About: I’ve had dogs and cats growing up. I have always stepped up to take care of them when it comes to feeding, walking, bathing, etc. I am a full time 3rd grade teacher working in a near by county. I am available nights after 4:00pm and anytime on the weekends! I do not have a fenced yard but it is pretty big for a dog to roam around in. In anything I do, I ensure your dog feels safe, loved, and comfortable. I treat all pets like they are family and build genuine bonds. Communication is key, so it is important that you not only communicate as much information about your dog to me so I can give the best experience, but also that you receive full reports on behavior, any changes I may have noticed in your pup, subtle signs of potential health concerns, etc. I will also work with your dog on basic training if needed during their stays, and educated you as needed on grooming maintenance, your pets body language and behavior shifts to elevate your bond at home as well. I do offer grooming services for any pets in my care. However, pricing and service completion will depend on the size of your dog, condition your pet is in, and their stress levels. I will never force a pet through a service. I am generally home all day. I do work as a groomer for pets that are unable to got to salons, but I do this from home as well. So your pets will have round the clock love and care. You will need to provide any food and specific treats if your pet has a favorite or dietary restrictions/allergies. Pets are family. I will personally take them for walks throughout the day for fresh air and exercise, play with them and ensure they feel comfortable and lived while you are away. I do offer creating services, however, depending on the size of your dog, you may have to supply the crate. You pet will always be treated like family, but the details of their routine and activities will depend on your instructions. I respect that different lifestyles require different things (i.e crating vs free roam, scheduled feeding vs grazing, scheduled walks/potty breaks vs whenever they want to go out, etc.) and will maintain that sense of normalcy as much as possible. If you opt for grooming, and I am able to comfortably groom your dog, grooming will take place 1-2 days before your return. That way they have time to decompress after, and if they are stressed for parts, it gives leeway to do little bits over time.

About: I have 7 animals of my own, both dogs and cats. I also work part time as a Kennel Technician so I am very familiar with different animal personalities and how I’m expected to care for them! Neighbors, friends, family & clients have relied on me to care for their furry friends and I’ve loved getting to know each one. I am pet CPR & First aid Certified. I walk for 3-4 houses around noon Monday- Friday as well as dog sitting overnights frequently. I am very flexible and will not have to spend long periods of time away from your pets. I work part time as a kennel tech and attend college. College is online so that won’t be a problem right now. My scheduled days can change but shifts are no longer than 6 hours at a time.
