About: I have been around animals my whole life; owning, house sitting, and walking. I have pet sat all different ages of animals, mainly dogs, since I was young. I am a very active person! I’m currently an assistant basketball coach. While I am busy during the days, I do have a lunch break to give your animal love. But after the day, my time is spent with your pet giving them all the love and exercise they need! The pet(s) are the main priority, so their needs with be met swiftly. I also maintain a very organized, clean area that I stay in.
About: I’ve been dog walking and sitting for neighbors since I was 12 years old. I’ve dog sat multiple types of dogs. I’ve done dog walking, check-in & potty break visits, and I’ve stayed at a clients home for long periods of time (5+ days) to be with their pups. I’ve also been tasked with administering insulin shots to dogs before. And I have a lot of experience with dogs that have anxiety, whether with new people, thunderstorms, or anything else, as I have one myself and a long remaining client of mine does as well. I’ve always loved dogs, having grown up having 2 smaller dogs myself. I am hoping to do pet sitting as a new permanent business, so I will have nothing but time to look after your pets! I will schedule out days and time periods based on client necessity and to provide the optimal care for your pets. Because I have two dogs myself, one of which has severe people and other animal anxiety, which for the safety of your pets and mine means I am unable to bring any pets into my home as of current. However, I’ve stayed at the homes of clients before to be with their pups while they’re away. I feed them every morning and night or make sure the food bowl is full depending on how the client feeds their dogs. I give them any medicine or joint tablets that they need to be well. I let them out multiple times a day whenever they need it. And I try to play with and pet them as much as I can while I’m there so they don’t miss their humans too much. I will even take them on a walk if allowed.
About: I have lots of compassion when it comes to animals, and I have years of experience working for cat/dog rescues as well as pet transports, I currently have a four day weekend at my current job and have way too much free time! I also have no problem with early mornings or late nights! I have two small dogs that I take for a couple walks a day, and I Help prepare their food which is home made and all natural. I also have a cat with urinary tract issues so I’m used to keeping their litter boxes spotless.
About: Over the past several months, I've had the pleasure of caring for dogs and cats of all ages, from energetic puppies to sweet senior companions. Every pet has their own unique personality and routine, and I take the time to make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you're away. I have experience administering medications to senior dogs and understand the importance of following care instructions carefully and consistently. Whether it's sticking to feeding schedules, giving medications, going for walks, or simply providing companionship, I treat every pet as if they were my own. When I house sit, I also take great pride in caring for your home. I always aim to leave it cleaner than I found it, so you can come home to happy pets and a tidy, well-cared-for space. My goal is to give you complete peace of mind, knowing both your furry family members and your home are in caring, reliable hands. Caring for animals is already woven into my daily rhythm. I work part-time with flexible hours, giving me plenty of space in my schedule for peaceful walks, playtime, and check-ins with pets. I’m used to creating a balanced routine around my own dog, and bringing that same calm, attentive energy to other pets feels completely natural. I am currently free to sit/walk any day of the week as well as house sit for as long as you need. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on creating a safe, calm, and familiar environment for them. I follow your routines exactly as you outline them — from feeding instructions to walk times to any training cues your dog is used to. I keep doors and gates secured, monitor their body language closely, and make sure they always have fresh water and a comfortable space to relax. Trust is extremely important to me, so I communicate clearly, send updates/photos, and treat your home with the same respect and care I treat your pet.
“Definitely took care of my fur babies they were not anxious when I got back home which is a relief. I only critic would be of the amount of times my door alerted me of in and out home alerts (not ones of taking out trash which makes me anxious) and would like more photos next time. But other than that kitty care 10/10. And like I said next time as in, I would have her take care of my babies again!💕 very sweet lady. Very responsive. And knows what’s she is doing.”

“When we were planning a trip out of the country, we wanted someone who was serious and committed to doing the best job they could for our cats and our house. We found this in Michael, who quickly earned the love and trust of Bagheera & Laska, our 2 cats. They are so different in personality and temperament it's hard to believe. Michael quickly won over the shy, cautious Laska, and became Bagheera's best buddy for playing and walks around the yard. He's not a snuggly cat, but he trusted Michael enough to even sit in his lap. We also felt that we could completely rely on Michael to do anything that was needed. When we got back, the plants had been watered, the house was as we left it (messy but clean), and the cats were happy. We trust Michael and highly recommend him.”

“Kayla was great! Muffin was well taken care of, pictures were adorable, and peace of mind was priceless. I would definitely recommend Kayla to care for your pet and have her care for Muffin again. Thanks Kayla!!❤️”

About: Before joining Rover I mainly provided my services through word of mouth. I have experience with providing basic medical care for dogs and cats, and training experience including potty training and easing separation anxiety. I have vast experience and knowledge on various breeds and their specific needs, and really just love being able to have the time and availability to be able to provide these services. They say a dog is a man’s best friend, but in my case, a dog has always been a woman’s best friend! I offer dog sitting, walking, training and boarding at my home as well. I am brand new to the app but I do have plenty of references and want to make all owners feel just as comfortable as I want to ensure their pets will feel with me! I currently work a part-time job from my home, so I have a flexible schedule and able to meet any needs your pet has. I am available everyday, all hours mainly, and can accommodate you and your pets schedule! In my home all pets are welcome. I have plenty of walking trails and a back yard for pets that stay at my home. I typically will customize the walks, food, bathing etc depending on the needs of the pet and what works best for them and the owner.

