“WE WERE TURNED AWAY BY SOOOO MANY SITTERS... I checked the schedule of every sitter before making contact to ensure that they were available. I made contact with at least 10 sitters and got "I'm out of town" or no response at all. The issue was my dog was asked not to return to a commercial kennel "Muddy Paws." There was no violence or aggressive behavior, just anxiety shown by barking, howling, tipping food, and water. But all of this is in Ash's bio, and finally, someone was real enough to tell me. "After reading your dogs bio, I don't feel comfortable with him." So I gave up and started to cancel a much needed family vacation. Then I got a small sign and tried Lindsay. She was the only one who asked, "What happened at Muddy Paws?". From there, we exchanged texts, and she asked if we could have a meet and greet that day. We had a wonderful meet and greet, and she took Ash for our vacation. And from there, we were thoroughly impressed. We got pictures, videos, and text messages. My wife actually got a little jealous due to how comfortable Ash looked and smiled in every picture. Plus, he found a new best friend in her dog, Remi. Now, if you are curious to know how Ash did, I highly recommend you ask Lindsay. She even went as far as to write something the other sitters could read that would educate them on Ash's behavior. And we appreciate that so much. BUT AS LONG AS LINDSAY IS A SITTER, ASH DOES NOT HAVE ANY OTHER SITTERS. THANKS YOU, Lindsay, from the entire Jones family.”
“We could not be more happy that we found Stephanie to care for our little guy while we were away. Our Buddy was treated like a member of the family and loved his home away from home. I was so nervous about leaving our 1 year old boy, as we have never left him before for longer than a few hours. Stephanie alleviated that nervousness within the first 2 hours by sending a photo of Buddy settled in on the couch with her kids. About: I raised two bigs that I have trained years now and I grew up on a small farm so I have gotten the opportunity to care for animals for some time now! I also volunteer at animal shelters, getting the opportunity to work with all kinds of dogs as well. I am home from playing overseas and am available most days! During week days I can go to others homes to walk or check in pets normally any time of the day. I am comfortable with taking any size pet out for walks or stopping in to give them attention and have no issue taking them out to play and potty based on what the owner wishes!

About: I use to work for a boarding kennel when I was younger, but since my young teens I have been dog/cat/house sitting. I love animals I will be there new best friend. You will not regret if you choose me to watch your loved one, they will be well taken care of, well loved and spoiled! No request is to much, I have watched all different kinds of animals from dogs, cats, birds, hedgehogs, bunnies you name it I have probably watched them. I work at prince Frederick Safeway. I normally work 4-1pm, 5 days a week. My schedule does change from time to time due to what is going on but I will communicate my schedule prior to watching your babies. Some days are easier than others… Monday, Wednesday and Fridays I’m not normally available until 3pm. Tuesday and Thursdays I’m available anytime after 1pm. This could change just ask and we will work something out! I have a huge fenced in back yard! Lots of room to run and play! I will crate your animal if it is needed, just please bring your crate with you. If not crated during the day I keep all doors shut so they can’t get into anything they aren’t supposed to. I do also have indoor camera to keep an eye on them while I’m away at work. Due to apartment rules I am not allowed to have pit pulls at my apartment, I love the breed! I just have to make sure I am following my landlord rules, I would have to come to you!

About: I am a stay at home mom to 2 girls, ages 4 and 5 and we recently moved to the area! My husband is in the Navy. We live in a townhouse in North Beach, MD. I have a cat that can be timid with new animals, and tends to hide until he feels more comfortable. I would love to help out with your furry family members! About: I've helped raise puppies. I've had a dog of my own my whole life. Friends leave their pups with me while they go away, or when they need help potty or crate training. I cannot currently watch pets in my home but I can care for your pet in the comfort of your home. I currently have a flexible schedule that allows me to accommodate taking care of your pet(s) as needed around my own day to day responsibilities. I will take care of your pet as you regularly do. Are they crated while you're away? They'll be crated if I'm not there. Or do they only feel safe in certain rooms or need a "safety toy"? My schedule is very flexible right now, which allows me to give pets plenty of attention and consistency. I’m available most days for drop-ins, walks, and house sitting, including weekends. Because I have pets of my own, I’m already in a daily routine of feeding, cleaning, playtime, and walks, so adding your pet into that routine is something I genuinely enjoy. I’m able to accommodate morning, afternoon, and evening visits depending on your pet’s needs. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. In your home, I will follow your pet’s routine as closely as possible to keep things consistent and low-stress. I pay close attention to behavior, appetite, and overall well-being, and I’ll always keep you updated with messages and photos. I’m very mindful of things like secure doors, leash safety, and making sure pets don’t have access to anything unsafe. With my own experience caring for multiple cats and a high-energy dog, I’m used to staying organized, clean, and attentive. Whether your pet is playful, shy, or needs a little extra patience, I create a calm, safe environment where they can feel comfortable while you’re away.

