabrielle and Sara through Rover and they responded immediately. About: Over the last five years I have worked in both Daycare, Boarding, Training and as a Veterinarian assistant/tech taking care of more then a hundred dogs and cats in a single day. About: I've had dogs all of my life. All of my dogs I rescued, Rosco from North Carolina, Athena from Puerto Rico, Otis a Maine resident (my other half best friend) ,Piglet from Georgia and Thia from Saint Thomas. I've always had a love and special way with dogs. It's all about time and patience they are 4 legged kids. Ive introduced a senior dog who was not fond of other dogs to his new sister and they lived happily in the house together. I've had alot of experience with senior dogs dealing with hip issues and mobility. I am also a pitbull mom so I know all about their attitude. I have went through obedient school and have learned alot and plain on continue training not just for my self but for the dogs we have to be trained just as much as they do. I'm currently working 7 to 3 M-F but have time at night and on weekends in my daily schedule that I would love to fill and what better way then spending with animals. I treat my pets as if they are kids because they are my kids! I'm a dog mom. My dogs have a fenced in back yard they always run around in.

I love animals, and currently have a flexible schedule to be able to care for yours. I treat them as if they are my own, and will love them with every ounce i have! I will show up in any weather, and have no problems giving medication. I have no fears of any size dog, and am usually the one found with the dog rather than people at any gathering ha! She was clear, always very nice, calming, and she checked to be sure that my dog, Frances, had a temperament which did not object to the presence of her, evidently mellow, two dogs and one cat—she was just very good at customer service. I felt very secure with my dog staying in her (and her husband’s) care. She (and they) obviously knows and cares for dogs. I had useful feedback from the visit (my dog was fine with her cat—(and dogs)—though she has had very little exposure to cats—so it appears vibes are what count with Frances. ) Hannah was friendly even when I changed my time plans on the actual day, oh-so-gently informing me she would definitely modify whenever she could, but she was dealing as well with other customers’ sometimes conflicting schedules. She was very good!”
About: I have always had dogs but am currently without one after my 16-year-old golden retriever passed away. I am comfortable working with dogs of all ages, and understand how their needs, routines and personalities change throughout their lives. I live in a quiet community with beach access a short walk away. If you have a pup that loves to swim, go on adventures or walks, or simply spend time outside, I would be a great fit. While your away, you can be sure they too are enjoying a mini vacation. I can work from home so your dog will not be lonely during the day. There are some days I may not be home all day, but I will be sure to give them plenty of exercise with time to run, play or swim in the mornings, afternoons and evenings. I also have a life jacket for those dogs who are not strong swimmers or who may want a little extra support in the water. I've not crated any of my dogs, but if you are more comfortable with crating, I can accommodate that if you bring yours. I do not have a fenced in yard, but I do have a small side yard, access to trails and a beach so they will get plenty of time outside.

