About: I have 1 dog and four cats, a few years of pet sitting experience, and even worked as a kennel tech at a dog kennel before. I enjoy the rural setting, and keep chickens and ducks, and garden. I’m a civil engineer / environmental consultant and work at home 100%. I have a lot of flexibility with taking breaks. Experienced with using a clicker to train, and using a beep / vibrate collar for training highly spirited dogs (in combination with positive reinforcement, always). I work at home as an engineer / consultant and have lots of flexibility with taking breaks. I have a need to move every hour at least. I live in a single family home that I own. The house is kept clean and because of my pet history I keep things off the floor and food safe from pets. There’s a nice yard but no fence. I have my three boys staying here every other week/end. They're animal lovers too, but in case separation is needed, my bedroom or the finished basement can be used to contain a pet when the kids are around. During my breaks (I work at a school), like holidays and the summer, I am available any day! I can also do evenings Tues-Thursday. I offer care in my clients homes - both check-ins and walks. My own house is a bit chaotic with kids and animals, so I'm not offering care in my own home. I will be diligent in following all instructions when taking care of your pets and will also be respectful of your home!
About: I absolutely love animals! I’ve taken care of animals for years! Neighbors, friends, and family have trusted and relied on me to take care of and love on their pet. It brings me great joy! I work at a school and I have off a lot of days during the holiday seasons. During the summer I work 8:15-1:15. But I am always open to working with schedules to figure things out and to make things work for you. I treat every pet like they’re my own and do my best to keep them comfortable by following their usual routine. Whether I’m walking your dog or pet sitting in your home, I’ll provide plenty of attention, exercise, potty breaks, fresh water, meals (if needed), and lots of love. About: I have had many dogs in my life time and I enjoy walking, talking to, caring for and spending time with dogs when I can. I miss my pets but I am not ready to get one of my own. However, I would love to help you care for your pet when you are gone. I am a teacher during the school year. I usually can help you out on the weekend or nights during the school year. During the summer I can help more often in a variety of days and times. My fur babies have all past. When I have helped friends and family take care of their pets I make sure to get to know their fur baby before they need me to care for them. No kids, married for over 40 years and living on a small farm in White Hall where we care for our menagerie of 4 legged friends. We know first hand how hard it is to find reliable help to look after our animals and the farm when we need to leave for anything more than a long day. Our alpacas are registered breeding stock and the guineas are for general amusement. But, the cats and dogs are all rescues, receive regular vet care and are fed on a routine schedule. We care deeply about their well being, nurse them like children when they are sick and spend a great deal of time and effort keeping them healthy and happy. We are regulars with our local vet and feed mill and know the area well. Hard work and long days are par for the course for us. Our common sense is well polished and we pay great attention to detail and feel quality communication is key to any relationship. We have been renovating a small farm house for many years, a work in progress as they say. We like to do business in the local community and are now in a position to offer our experience to the pet owners in our area. We are professional without being stuffy and want all animals to enjoy a high quality of life. As a full time photographer, I work in my studio most days and sometimes weekends too. Pets are either with me in the studio, or in the house with us at night. Your dogs join me in the studio on days I am working there, and they'll have one feline companion. I enjoy dogs that are laid back and my husband enjoys energetic dogs. Together with all that goes on at the farm, owners always tell us they are very relaxed when they go home.

I grew up with a feisty and loyal GSD/Chow Chow cutie and later our family welcomed in a fun-loving chocolate lab sweetheart. Recently, I’ve returned to the US after living in Australia for the past couple years. As a cat, horse, and previous dog owner myself I understand that our pets are our family! I look forward to meeting your fur baby! I work part time hours and am off weekends and holidays. I’m happy to spend my free time playing, walking, and spending time with your pet! While at work crates, gates, or free roam can be used depending on your pets needs and comfort. Pets will be monitored through pet cams during working hours. While in my home pets can have free roam or access to a crate depending on their needs and comfort. For walks I utilize harnesses and if needed can add a back up slip lead if owner feels more comfortable to ensure safety. Pets will always have access to fresh water and toys and will be well loved while in my care!