I am an animal lover through and through and I’d love to better utilize my flexibility by being a compassionate resource to those pets who need some extra love, attention, support, exercise, or fresh air when you’re simply not as available as you wish you could be. I have been entrusted to dogsit for several friends pups (of all sizes) and many cats, and was lucky enough to share 13 years with my dog Gunther and 12 years with my gray shorthair cat Wilbur. About: I have a rescue dog and I’m very aware of rescues special needs, Iv cared for all sizes of dogs and treat them like my own! Along with cats, pigs and lizards ! I have a full time job , I work four ten hour shifts I am off every Thursday and every weekend and after work hours too if needed I am willing to do morning and evening shifts on the days I work I have a open yard , If your dog needs to be crated that’s fine my dog sleeps on the couch and gets in beds
About: I took care of my family and neighbors dog with walking them and feeding them and baths and i took care of up to 3 dogs a day I do currently have a part time job and the only days I’m not really available are Tuesday and Friday but only after 5pm I’m free to play and take care of the fur-kids I have a fenced in yard with tall gates and free of any rocks or stones it is a wide yard away from any roads

“WE WERE TURNED AWAY BY SOOOO MANY SITTERS... I checked the schedule of every sitter before making contact to ensure that they were available. I made contact with at least 10 sitters and got "I'm out of town" or no response at all. The issue was my dog was asked not to return to a commercial kennel "Muddy Paws." There was no violence or aggressive behavior, just anxiety shown by barking, howling, tipping food, and water. But all of this is in Ash's bio, and finally, someone was real enough to tell me. "After reading your dogs bio, I don't feel comfortable with him." So I gave up and started to cancel a much needed family vacation. Then I got a small sign and tried Lindsay. She was the only one who asked, "What happened at Muddy Paws?". From there, we exchanged texts, and she asked if we could have a meet and greet that day. We had a wonderful meet and greet, and she took Ash for our vacation. And from there, we were thoroughly impressed. We got pictures, videos, and text messages. My wife actually got a little jealous due to how comfortable Ash looked and smiled in every picture. Plus, he found a new best friend in her dog, Remi. Now, if you are curious to know how Ash did, I highly recommend you ask Lindsay. She even went as far as to write something the other sitters could read that would educate them on Ash's behavior. And we appreciate that so much. BUT AS LONG AS LINDSAY IS A SITTER, ASH DOES NOT HAVE ANY OTHER SITTERS. THANKS YOU, Lindsay, from the entire Jones family.”
“We could not be more happy that we found Stephanie to care for our little guy while we were away. Our Buddy was treated like a member of the family and loved his home away from home. I was so nervous about leaving our 1 year old boy, as we have never left him before for longer than a few hours. Stephanie alleviated that nervousness within the first 2 hours by sending a photo of Buddy settled in on the couch with her kids. “Brian was great. He sent pictures a couple times a day. Tank seemed relaxed throughout his time with Brian and the home was great and easily supported my 120 lbs Berner. Tank seemed to enjoy the company as Brian works from home and pictures indicated that he would hang out in the office. Bob, Brian's dog was relatively indifferent to Tank during the meet and greet. Brian reported no problems between to the 2 of them, and I witnessed no negative interaction. Tank while happy we were back, exhibited no signs of stress from his stay. I am so glad to have a place to leave him and know he will be well taken care of.”
