I worked on my family farm in the middle of Maine near Dover-Foxcroft. That included Horses, chickens, occasionally some cows and donkeys. Dashy is 16 year old Dashhound who was severely neglected and abandoned at 13 and Beau now 8 is a Rat Terrier mix adopted as a puppy. Both boys are very friendly, happy, healthy and quite spoiled. I also have my Pet CPR & First Aid cert from Red Cross as well as some behavioral training. I work best senior, handicapped and terminally ill pets though the fee may change depending of medical need. I'm retired and I have full daily availability from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and some night time availability as well as overnights. I have a fenced/blocked back yard, another fur baby and plenty of room for them to play. Grass, gazebo and lawn Charis for them! The inside is spacious and safe for dogs and dog friendly cats.

I will be off this summer and will be home throughout the day to take care of your animals. We can also look after your animal over night. About: I used to foster for the humane society. Loved it!! I haven't done it on over a year due to getting a new puppy of my own but would love to help out again some day. I own my own cleaning business owners so I can make my own schedules. So all pets get lots of attention!! Lots of running and fresh air. We do not have a fenced in yard but have a wireless fence with collars available for use. Pets will still be watched while outside. I have 2 dogs so there is always play buddies.

About: I've been caring for cats and dogs my whole life, and it's something that's become second nature to me. I currently have two cats and one dog, and each of them has their own unique personality and needs. I take my dog out for a walk in the morning and again in the evening, which also gives us some good exercise and bonding time. Throughout the day, I clean the litter boxes, check on my pets to make sure they’re comfortable, and give them attention or play with them when I can. In the evenings, I often brush them or do basic grooming if needed. Taking care of them has become a natural part of my schedule — it keeps me grounded and gives my day a sense of structure and purpose. I will update my schedule here weekly. I work full time in Bangor, so I would be available any day after 4PM always, and then three or four days a week I will have open availability. When caring for pets in my home, I focus on creating a safe, clean, and comfortable environment. I make sure they’re fed on a consistent schedule, have clean water, and receive plenty of attention and exercise. I clean litter boxes daily for my cats and take my dog out for regular walks. I also spend time grooming them and watching for any signs of health issues.
