I was once very active in helping animal shelter. A close friend of mine is a Veterinarian and had asked me to dog sit for her when she traveled, it was a pleasure to handle 5 dogs at a time at her house. I enjoy taking walks in nature with dogs. I have always loved being around any animal/caring for them! I can commute and I am easy to get ahold of! I am so excited to be helping those in need of a responsible and reliable caretaker. I do have pets in my home, but they are loving and open to meeting new animals as long as the feeling is mutual between the animals as far as drop offs. Although I may only have 5 years of professional experience I have years of personal experience as I have owned various animals throughout my life time! I look forward to getting to know you and your animal and helping you in any way possible! Thank you I do work full time, and a couple days a week I do have long hours. I have every other weekend off as well as Thursdays. Saturday I have a half day and every Sunday is guaranteed off. I also have major Holidays off. I have many pets of my own at home and often find myself feeding them and caring for them before myself most days! Some may call that crazy, but it’s just the way I roll! I love all animals big and small :)

About: It will be a Fur Baby Spa and Getaway when in my care ! I always have plenty treats and toys for your pet. I enjoy giving 1 on 1 attention, never having more than 1 or 2 animals at a time. I offer the option of preparing ground chicken or turkey with rice during your fur babies stay. I've taken care of all animals big and small…dogs, cats, hamsters and bunnies! I also like to house sit and will take care of any additional house needs outlined during the stay. I can add on basic daily grooming or bathing to any booking. I enjoy being in nature while walking and exercising with all the fur babies! I've been trusted on countless occasions to watch pets for many friends as well as clients and I truly enjoy every moment! I'm open and completely flexible to assist with your pet care needs! I am available all throughout the day and on weekends. I currently have no pets of my own which makes it even more convenient to sit any animal! I have a 3 level house with patio and walking area in my community. We have a very dog friendly community and plenty of greenery and walking space. I'm flexible and open to care for both big and small pets of all kinds! I follow routines for every animal specific to each Clients needs! I aim to keep pets separate on different levels of my home if I happen to have 2 simultaneously and I always love to give 1 on 1 TLC for all Fur babies!! I’m looking forward to caring for your fur baby when you book a stay at The Fur Baby Spa with Kaye! I always follow regular routines with each animal I care for. I want to give them plenty of time to play and exercise as well. I use each Clients outline of their normal daily schedule for their fur baby as my guide. I’m always extremely careful and treat any fur baby in my care as a child I aim to keep safe. Safety 1st, fun 2nd are the rules I follow!

“Lydia was fantastic! She welcomed her home to us with her lovely family including her chickens during our meet and greet. We proceeded to boarding 2 nights with her. Her home provided a warm, cozy and energetic vibe for our Poodle who is out going and craves human interaction. Lydia was not familiar with poodle grooming initially but after a quick demonstration and positive feedback she mastered it in no time. I appreciated her attention to detail, ability to communicate throughout the day and her willingness to learn how to care for specific dog breeds. It was a mutual rewarding experience and she even supervised her children doing obedience training with our pup.”
