I love fostering kittens & have experience giving oral & topical medications. I have a bearded dragon as well as my 2 cats, please let me know if you have reptiles/ other animals I can help with. About: We are an energetic family that love animals. We will make sure your animal is well looked after and receives the love it deserves ! I will be off this summer and will be home throughout the day to take care of your animals. We can also look after your animal over night. About: I've always had dogs or cats as pets. I currently have 2 dogs now. Dashy is 16 year old Dashhound who was severely neglected and abandoned at 13 and Beau now 8 is a Rat Terrier mix adopted as a puppy. Both boys are very friendly, happy, healthy and quite spoiled. I also have my Pet CPR & First Aid cert from Red Cross as well as some behavioral training. I work best senior, handicapped and terminally ill pets though the fee may change depending of medical need. I'm retired and I have full daily availability from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and some night time availability as well as overnights. I have a fenced/blocked back yard, another fur baby and plenty of room for them to play. Grass, gazebo and lawn Charis for them! The inside is spacious and safe for dogs and dog friendly cats.

About: I know that every pet has their own needs and own personalities. I have been working with high energy dogs, older dogs, small dogs for years now. Remaining flexible with each individual animals needs. Friends have called me when they will be away for long weekends, I’m very flexible and am here to make sure your dogs, cats and any other pets are taken care of so you can enjoy your vacations, long weekends, nights out, whatever it may be. I am currently in school part time and I work as a house cleaner on the days that I do not have school. I typically work 6 hours a day (3 hours a house), having time to stop and check on doggies in between houses and in between classes as well. I have a beautiful family at home so on the weekends I typically like to spend time with them, while checking on the pups throughout the day and staying overnight with the pups! My partner, his 6 year old son, our Corgi Coffee and I have made the decision to open our home up for boarding allowing us to all care and love on the pups while also being able to have more quality family time together. While at the home of other pets I try and make the pet feel as comfortable as possible while their owners are away, making sure to keep their routines about the same. I will have owners leave instructions of care for me, along with feeding times, if they have any silly personality traits or triggers, leave any medications they may need, etc. I always make sure to know where the food, toys, leash and treats are. In my own home, owners can bring crates if needed, animals can sleep in our bed or owners can bring their doggie beds. We have a large backyard, but it is not fenced in, we currently have one lead we use for doggies, and owners can also bring their own. Feeding time will stay to what the dogs are use to and owners should leave instructions for care/routines for me so even though they’re in a new space, they have some consistency with their schedules!

About: I've been taking care of cats as long as I can remember. I don't currently have a dog but I frequently take care of my aunt's Great Pyrenees and I've taken care of many other dogs. I have a very flexible schedule and I'm free any day of the week for sitting. I would be happy to take care of any kind of dog or cat. About: We are an energetic family that love animals. We will make sure your animal is well looked after and receives the love it deserves ! I will be off this summer and will be home throughout the day to take care of your animals. We can also look after your animal over night. We live in a dead end neighborhood where there are not many cars that pass through. We will make sure there is always a set of eyes on your animal.

About: I've always had dogs or cats as pets. I currently have 2 dogs now. Dashy is 16 year old Dashhound who was severely neglected and abandoned at 13 and Beau now 8 is a Rat Terrier mix adopted as a puppy. Both boys are very friendly, happy, healthy and quite spoiled. I also have my Pet CPR & First Aid cert from Red Cross as well as some behavioral training. I work best senior, handicapped and terminally ill pets though the fee may change depending of medical need. I'm retired and I have full daily availability from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and some night time availability as well as overnights. I have a fenced/blocked back yard, another fur baby and plenty of room for them to play. Grass, gazebo and lawn Charis for them! The inside is spacious and safe for dogs and dog friendly cats.
“Where do I start! Melissa and Family are truly the BEST Rover experience we have had! EVER! The care Bella received was priceless! The house and grounds are a dog’s paradise!!! And the humans made sure Bella had daily walks in the woods, swim in the pond, chasing squirrels and chipmunks …so much so, Bella ate and slept well. This is a FIRST FOLKS! I was thinking Bella wouldn’t want to come back home she was having such an amazing time. I know Bella will miss her new human friends and Dhooney that is Bella’s newest best fur friend! To sum up… this stay was PAWSOME!”

Many of my clients are away for a weekend, a work trip, a vacation, or a longer stay in Maine. Whether you live here year-round, are visiting for the season, or are here temporarily, I help keep pets settled while their people are away. I’m especially comfortable with cats, senior pets, shy pets, multi-pet homes, and animals who need patience before they decide I’m acceptable. HOUSE SITTING / OVERNIGHT CARE Overnight care is limited and best suited for planned trips, established clients, and pets who need a steady routine. I keep care selective so pets stay comfortable and the house stays sane. Before booking, please share your pet’s routine, personality, medical needs, quirks, and anything they believe is legally theirs. DROP-IN VISITS Best for cats, dogs, small animals, chickens, and pets who prefer their own home and their own couch rules. Visits may include feeding, fresh water, litter, outdoor breaks, medications as instructed, basic tidy-up, and photo updates. Extended visits may be recommended for multiple pets, senior pets, or more involved routines. DOGGY DAY CARE Small-group day care is offered on a limited basis for dogs I already know. Care is calm, structured, supervised, and not a chaotic free-for-all. This is not a high-volume facility-style service. I plan my schedule intentionally to support well-defined care needs and clear timelines. This allows me to provide consistent, attentive care whether you’re traveling nearby or farther from home. Safety and consistency are always a priority. I follow established routines, respect household instructions, and pay close attention to changes in behavior, appetite, or comfort. Clear communication helps ensure a smooth experience while you’re away.

About: I’ve taken care of many dogs in my neighborhood. Various tasks such as, dog sitting full time, or just taking on a short walk and feeding dinner. I’m a full time student, but I have a lot of free time in my schedule during the week and weekends. I love all dogs and work very well with them! I do not have the space to care for dogs, but I am comfortable in other owners homes, and I am very comfortable with any dog that I meet.
