After many years in retail and then the lumber industry, I have decided to work for myself and advance in pet care where I truly thrive. From mice to horses I've done it all! Currently I have five very sociable dogs who love making new friends. They vary in age, so it's a great environment for young dogs to socialize. My backyard is not fenced however I have multiple runs set up for dogs who are not recall trained, but we do have a fenced in deck around our pool where the dogs have free reign.

Since our schedules are opposite and Sophie has a bit more free time, one of us is always available to spend a good amount of time with your pet. The first thing we do when taking care of our own pets, or others pets, is let them out to go to the bathroom. Next, we prioritize feeding and medicating (if necessary) and cleaning and refilling all water bowls. Once everything important is taken care of, we then spend quality time with them, whether it’s playing fetch, cuddling or going for a walk. Before we leave, we make sure we let them back outside for a good while to make sure they take care of all of their business.

I gained a lot of experience working in a dog kennel, and became very comfortable with all different breeds and temperaments of both dogs and cats. Basically, I currently have plenty of time to fit in pet care. I am comfortable staying at someone else’s place; it would be nice to have a change of scenery every once in a while. Of course, I will treat your house with respect & be sure to leave it as it was when I arrived! If they wanna chill & sleep, that’s fine with me, but if they’re really active & need to play, I will play fetch & tug-o-war for hours on end. I have a car & supplies to take care of a dog if it is needed (snacks, poop bags, leash, blankets, first aid kit). I’m familiar with dog breeds & behavior & am aware of different training techniques so I’m not worried about being able to manage any dog- like getting them in their crate at the end of the night, or establishing a relationship with them, etc. I will care for your pet the way you want, but above all I will always care for an animal with the utmost respect & love, 💕
About: Growing up I was always involved with the care and grooming of my mother's AKC American Cocker spaniel kennel and quickly fell in love with dogs. I am working full time 8-4 but I am available on weekends and most holidays. As well as weeknights or first thing in the mornings . I have one year old pup at home with a large fenced in yard. I have a flexible schedule that allows me to give pets plenty of attention throughout the day. As a SAHM with a few part-time gigs, I’m available most weekdays and weekends. About: Hi there! For your consideration, a human who is fit and able to be there for your pet(s) when you can't be. I have been taking care of animals my entire life - it starts early on a farm. After many years in retail and then the lumber industry, I have decided to work for myself and advance in pet care where I truly thrive. From mice to horses I've done it all! Pet care has now become my full-time job and will remain that way as long as business keeps coming. I am very dedicated because I want to continue working with animals, which is my true passion. Currently I have five very sociable dogs who love making new friends. They vary in age, so it's a great environment for young dogs to socialize. I also have 13 chickens who are used to our dogs and are always willing to meet new ones, and lastly we have one cat who tends to do her own thing. My backyard is not fenced however I have multiple runs set up for dogs who are not recall trained, but we do have a fenced in deck around our pool where the dogs have free reign.
About: I've taken care of many different kinds of dogs neighbors, patients, friends and family. They have relied on me to walk, feed and even a few fun bath times! I'm currently going to school full time. I do have time available after 5pm if needed. In addition to the times I already have available. I understand that leaving your pup in a safe and loving environment is important to you. I understand that everyone does things there own way and will take your lead on the best way to care for your pup.
