From the moment we started taking to the meet and greet to leaving Remy with her for a few days was fantastic. Her communication was excellent and fast right from the beginning. We weren't gone long before she was already sending pictures which is something we said we would take any time.. throughout our few days away we received many updates and pictures and from the pictures we could see that Remy was very happy and being cared and loved just as we do. Robin's compassion to take care of and spend time with animals is very clear. Remy even seemed a little sad after we picked him up and brought him home like he missed her and her fun dog Stella. About: Hi, I'm Kaitlin! I've been caring for pets for 20+ years, for both my own pets and others. I currently have three dog-savvy indoor cats, 2 “house dogs”, and I treat every pet I care for like my own. I have children in my home (ages range from 16 – 4) who have all grown up with both cats and dogs and are well versed in respecting their personal space. I offer drop-ins to provide potty breaks, mid-day walks, house sitting for your cats, dog boarding in my home, and doggy daycare services. I work from home for the majority of the week, so my home offers constant companionship for those needing some support during the day or while their people are away. A few things that set my care apart: - Experience with crate training/trained dogs. I can offer support in that field if it is something you are working on with your dog. - While I do not currently have a fenced-in yard, I do live on a private dead-end road in a quiet neighborhood. We do not have heavy traffic and can walk for as long as necessary to tucker your pup out. - Daily photos of your pet for check-in purposes, or if they’re just being cute. - Experience with puppies and young dogs, as well as older dogs who may prefer a quieter environment. My home office space provides a calm space to spend the day with me individually. - Competitive rates and flexible scheduling. - Bonus: I also have experience with chickens and freshwater aquariums and can accommodate check-in visits to refresh water and feed as long as instructions are provided. Your pet will always feel loved, safe, and comfortable while in my care. My husband and I both currently work from home Monday through Friday and can provide constant supervision and attention to our guests. If your pet prefers a quiet environment as opposed to the hustle and bustle of family life, we do have the ability to provide quieter settings. As mentioned above, if your pet requires a crate to feel safe and secure, we have the experience and space to accommodate that. I do require that for overnight bookings, if your dog is crate trained, that you bring their crate with them. I love taking photos of my own pets, so if that offers peace of mind to our guests, I am more than happy to oblige. A meet and greet before a booking is preferred to ensure our dogs can get along. My dogs are both neutered/spayed and have not had any experiences with aggression towards other dogs. They do get excited, but quickly calm down once the initial introduction is over. Our dogs are not left unattended/uncrated with guests unless absolutely necessary. If we needed to leave the house quickly for whatever reason, you would be notified and your dog would come with us to remain under our supervision at all times. In-home visits and/or care- I am careful and aware of not letting pets outdoors unless explicitly told to do so. I have indoor only cats so I understand how important it is to check the cracks for sneaky paws and noses before opening doors. I will not wander around the home; it is strictly in to fill water and food, clean litter boxes, and spend a little time sitting on the kitchen floor to offer attention and pets (when the animal permits it). Your space is private and personal, and I am honored to have your trust in caring for your pets and your home.

About: My entire life has always revolved around animals. As a lifelong equestrian, I’ve grown up taking care of horses and dogs of all shapes and sizes. Previously a barn manager, I’m now a pet & equine photographer. That means when I’m not at a horse show or photoshoot, I’m at my desk at home with my own two senior dogs curled underneath. My years in the horse world and now with senior dogs has taught me how to apply topical medication, give injections and oral meds, and how to recognize and redirect problematic behavior. Living on 15 wooded acres set back from the road means there is plenty of space for pups to run around as well as numerous off leash walking trails should your pup be up for it. Staying with me is like a country retreat for your pet - walks through the forest and sunsets and squirrel watching from the deck. If you're lucky, you might even get some professional photos out of it. As a self-employed pet photographer, I work from home when I’m not at a horse show or photo shoot. This gives me lots of flexibility day to day and during the day. I like to let dogs approach me as they feel comfortable and understand that dogs are capable of a wide range of personalities. My number one priority is that everyone feels safe and has their needs met. In my home, well behaved and responsive dogs may be allowed off-leash outside as we have plenty of space far from the nearest road. Dogs that can’t be trusted off leash will enjoy wooded walks around the property or nearby dog-friendly trails.

