When we picked up Shannie and Wesley, they were healthy, happy, full of energy — it was obvious they'd enjoyed the farm and Jeanne's company, as they were not in any hurry to leave. “We were lucky enough to find Heidi for our two dogs while we were in Portland for a weekend wedding. From the beginning Heidi was responsive and easy to book. She went above and beyond for our dogs during their stay with her. We were very nervous for one of our dogs who has developed new stranger reactivity and from the get go Heidi was calm, patient and kind, within 3 minutes they were best friends. She was also excellent with our other dog who is recovering from an injury. About: I have cared for all types of dogs big and small, and have lived, trained, and babysat dogs since i was little! I love animals, and currently have a flexible schedule to be able to care for yours. I treat them as if they are my own, and will love them with every ounce i have! I will show up in any weather, and have no problems giving medication. I have no fears of any size dog, and am usually the one found with the dog rather than people at any gathering ha! I am super careful, super thorough, and very reliable. I currently do work, but with my schedule I have a lot of time available during the day and afternoons, some nights. I am lucky in that my schedule is flexible, and can do daily visits, walks, short/long term, and potentially overnights. I am able to do overnights with your dog at my house, or happy to come to you as well. I have a big fenced in yard, and live across the street from a giant beautiful park with trails and fields to play in. I have friends who live on my street who, if ever needed, are beyond trust worthy if your pup ever needs anything. My boss also lives next door! I also live right near two other parks, and beaches. I am in a quiet neighborhood that is perfect for walks as well. I grew up with dogs my whole life, so my parents are also near by. Im also close to two animal hospitals

About: I've had dogs all of my life. All of my dogs I rescued, Rosco from North Carolina, Athena from Puerto Rico, Otis a Maine resident (my other half best friend) ,Piglet from Georgia and Thia from Saint Thomas. I've always had a love and special way with dogs. It's all about time and patience they are 4 legged kids. Ive introduced a senior dog who was not fond of other dogs to his new sister and they lived happily in the house together. I've had alot of experience with senior dogs dealing with hip issues and mobility. I am also a pitbull mom so I know all about their attitude. I have went through obedient school and have learned alot and plain on continue training not just for my self but for the dogs we have to be trained just as much as they do. I'm currently working 7 to 3 M-F but have time at night and on weekends in my daily schedule that I would love to fill and what better way then spending with animals. I treat my pets as if they are kids because they are my kids! I'm a dog mom. My dogs have a fenced in back yard they always run around in.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs for 13 years ,I love to work with dogs of all shapes and sizes. I personally own 3 American bully’s so have a lot of experience with large dog breeds. I can take your dog/s for walks , feed them ,do drop in visits or play with them. I have a small farm so have experience tending to rabbits, cats ,chickens,pigs, goats and chinchillas I work part time and am available weekdays / nights and weekends, i am available for overnights or early morning pick up / drop off I can come to you and take your dog/s for walks or playtime in your yard or neighborhood as well as taking them to hiking trails, parks or just out for a little socializing (depending on the dog) I have dogs that I can bring if your fur baby needs a playmate as well. I also offer daycare and boarding in my home, I don’t currently have a fence up but we are adding one in the spring. I have plenty of room for inside play for the dogs and go on multiple walks a day with them. I do have personal dogs but I can have it so they are separated if your dog doesn’t do well with others.
About: I have always had dogs but am currently without one after my 16-year-old golden retriever passed away. I am comfortable working with dogs of all ages, and understand how their needs, routines and personalities change throughout their lives. I live in a quiet community with beach access a short walk away. If you have a pup that loves to swim, go on adventures or walks, or simply spend time outside, I would be a great fit. While your away, you can be sure they too are enjoying a mini vacation. I can work from home so your dog will not be lonely during the day. There are some days I may not be home all day, but I will be sure to give them plenty of exercise with time to run, play or swim in the mornings, afternoons and evenings. I also have a life jacket for those dogs who are not strong swimmers or who may want a little extra support in the water. I've not crated any of my dogs, but if you are more comfortable with crating, I can accommodate that if you bring yours. I do not have a fenced in yard, but I do have a small side yard, access to trails and a beach so they will get plenty of time outside.

I’ve also owned Westies and a Sheltie for a combined experience of about 25 years of caring for dogs. I have a fenced in yard and provide potty breaks every two hours. About: I have had a dog at least 20 years. We occasionally have a Labrador a week at a time, he has full run of the house. I do not work, so I am home most of the time. I do local Arts Markets, but those aren't long days. A dog would get lots of attention. I have a fenced in back yard that has plenty of room for playing. The house is one floor, which would be easier on older dogs.

About: I have had pets my whole life and have been pet sitting for the past five years. I have come to know these pets that I have watched as family members, but have since moved back to California! I have experience with cats and dogs, both my own, and other people that I have watched as well as a few bunnies and even some rats! About: I have dropped in for large dog care. I have stayed in a house watching 3 small dogs. I personally had a lab growing up. I have taken care of a large dog and small dog and stayed at their home. I personally have a cat and I love all animals. I would be great as someone who can walk dogs early in the morning or in the evening and I have some availability throughout the day as well. I have a flexible schedule and work remote so I can work around my schedule. I want to make sure all the pets I care for are comfortable. Access to clean fresh water for all pets is a must. I love to play with dogs and cats whether that be toys or lasers. I love going on walks and making sure dogs have proper exercise. I would follow all instructions left for me diligently.
About: Heyyy! Want to know a little bit about me? I have a 3 year old crazy hound at home! I got her as a puppy and shes been my best friend ever since. We like to be outdoors frequently as shes got a lot of energy. I also have 2 lazy cats that I adore but they don't do too much. I have experience working in 3 different dog daycare facilities. “Jeanne took amazing care of our two terriers, Shannie and Wesley. She has a beautiful farm with a large fenced-in area in the backyard for the dogs to play. She also takes them into the barn and on walks, so the dogs never got bored. Jeanne was very responsive, accommodating, and sent lots of photos during the week that she had the dogs. When we picked up Shannie and Wesley, they were healthy, happy, full of energy — it was obvious they'd enjoyed the farm and Jeanne's company, as they were not in any hurry to leave. Thank you, Jeanne!”
“We were lucky enough to find Heidi for our two dogs while we were in Portland for a weekend wedding. From the beginning Heidi was responsive and easy to book. She went above and beyond for our dogs during their stay with her. We were very nervous for one of our dogs who has developed new stranger reactivity and from the get go Heidi was calm, patient and kind, within 3 minutes they were best friends. She was also excellent with our other dog who is recovering from an injury. Needless to say we had an excellent experience and were able to truly enjoy our weekend knowing our pups were in good hands with Heidi.”

“Connor was great with our dog Bolt! This was our first time going through the app, she made it very easy. We were bringing Bolt to a boarding place nearby but would always feel very on edge and worrying while on vacation. He would come home from the boarding place and his elbows were very rough and red and he would be so thirsty. I picked him up from Connor and he was fine, like he never left home. He was a little tired but that’s to be expected going to a new place. Connor’s house was clean and she has a very nice yard and large covered porch she sat under with him. She was easy to communicate with and flexible. As soon as I met her and she met my dog, I knew we were going to be good! I plan to bring him to her again soon and will continue to for as long as I can!”