About: I have had a dog at least 20 years. We occasionally have a Labrador a week at a time, he has full run of the house. I do not work, so I am home most of the time. I do local Arts Markets, but those aren't long days. A dog would get lots of attention. I have a fenced in back yard that has plenty of room for playing. The house is one floor, which would be easier on older dogs.
About: I’ve been a loving parent to both cats and dogs for 25 years. I love animals and am happy to accommodate walk schedules, medications, injections, and of course, lots of playtime and scritches! My pup and I do pretty much whatever we want, whenever we want. I have a flexible work schedule and am often at home, so can accommodate desired potty break and walk times, medications, preferred activities (beach, dog park, hanging out at the house.) My pup is always ready for company and activity, but knows when it’s time to relax. I live in a private house set far back from the street, with a large, well kept (but unfenced) 1.5 acre yard. My dog, Pepper, is an extremely social, playful, but chill and well-behaved 5yr old neutered Jack Russell mix. He loves playtime with other dogs, but is respectful of the quieter styles of older dogs or dogs just needing rest. I have a comfy crate suitable for small to medium dogs (if you crate), lots of toys, and lots of time to engage with your sweetie. The area surrounding my home is safe and quiet, with many options for woodland walks. I live near dog-friendly beaches and the Saco river, so splashing is an option, too! If your dog has good recall, I can provide off-leash time in the 1.5 acre yard. I have a front porch with a protective gate to keep the sunbathers from getting out, and lots of space for indoor play time and resting as well.
“It was a pleasure to have our whippet puppy Fern cared for by Cassidy and Cody while on vacation in Cape May. Cassidy and Cody were so laid back, relaxed and flexible when it came times and days we needed care for Fern. Fern was nervous at first meeting and staying with new friends Gus, (their dog) and their 2 children, but she was wagging her tail and so excited to go back to their house the following day! Fern got extra walks, and even went to the beach with them! We felt very comfortable leaving our baby In their care! I also appreciated getting text and picture updates of how Fern was doing throughout the day. I would definitely reach out to Cody and Cassidy again for dog sitting when we are in the area.”
About: I grew up around all sorts of animals. We always had a dog and a cat or two. We also had birds and a bunny and also a hamster. I love walking and playing with dogs and I get along with all different breeds and sizes. I don’t currently have a full time job so I’m available pretty much anytime. About: I’ve owned and worked with dogs my whole life. I am the owner of a grooming salon and have worked in dog daycares as well as an animal hospital. We will treat your pups like our own! 🥰 We like to stick with what they are used to at home. Sleep on the bed? No prob! Snuggle on the couch? You got it! But if you have rules you are working on we are happy to help with those too. We have a large fenced in yard but the snow is high right now. So to be safe we are only taking dogs under 30 lbs. I have always specialized in senior dog care so if you have e an older buddy they are in good hands! ♥️Can’t wait to meet your pups! Also, we have 2 small dogs so yours must be ok with other pups. My husband and I both work from home so it’s easy for us to give the pups attention and care all day. Together we have plenty of time for walks, play, and snuggles! I have a large fenced in yard, but if you prefer walks that’s totally doable. I also have a Chinese crested mix and a Schnoodle who are very used to new dogs in the home. I have a fully fenced in yard for your pet to play in and be to be kept safe. I have two dogs that are under 25lbs and are 10 years and older. Depending on your pets age and play style they may or may not be interested in playing but can coexist. If your pet is dog aggressive, that is not a problem since I live in a home with two floors and can keep them separated without any worry of them having a problem.

About: I have had pets my whole life and have been pet sitting for the past five years. I have come to know these pets that I have watched as family members, but have since moved back to California! I have experience with cats and dogs, both my own, and other people that I have watched as well as a few bunnies and even some rats! I am happy to help with cleaning around the house or small gardening activities if necessary during longer trips or anything else that might be necessary for someone to have a comfortable vacation! I hope I can be your go to pet sitter for years to come! I just moved back to the area so I have a part-time job at a winery till about 6 pm on Fridays and Saturdays, but can work around that (just ask!) or any other day of the week! I love making pets feel comfortable and sticking to their given routine. I feel that when the parents are out of town, it can be stressful so keeping things as normal as possible is incredibly important! It’s great to go on walks for dogs and just to have some time lounging around for cats playing with one of their toys. I have experience with mildly aggressive or reactive dogs and semi feral cats and know some tips and tricks to make them feel more comfortable and less scared upon meeting me for the first time.

About: Heyyy! Want to know a little bit about me? I have a 3 year old crazy hound at home! I got her as a puppy and shes been my best friend ever since. We like to be outdoors frequently as shes got a lot of energy. I also have 2 lazy cats that I adore but they don't do too much. I have experience working in 3 different dog daycare facilities. Doing all things like boarding, group play, feeding/medications, and outdoor walks (sometimes in groups as well). For a short period of time while working at the daycare I had fostered a senior dog as well before she successfully got adopted!!! I treat all animals as if they are my own and give them all the love and attention possible. I have some extra free time on my hands and would love to meet your furry friends!!! I am currently working full time on weekdays! I work from home 8am-5pm, but still have the desire to hang with your pups in my free time or on the weekends.