About: I have been caring for dogs since I was 5 and did Rover during college for about two years! I am now a night shift nurse looking to make a little extra cash and get some pup (and cat) lovings. I am a night shift labor and delivery nurse that works three shifts a week. I can usually do drop-ins in the mornings after work, or in the evenings before I head in! I do not have any pets of my own, so they get all the attention to themself. This allows me to be able to provide the most safe care for your pup.
About: My mother and I started a dog sitting business and have been running it about 5 years. Now that I moved to norwalk I’m hoping to continue this! I have also boarded and fostered dogs! I trained my own dog who passed away, a yellow lab who lived to an impressive 17 years! I have been a dental assistant for the last 8 years and worked in retail prior to that. I am currently in between jobs and looking to fill my time with furry friends! I live in an very spacious 2 bedroom apartment in south norwalk with a non fenced in park, however there is a gigantic fenced in dog park right down the street that I would take the doggies too! In addition to living right by calf pasture beach there is a dog park there as well! I can’t wait to shower your doggies in love and attention!
About: I’ve grown up with cats and dogs and loved animals since I was a small child and I completely enjoy caring for them. I have multiple years of experience with different breeds of both cats and dogs, and would love to be able to take care of yours! :) I work part time, which means I’ll have plenty of days where I can take care of your pets! I’m available for boarding on weekends! I am a college student, so availability may vary. I enjoy taking dogs on walks or even caring for cats inside. About: Hi, I'm Kaitlin! I've been caring for pets for 20+ years, for both my own pets and others. I currently have three dog-savvy indoor cats, 2 “house dogs”, and I treat every pet I care for like my own. I have children in my home (ages range from 16 – 4) who have all grown up with both cats and dogs and are well versed in respecting their personal space. I offer drop-ins to provide potty breaks, mid-day walks, house sitting for your cats, dog boarding in my home, and doggy daycare services. I work from home for the majority of the week, so my home offers constant companionship for those needing some support during the day or while their people are away. A few things that set my care apart: - Experience with crate training/trained dogs. I can offer support in that field if it is something you are working on with your dog. - While I do not currently have a fenced-in yard, I do live on a private dead-end road in a quiet neighborhood. We do not have heavy traffic and can walk for as long as necessary to tucker your pup out. - Daily photos of your pet for check-in purposes, or if they’re just being cute. - Experience with puppies and young dogs, as well as older dogs who may prefer a quieter environment. My home office space provides a calm space to spend the day with me individually. - Competitive rates and flexible scheduling. - Bonus: I also have experience with chickens and freshwater aquariums and can accommodate check-in visits to refresh water and feed as long as instructions are provided. Your pet will always feel loved, safe, and comfortable while in my care. My husband and I both currently work from home Monday through Friday and can provide constant supervision and attention to our guests. If your pet prefers a quiet environment as opposed to the hustle and bustle of family life, we do have the ability to provide quieter settings. As mentioned above, if your pet requires a crate to feel safe and secure, we have the experience and space to accommodate that. I do require that for overnight bookings, if your dog is crate trained, that you bring their crate with them. I love taking photos of my own pets, so if that offers peace of mind to our guests, I am more than happy to oblige. A meet and greet before a booking is preferred to ensure our dogs can get along. My dogs are both neutered/spayed and have not had any experiences with aggression towards other dogs. They do get excited, but quickly calm down once the initial introduction is over. Our dogs are not left unattended/uncrated with guests unless absolutely necessary. If we needed to leave the house quickly for whatever reason, you would be notified and your dog would come with us to remain under our supervision at all times. In-home visits and/or care- I am careful and aware of not letting pets outdoors unless explicitly told to do so. I have indoor only cats so I understand how important it is to check the cracks for sneaky paws and noses before opening doors. I will not wander around the home; it is strictly in to fill water and food, clean litter boxes, and spend a little time sitting on the kitchen floor to offer attention and pets (when the animal permits it). Your space is private and personal, and I am honored to have your trust in caring for your pets and your home.