About: Hi! I'm Jordan, a lifelong animal lover with a special appreciation for cats and their unique personalities. I understand that every cat is different—some love attention and playtime, while others prefer quiet companionship and routine. My goal is to make sure your cat feels safe, comfortable, and cared for while you're away. Whether that means feeding, litter box maintenance, play sessions, administering basic care, or simply providing company, I'll treat your cat with patience, kindness, and respect. I'll also keep you updated with messages and photos so you can have peace of mind knowing your feline family member is in good hands.

About: I was a cat sitter during my first few years of high school. My neighbor was out of state and asked me to take care of her cat. During this time, I would visit at minimum, three times a day to make sure the cat had food and water, had some playtime, and to clean and freshen the litter box. The owner had specific instructions for feeding that I would follow and prepare accordingly. Like dogs, I have a special place in my heart for cats and I always make sure their needs are fulfilled.

Different distractions, different tastes, different attitudes but one thing each furry friend can’t resist is love and attention. Some positive energy is all a friend needs to enjoy the company of a new friend. I will cater to our furry friends as needed and instructed by you. Maybe there is a medication time we need to fit in or even some training you guys are working on. I am more than happy to stay consistent with whatever is going on in the daily routine. I work with all ages and sizes. Dogs and cats are all welcome❤️ Pet care fits into my daily routine by being my daily routine haha. I work from home and I have a lot of extra time to provide love and attention. I am practically home 24/7 and thats the way I like it❤️ I am always available if your fur baby wants to tag along around the house. I have crates if a friend needs to be crated or separated in another room. Always keeping a friendly calm environment. I live in a 3 level home with a nice yard for some exercise. Also, the neighborhood has a nice trail for some walks.
“I have been to many dog sitters with my new pup and she has NEVER been so happy than she was with Alexandra! Alexandra exercised her, played, and allowed supervised play with her other dogs! Tesla did not want to leave when I came to pick her up. When we got home she went to her bed and went to sleep seemingly fully content! We have not seen her this way before! We are thrilled to have found Alexandra and to know that our pup is loved and cared for just as we do by her! I highly recommend her!!! We will be returning weekly!!! Tesla can't wait!”

“My Jessie has separation anxiety, which I is why I bring her to daycare. She did very well with Lidia and Lidia's sweet, mellow dog. I will definitely bring her there again.”

“Ryan and Sabrina have been wonderful as sitters for Toby. He loves going there and especially loves their big yard. They are very flexible with any changes and always accomodating. I totally recommend 100%.”

“I couldn’t be happier with our dog sitter! He’s incredibly prompt and always available—even on short notice, which has been a lifesaver more than once. It’s clear he genuinely loves my dog, and that kind of care and attention means a lot to me. He also has his own dog, so mine gets a built-in playmate and comes home happy and well-exercised every time. It’s such a relief knowing my dog is not just being watched, but truly cared for and enjoying the experience. Highly recommend!”

About: I grew up on a farm in Eastern Washington, around many different animals. My whole childhood was waking up early, to feed and care for all the animals. I have fostered 18 dogs until they found furever homes. I have experience in dealing with special needs animals to include, horses, cats, dogs, cows, chickens and goats. I have lots of experience in dealing with with dogs who have a more aggressive personality as I have fostered many and they needed time to adjust to new environments. I currently have two dogs and a cat. I would love to spend time and care for other animals while you’re away!! With being a stay at home parent I have a pretty flexible schedule. I go to the gym mon-fri 9-11 but am free before and after. My 3 year old goes to daycare Tuesday and Thursday. I can accommodate for her to go elsewhere if you prefer to not have a child in the home I completely understand it! If not, she is very respectful and kind to animals. I will follow whatever instructions are provided to me. I understand wanting your pets taken care of exactly how you want them to be and what makes the pets most comfortable. I am currently not accepting for pets to be in my home as I have an elderly dog who doesn’t do well with that set up.
“Liliana was great! She was communicative and punctual and was awesome with my dog Ziti! Ziti is high-energy but Liliana did a great job of tiring her out with a nice long walk which was very much appreciated! Would recommend Liliana and would definitely book her again in the future!”

About: I will love and take care of your pets as if they were my own. I love to go out and play with pets I care for. I would dog sit when I was in high school for different families. “Reynaldo was great! I was so happy to leave my dog with him, would definitely book again. It’s such a relief to find someone nearby who’s trustworthy. He sent regular picture updates and was super responsive throughout. Even when I was running late, he was understanding and communicated really well. Highly recommend!”

“Pearl provided outstanding care for our dog once again. Based on how excited is he to be with her, it's obvious that she spoils him with attention. We are incredibly thankful for her dependability and trustworthiness. We know that he gets treated as well as one of Pearl's own and we will count it a blessing to have her care for him again.”

“I would recommend Alexandra to anyone needing a dog sitter. She responds quickly and took really good care of my dog. She has a flexible schedule and her whole family is very nice! Great experience for my first time using rover.”
