I am available to care for dogs day or night. We are very active and include dogs in our daily life along the Potomac River. Spending time in the yard and walking around the neighborhood are part of my daily routine. My home is pet friendly with a large, fenced yard. Dogs are treated as family members. I am open minded and will listen carefully to any specific instructions provided to me for your furry friend.

About: I am an animal lover who has taken care of my own as well as friends and families pets for years. My family has cared for dogs, cats, chickens, goats, snakes, frogs, geckos, chinchillas. I am a stay at home mom, so my time is very flexible. I am able to keep pets to their daily schedules and routines. My property is ideal for a doggy vacay, we have a newly fenced in valley, a forest to explore, 2 dogs companions (can keep separate upon request), lots of squirrels to chase, and plenty to love to go around! I am able to provide an attentive home environment that a pet is used to.

“When I picked up Jackson, I was not sure he wanted to leave his vacation with Kathryn and her wonderful family! Sure he was excited to see us, but, then he laid down next to Kathryn as if he was feeling pretty comfortable at her home! She sent photos and write ups daily and this made me feel so much better about leaving him in her care. It was like he knew the family forever! This was the first time we went away without him in 8 years so I was a bit anxious about leaving. I would have no problems leaving him again if I have another opportunity to do so.
